Says they are urgently hiring and had me come in for a interview, then had me come in AGAIN for a 4 HOUR working interview then never had the decency to give me a call back or an email. Waste of time and I didn’t even get paid.

Great service and very good prices. They were able to see my doctor as soon as I called in. He had an ear infection and was in pain

Red Maple Vet has been a dream to work with! I had a very unique situation with my doggo and the staff was so accommodating... they really went above and beyond for me! The office staff was super easy to work with and they are very timely in their responses. Additionally, Dr. Elizabeth Myer's is a true asset to the team, she is excellent with animals and was very thorough during my dog's exam. I can't say enough good things about them; do your pets a favor and take them to Red Maple Vet- you won't be sorry!

We came to Red Maple when our previous clinic wouldn’t help us manage our senior dogs pain after he was diagnosed with a splenic mass. If anyone has tried becoming a new patient at a clinic post covid you will know how difficult it is to get on ANY schedule, but I am so thankful that Red Maple accommodated us. I explained our situation to the receptionist and she actually listened (the first person to listen after calling all the clinics in our area) and got us on the schedule. She called us later that day because they had a cancellation and could see us sooner. Red Maple got our previous vet records and our ultrasound report from Dove Lewis right away. At our appointment the technician was incredibly kind to our nervous dog and she even brought him back to our car in between his exam and X-rays so he could be with us. Dr. Meyers took the time to come out to our car and speak with us in person which really meant a lot, she showed a great deal of compassion and understanding for our situation. The clinic seemed very organized and everything was done in a timely manner. We called a few times with questions over the next few days and we always got a return call very quickly. Everyone was so very kind and I can’t express enough gratitude to everyone there for giving our senior dog a little more comfort for his last days with us. We will definitely be bringing the rest of our 4 legged family members here in the future.

Do not take your pet here if it it has any kind of challenging health issues. The vet is under qualified. They eliminate pets from their care who might pose too much of a challenge. They are not easy to work with and have very limited availability. We were left feeling like they cared more about our money than our pet. They mix clients up. Over charged us 3x. They even charged us once for another clients bill.

I couldn't be happier! I feel my dog Charlie is getting excellent care. Always get my questions answered about his care. Great friendly staff as well.

They seem to really care and provide good info. I had a terrible experience with another vet (not even kidding, they nearly killed my cat) so I switched after and have been coming here for a few months. So far they’ve been very gentle with the two kitties I have and do a good job treating them kindly and taking care of them overall. No complaints ☺️

Staff and Dr was great, on time and to the point. Building was a little difficult to find needs more signage. Very good experience overall.

What an amazing Vet! The whole staff is amazing. Both my mom and I have started having our pets receive care here. Dr. Liz Myers has an ability to connect with all animals (including the humans) that have met her. She radiates compassion, intelligence, and healing intention with a humility I have never seen before.

Last summer our little elderly dog wasn’t feeling well, after setting up an appointment with her vet, we were told upon arrival, she couldn’t be seen as they were closing early and referred us to Red Maple Veterinary Hospital. We could not be more grateful for that referral. Dr. Myers and all of her staff gave us their time that day (and from then on) and cared for our little dog. Everyone is so professional, kind and compassionate, they treated our little dog and us as if we were a part of their family. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND RED MAPLE VETERINARY HOSPITAL for quality service. You all are amazing people and we are so thankful to you for all that you did for Lilly and for us.

I love the doctor and staff. They are so friendly. We breed Poms & take our puppies there for their first shots. Yesterday it was 114 degrees and the clinic called me and asked if I wanted to come in 4 hours early to avoid the heat. We said yes and it was amazing they were so kind and considerate.

My elderly cat was treated with respect and our experience was very positive and the check up was very fairly priced. We will be back!

The doctor and staff were excellent. No cat I know likes going to the vet, but they did everything they could to make ours feel at ease. They treated him very well, were prompt, and very compassionate. Highly recommend.

The staff at Red Maple is so awesome! They cleaned my dogs teeth, and did such a good job. They kept him comfortable, and kept me updated throughout the day. I’m so glad I found this place.

Dr. Elizabeth Meyers is a loving, caring Vet who provided the ultimate in compassion for our beloved dog, Babe, as well as us. I highly recommend anyone who seeks a Vet and her staff who cares see Dr. Elizabeth Meyers and her staff.

First visit today, probably had one of the best experiences at this clinic. Everyone was so sweet. Walked out feeling anxiety free with there reasurance and compassion with my fur baby.

Dr Myers and her staff are THE BEST!! We have been with Dr Myers for years and absolutely love her and the care she shows for each animal she comes in contact with. We would highly recommend Red Maple to anyone who desires the best care you and your pet could possibly receive.

After the service at my vet of 8 years went downhill to the point where it took 20 minutes to get through their phone system and several hours for a simple checkup, I switched to Red Maple at a friend's recommendation. While I have only taken my cat there once, so far I am thrilled. A real person answered the phone when I called and efficiently set me up with an appointment. Check-in at the appointment was a breeze and there was no wait for my cat's checkup. Dr. Meyers was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. My cat appreciated not being stressed for hours of waiting in the car and/or clinic - we were in and out very quickly at Red Maple. Very happy so far!

The worst customer servicer EVER! I had been to this vet a few times. My dog had an emergency the office was still opened for another half hour and I was only 15 min away. The person who answered the phone said that I probably wouldn't make it in time and told me to go another vet. That emergency vet had a 16 hour wait with my dog still having an energency. All of this could have been prevented had I been allowed to bring my dog to the office. Then this same person refused to give me my dogs medical records stating privacy and would send them to my new vet. Since when are you not allowed to have your pets records. It's your pet. The vet herself was nice but didn't feel they were very thorough on their examinations. I would NEVER recommend this vet. Horrible service!!

So glad his clinic is available in this area! Dr. Meyers is wonderful and I am comfortable trusting her opinion when it comes to my furry friend's health. Her judgement is honest and comes from years of training, experience, and care. The amenities here are top notch and the staff are friendly; I know the patients in their care are getting excellent treatment!

Great people- very friendly and were great with our dog. Priced moderately- good outcome- would recommend if you need a vet.

We visited here for the first time today (07/02/2020). The veterinarian was very personable and very good with our dog and he interacted well with her. The reason for our visit was because we have a Doberman who freaks out with the fireworks. She did a thorough exam of him and prescribed him some medication to help him get through this time of major anxiety for him. We were very pleased with the visit and will definitely return.

Dr. Liz and her staff are by far the best. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. When you walk in it’s a family type atmosphere where you automatically feel like you are part of their family. Never once did I feel rushed, all my questions answered and I felt as if no one else mattered at that time. Dr. Liz had complete focus on myself and River(dog) nothing else mattered. She by far is the best .I highly recommend her and her staff. She’s extremely easy to talk to, a fantastic listener and truly knows what she’s talking about.
