I have been going to this vet clinic since I was a little girl. I’m 35 now. I loved them so much that when I moved to West Linn for a couple years I would drive all the way out to see them. I trust them. They are so caring and compassionate. I know they are super slammed but appreciate them so much!

We've been taking our animals there for over 25 years. Always able to trust that our fur babies are in good hands.

The Vets and staff are wonderful here. I have been bringing my babies here for many years and will continue many more. Thank you for all the kindness and compassionate care you have shown to both me and my poodles.

I've been using this Vetreniarin since I was a kid when it was Richard Weidemier(unsure of selling).Eric Atwell is a very humble and compassionate Veterinarian and I'm really glad I'm able to consider him a friend now.

I have been bringing my animals in for years. They have always given the sincerest care to my animals. I recently brought my dog in for cancer and he had to be put down, the vet staff was so understanding and sweet during the whole process.

I bring all my animals to Orchards Vet and have for about 15 years. We've been through the good and bad times. The staff is very sincere during the sad and very responsive in a emergency. Thank you for being a awesome friend to our fur babies.

I have been using Orchard’s Veterinary Clinic for 10 years for my animals and I have always received wonderful care, and all of the employees are so friendly and attentive. This is the only vet I’ll use because I am so happy with their quality of care.

They don't need your business. I had an appointment at 10:15. They had me wait in the car with my dog untill 11:22. My dogs are never coming back.

This Clinic is doing extremely well considering the difficult circumstances caused by the COVID pandemic. Remember folks, what we are going through as a country, was inconceivable 2 years ago. When Covid struck, they learned on the fly, adapted quickly and have been following all CDC guidelines. I've had no issues with them. My french bulldogs have been cared for here since they were puppies, 2 1/2 years ago. My inquiries and conversations have all circled around technicians and personal phone calls directly from the Veterinarian themselves, which I think is amazing customer service.

WARNING DO NOT VISIT THIS VET!! We brought our dog in for a routine appointment and within minutes of dropping her off they call to tell us that one of her nails has been ripped out while they were moving her and that she is bleeding!?? Then they try and charge us for everything they caused to injure our poor dog. The vet is rude and unprofessional. Wait the extra few days to see a vet that cares about the animals they see.

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic! I am not a client but my cat eats a very special diabetic food and because I’m here on business they were one of the few veterinary clinics that were accommodating. The process was professional and the manager expedited the order for me! If it wasn’t for these nice people who obviously care about pets so much, my pet could of have really ran into trouble. Thank you Orchards Vet!!

Before scheduling my pet's appt, I did read these reviews. The one thing I wanted to point out is the comments about the office manager are 100% correct. Horrible person. Very rude and seems to thrive off drama and conflict. She is very argumentative and disrespectful. Even though we felt like the Dr was okay, we will NEVER go back as long as she is still there!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

We brought a suffering animal to them (not ours) and they refused to see the animal to put it to sleep. They refused and I offered to pay as much as needed to help this poor suffering dog. They stated the animal was not an existing patient and the dr. was at lunch (2pm)It was in so much pain....We brought it down the street to St. Francis Animal Hospital and they helped. This is a very terrible and inhumane place! If I could give Zero Stars I would!! Beware!!!o

Office manager is horrific. My cat has been going there for almost 3 years and she is the reason why I will be encouraging everyone I know to go elsewhere. If you want a rude, sarcastic, obnoxious person in charge of customer service who will yell over you, this is your place.

2 stars, I am sure they are great vets, but they are not taking new clients. If I am able to get my dog in I will update this review.

My dog is a very sweet boy but requires sedation when he is seen. He has been to this vet before (last year) and it was a wonderful experience...until today. Last year when we picked up my dog, he was still pretty out of it and my husband had to take the day off work to be home with him while he recovered. Today I called to make him his annual apt and I was told that the dr did not complete his notes regarding any kind of anesthesia or sedation. The office manager was pretty rude and argumentative and not willing to accept any kind of responsibility for their lack in following federal law/guidelines or even pretending to care about my pet or the fact that my dogs heart has stopped twice at another vet from then giving him too much sedation. The fact that no notes were made even tho we were charged for it is INSANE! The lack of respect is uncanning. Update regarding their response comment. The office manager and I both know that what she said did not take place. The fact that she STILL can't take responsibility or be honest is what truly makes me livid. She even told me on the phone (husband heard it too) that she admitted they didn't complete their notes! Now she jumps on the review to attempt to make herself look better. If my pet was not sedated, why did the dr call and ask if we wanted him reversed and why was he unable to walk for 8 hours after. And why did you tell us to feed him a very small meal that night. What the hell did you do to him? Does this need to go from BBB and department of health to a criminal proceeding? Just please stop.
