They had the fish aquarium I was looking for. The staff were fast and friendly.

Great service had the food we needed for our cats!!!

It's a good pet store with lots of things to choose from. No puppies or kittens for sale , but lots of fish,birds and smailall animals.

Short staffed, as everyone is lately…but employees still had a great attitude and were very helpful. I appreciate that, so does my special needs kitty.

If you have a pet or want to get a pet and need something for your pet PetSmart is the place to get it.

Our online order got messed up. When I went to pick it up, the manager had to go looking to figure out what happened. It got sent to the wrong store so she gave it to us anyway and even threw in a free item for our trouble. I haven't seen that kind of service in a long time.

Couldnt get help in the fish department. Went somewhere else.

Has the Best pet store selection anywhere. Friendly service and pet care! Did I mention the cash back and deals.

Always over priced and the selection is not very choice like some of the competitor's selection and prices.

I have purchased four hermit crabs from this location. I have a proper setup with 5-1 ee+play sand. Fresh and saltwater. The works. 3 of the four hermit crabs have died, one on day one, the other two about a week after purchase. The fourth has buried itself, hopefully to molt and hopefully it will resurface. I do not reccomend purchasing from this location at all. it's been a heartbreaking experience and I don't even want to take them back for a refund/exchange because I feel bad that they have passed away in my care (while also knowing I'm not at fault) The two hermit crabs I purchased from Petco in orchards are thriving and active, and I highly recommend them even though they come in painted shells. (Both have switched out of them and are happy in magpie shells)

Clean store, friendly staff, also there are always puppies here, so how could you go wrong!!!!

The only thing that would make this experience a little bit better would be the fact when they tell you your pet will be ready to be picked up in a couple minutes and actually stick to that but on the plus side you get to meet interesting people waiting for their pets as well

Not a good choice of dog sweaters

The grooming salon has taken such great care of my dog for years! Its amazing how much better he feels and smells afterwards. Its hard to trust grooming salons but ever since I found this one, I can rest easy knowing he is in good hands!

First off I want to thank Skyler. She is a trainer at Petsmart and this woman goes above and beyond for her pet families! She knew my puppy was coming in for his first haircut and she went in and told the groomer that if they have a problem settling Harvey down to come get her. Every time we walk in and see Skyler she ALWAYS says Hi to Harvey! (He knows she is the snack lady) Now on to Harvey’s grommet Kharra she was amazing! Words can’t explain how happy I am to have her as Harvey’s groomer! She did an amazing job on Harvey’s first haircut and did it just the way I asked her too! This is an absolutely horrible PetSmart. Every time I go in there is no one to help me. I recently needed help getting a bag of food off of a tall shelf and was told to wait in line, that had 12 people already waiting in it, and ask the cashier to page someone for help. I had to find my own stepping stool just so I could get a bag of cat food off of a tall shelf. You guys need to do better because that is just absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure how a company can operate like that with such lack of care and little will to help others. The employees have no desire to help anyone and will go as far as to hide from customers so that they don’t have to work. I would strongly recommend shopping somewhere else.

Hannah with the pink hair was our groomer. Anyone with an easygoing dog will have no problem. My dog is old and grouchy, as I expect to be at her age. Hannah was great! Got everything done without traumatizing my doggo. I’m very happy. Thank you, Hannah!

The employees are nice and welcoming!

Always clean, large variety, affordable prices, open late. There has been some issues with items not available but that's happening everywhere so I try to visit well before I run out of anything in case something isn't in stock yet. The staff is nice, but some of them feel forced into it. Be authentically nice or it's just awkward. I know some customers can be jerks, but not all of us are, I promise.

My cousin was shopping for her cat, witnessed excellent customer service with multiple agents. As dog walker I loved the selection of treats and good price. Thank you

It's a great store I go there regularly. Good inventory. I almost always find what I'm looking for except for ???? ???? there they have a pretty bland selection but other wise I recommend ????!

Absolutely terrible! One cashier with 8 people in line, finally a manager came up to enter a code AND THEN WALKED AWAY! Didn't even acknowledge the waiting customers. This was around 7pm Thursday the 26th of August. I left and went to Petco where I had a great experience.

Always great experiences. They don't always have what I am looking for, but associates give ideas of where I can find what I need, or offer ideas about products they have that may work.

Good for cat and dogs supplies, however I wouldn't purchase any live animals from here. I'm not sure if the staff has the knowledge to care for the pets that they sell.

I took my grandcat (my son's cat) to the vet that is inside PetSmart..Banfield animal hospital. Very rude and not welcoming at all. I'm glad I take mine to a different place.

Good selection of food and treats. And aquarium supplies.
