Thanks to these folks who did cut the big mangle clumps off my dog when no other had openings yet. He was bathed and nails clipped done good he lighter just quite sick

Made an appointment for my dog at 8am when I dropped him off, she made it clear she has many other dogs to do and didn't know when he would get done.i did not get him back until almost 2:30 pm. I asked before I left how much it would be and she said she would have a price when I picked him up. When she called to have me pick up, she told me it was $95 and it had to be cash. She had never mentioned that before. My dog is a small shihtzu and looks fine. I also just noticed he has bumps all over him that almost looks like scabs after being there. Not happy.

They made me pay $105 for my dog and told me they would charge more if he was matted or if they had to use scissors... They finished cutting him an told me that he was matted when I know he wasn't. They said my dog was aggressive because he was a "unfixed" male dog. Which I have never had a groomer have any issues with him. They make your dog feel like a second class citizen.

She took seven hours to groom our doodle. She was not transparent about cost or when she would complete the job as he was “behind several other dogs”. Not sure why she had us drop him off in the early morning hours. Shant return.

Way too overpriced and long waits. They charge $100 for simple haircuts and have the audacity to make you wait 6 hours for your dog to be finished. Plus the staff is super rude. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy

They are never transparent about cost and charge extra if they need to use scissors. I had to wait nearly 7 hours for my dog to be finished and when I got him back he was very frightend. I dont trust this place at all. 105 dollars for a haircut is absolutely criminal

First time going and it was faster then PetSmart. Super nice staff and very money friendly prices! Going to bring my dog here from now on.

Shelley is the most caring groomer and my dog loves her. She does an amazing job with grooming too. I will never go anywhere else.

We have been taking our dogs there for over 25 years, big or small, they have done them all. Wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. Just worry about the day she retires.

I have been taking my dog to this pet service for many years and would not consider taking him anywhere else. They are easy to work with, friendly, reasonably priced, but most of all cares/loves about my dog.
