Good place Friendly staff I highly recommend this place

I've been taking my cats the the Cats Meow Luxury Boarding for many years now. Jo and her staff are accommodating and my cats always come home relaxed and comfortable. I work in the animal health industry and I always feel good about the care the cats are getting at the Cats Meow. I highly recommend!

Our Leo will be staying at the end of the month, so we toured, my son and I. As soon as we got to car he raved about the cleanliness, fresh smell, and the rockin cat condos! He's 14 mind you, can't wait to tell you how Leo does on his vacation!

We have been boarding our cats at the cats meow for three or four years now. They are always well taken care of and Jo and her staff are always friendly and helpful. We will continue to use them in the future.

This is a great place! We had never boarded any of our pets but wanted to get out of town for a few days, post-covid. They took great care of our boy, sent us a quick text to let us know he was doing ok. There’s nothing better than peace of mind when you leave your pet in someone else’s care. We’ll bring him back next time we go out of town. Thank you Cats Meow!

I cant say enough about Jo and Cats Meow. I am a first time pet owner and never did boarding before. When I left my cat there, and went on my trip, I was so happy to hear from Jo everyday and to get pictures of my cat to see he was happy and well taken care of. The place is fantastic. I feel completely reassured leaving my cat there.

The perfect 'home away from home' boarding for our fur-baby. We wish we found Cats Meow much sooner! Once I toured the rooms, I knew this was the place for Sadie. The rooms are spacious, clean, and had plenty of bedding to snuggle into. Jo is absolutely the best. She is thorough and caring; emailed updates and even posted a photo. We've never left Sadie for 12 days yet we felt comfortable knowing she would be taken very good care of. She was happy and relaxed when we brought her home...a good sign!

Felt so comfortable leaving my cats here for a week. They didn't want to leave! Owner is so nice and updated me with pictures of them. Will definitely be a returning client.

My cat has never been okay with kennels - she will stop eating and stress herself into becoming seriously ill, which becomes pretty alarming at her old age. But here, Jo and the staff have made each kitty room a comfortable and loving home, and they are serious about ensuring each cat gets the attention they need. My cat didn't even try to hide (her usual move) when I brought her in months later for her second stay, she just immediately took over the entire room and picked up where she left off. She also requires a laborious feeding routine, but they've never once made it feel like anything but business as usual. They even got in touch with my vet to try a different food when she was having some difficulty for her initial stay, which we ended up switching to permanently - they have literally improved my cat's health. In short, the lovely folks at The Cat's Meow are so on top of everything, and it's abundantly clear how much they care. If you too have a sensitive or high maintenance kitty, this is a truly wonderful and worry-free place to let them stay. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely the best place ever!!! We had a leak in our home and had to move out. I called the Cats Meow and Jo bent over backwards to help us out and fast. The facility is immaculate and very well organized. We kept having delay after delay and were unable to move in when we had hoped. Our three cats stayed for around 11 weeks. They were so happy, loved and well cared for! We frequently received pictures and it made us feel so good knowing that they were being treat like family. They loved it so much that when we went to pick up our furry family members, they didn’t want to leave ????????❤️ !!! 100% recommend The Cats Meow for getting the absolute best boarding your cats could ever have! Don’t even think about it, send your sweet kitties here!!!

Great place for boarding my cats. Had an emergency situation and needed to locate a place to board cats on a very short notice. They were very helpful, and even were able to trim claws at very reasonable rate. Have referred others there.

Very nice, clean and spacious place. Owner was very nice and caring about the comfort of my baby. She also sent me pictures and videos of my kitty while I was away. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend

The staff was very accommodating when we called due to a family emergency. They found a condo for us right away and arranged a drop off time with us also. We received updates by texts with pictures. Our 3 cats were well taken care of during their 10 day stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend The Cats Meow.

A wonderful environment for your cat.

I went on a trip for 10 days and my three cats were here for that whole time. I didn't have to worry about them at all while I was gone! They got to hang out and walk around and by the time I picked them up they seemed comfortable and at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a home away from home for their kitties. Book early and get the bird view rooms :)

Absolutely Incredible! The Cat's Meow is easily the best cat boarding location in the Portland Metro. The rooms are spacious and well-behaved cats are allowed to mingle with the others while people are watching. The staff sent us pictures of our cat while we were gone and were always happy to speak with us on the phone to check in.

So much personal attention to the kitties. The bird room is amazing. Our four babies were well well cared for and happy.

Top of the line boarding! I really appreciate the time they spend with each one of their charges. This fellow is my picky one and came home with no 'vindictive chip on his shoulder'. Thank you so much to the volunteers and Jo and Melissa.

This is a wonderful facility! Very clean with happy comfortable kitties! Jo is amazing and kind and caring! Your cat will be most impressed with the live birds and t.v viewing options! Keep up the good work Jo and thank you for letting us visit! Also it smelled great in their individual rooms.

Super friendly and helpful with my cat's anxiety of not being with someone when we are away. She came home more confident oddly enough. :)

Perfect for a short or long term stay for your kitty. I recommend giving advance notice to get a bird view. The staff are super attentive and felt like my Charlie was in good hands.
