This is a very tuff time for a family that has lost a family member. The staff was so respectful and kind to us and our fur family member that we had to say good by to. I will recommend them to anyone in their time of need. We can not thank them enough for the care they too with us and Chopper. Thank you thank you thank you.

Peaceful paws went above and beyond my expectations. I didn't have to wait for their arrival once my girl passed. They had perfect timing. They were professional and thoughtful. They brought a small, humble basket and allowed me to set Cocoa Jojo in carefully. Wrapping her with a blanket. They were brief but thorough. I received her remains not long after. I have only been able to pull one thing out per day or so. They included a paw print on paper. Some very kind, official papers. They provided me with a small shaving of her beautiful fur, uniquely marked. Her clay paw print was perfect. I haven't yet been able to pull out her urn and ashes but I'm sure it's just as well done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. These folks truly care. They are a special kind of people and I'm so glad I chose them to take care of my Cocoa Jojo. Thank you Peaceful Paws. PS I'm not a huge bracelet fan. But they provided me with a simply Rainbow Bridge bracelet. And I haven't taken it off since. Its provided a comfort I didn't realize I needed.

I am overwhelmed by this funeral hime. Not only did i get ashes from my pet rat Beans in a beautiful urn, i got a beautiful letter, a bracelet, i got some fur that i will put in a glass vial necklace, and paw prints that i will get tattooed on. This is where i will be taking every pet i have when it's time. I couldn't be more grateful for their service. If i could give more than 5 stars inwould.

The overall experience was great, they were fast, and provided so much for me to remember by baby by, prints, poems, personalized engraving and even a sympathy card.

They were so quick to pick him up, me being so close to their building probably helped. The staff was quick to respond, very kind and friendly. When picking him up they showed up with a beautiful basket and treated my bearded dragon with such care. I received a certificate, some poems, his inked claw print, and a bracelet. A very reasonable price as well for the package.

Peaceful Paws, I cannot even begin to thank you for everything you did for Bella, myself and my family! You were amazing from the initial phone call to the pickup of my baby girl into the final delivery of bringing her home. I am blown away by all of the extras, The poetry the bracelet which I wear everyday since I received it and the beautiful urn with her name on the top. I thank you from the bottom of my heart you and yours made this devastating experience just a little bit easier. I will use and recommend you from this day forward!

I wish I could say I had a good experience with this company, my baby of 12 years passed on Sunday , today ( Tuesday) I get a text in the am she would be dropped off between 1-5 , it was 4:45 and no word . I text them and got told she was dropped off already, my heart sunk !!! (AT THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! )Even though they had the right address on the paperwork. I got lied too twice once about them getting ahold of my to confirm the address ( they never did ) and too saying the names of the dogs were similar ( the people didn’t have no dogs not too mention one that had passed. My husband and daughter had too go pick my dog up!!! Not once did i feel compassion from the place just a bunch of lies and back tracking

Ashes were dropped of to a complete strangers house. House numbers are visible from my moms house and strangers, so they didn’t double check or confirm. Had to call ourselves to check where out ashes were since they obviously didn’t get dropped off.

Peaceful Paws did a wonderful job taking care of our little kitty who tragically passed away unexpectedly. They were able to pick him up during the snow storm, and we received him back a week later in a nice wooden box with the paw imprint. The price was reasonable and it was wonderful that they could help us even though we had just received a foot of snow.

The urn I received was perfect, however my dog passed on the 10th, was creamted on the 12 and her ashes weren't returned until the 28th with little explanation. So, I think they could do better at that. Overall I am happy with their service, and would recommend them if needed.

I am so impressed and thankful for the kind and respectful service PP gave us. My dog was picked up with kindness and respect, and his ashes HAND DELIVERED back to me. The day he left us I was an absolute mess and didn’t ask any questions at all about their process. He was returned to me in a beautiful engraved box, with a beautiful clay paw print, lovely letters and poems from the staff; clippings from his fur, and an ink imprint. I am so thankful for the service they provided us during a very difficult time.

We had to put our beloved doggy down 16 yrs ago. Peaceful Paws were so understanding. They walked us through the whole process & were more than kind and comforting. Unfortunately we now have another rescue dog who is getting to the end. I have no doubt that I will call PP to help us through his painful process again.

Got my baby girl cremated in November of 2018 and they were very gentle with her remains and the pickup of her specialized urn/box. The engraving is very sweet on the top and I’m grateful for the tufts of fur they gave me to honor her. Helped a lot in the grieving process. Not overly expensive for those in need.

The gentlemen that came to take my beloved pet were kind and polite. They were very thoughtful when collecting his remains from my home. I appreciate this service that was able to quickly and compassionately assist me in this time of loss.

What an amazing service. We woke up on a Sunday morning to find our beloved Duke had passed during the night. We set a time for him to be picked up. He did such an amazing job and I know with Covid it’s not making it easier. Price was very far and I loved he never left Vancouver. He brought him home in a beautiful box. I have massed on there name to many friends since May. So grateful to have this service local.

Peaceful Paws did a wonderful job with our deceased kitty. They came to our home, picked him up within an hour of phoning them. They cremated him, put him in a beautiful wooden urn and delivered him back to our home within a couple days. So easy and stress free. Thank you Peaceful Paws! ????

I got my Sammy's cremains yesterday. The way everything was done by Peaceful Paws was with so much tenderness and care that it made such a difficult moment a little easier. Our baby girl Jasmine died November 15th and we had her cremated and you all did such a beautiful job. I brought everything home to my parents as she was their little girl and they just sobbed all over again.
