They are always so kind and patient with my dogs. Cuts are cute, never a razor burn/cut. Adds a cute accessory. Nail trims are a great price, especially compared to a vet charge.

Staff always friendly and helpful. They offer an array of complimentary grooming aids as well as assortments of shampoo and towels and blow-dryers. I always leave a tip.

My dogs were so scared when I picked them up. They would not stop shaking. One still looked dirty. I would not even give them one star.

My Mom owned and operated a grooming salon when I was growing up. But since she hung up her shears I hadn't come accross any groomer that was as good as her... until Daisy (sorry Mom). I have a Great Pyrenees & a Newfoundland, not easy dogs to deal with and they always, always walk out the door looking spectacular (despite the Newfoundlands face).

Great place! They did an awesome job on my doggo Midnight! He was all clean and soft and his cut was perfect for him and his needs. Not to mention the very pleasant cologne smell and bandana he came home with! I would strongly recommend this place for getting your friend a good trim! Definitely going back next time!

Very friendly and they don't hide what they do. The dogs can see you while they are getting groomed.

Amazing staff, they remembered my boys from a few months ago and treated them wonderful even though they can be a hand full. Pups came home smelling great and nails that were trimmed up without muss or fuss.

We love this place. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because it is difficult to book. It is nearly certain the phone will go to voicemail and there are times we haven't received a callback.

These ladies are AMAZING! I love their walk up nail trim service. I have to mastiffs and the ladies do great with them, even my female who had a broken nail when I took her in, and is timid with new people! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I have taken my MIL’s pug here for quite some time, never had a problem till my last visit... I asked for a dremmil as per usual and I always ask for the darker haired women to do them because she is the most patient and “easy” with our pug. This last time a new blonde younger girl did them and I was watching through the window and she was too rough with him, holding him down as he’s trying to cut his nails and she dremmiled them way to short to the point little dude was in pain and crying, sad to say we will not be coming back... please get your groomers under control before you get shutdown.

My dog is very skittish. Because of that I normally do not expect much when I take my dog in to a groomer. We just moved into town and decided to give this place a try and I was so impressed! My dog's hair came out amazing! I will definitely be using them regularly! Thank you so much!

Fabulous groomers! I have a Great Dane who is a scaredy cat, hates having his nails done and is also scared of water (so neurotic lol) and he LOVES going here. They're all very patient with him and kind. He always smells and looks FANTASTIC when I pick him up. I highly recommend them!

My dog went here for nail trim 2 weeks ago, and was injured. He is now in a upper body cast to isolate his neck, that was obviously injured when she had him in her armpit and was using other arm to trim his nails. He now has to have a high risk surgery that he may not survive in a few days, and almost a 12,000 vet bill.

My gosh! What a wonderful experience! $15 (+tip) to trim three dogs’ nails? Unheard of! And the groomers were sweet and they were very Covid- cautious! Well worth the drive from Vancouver!

I have had my dog's nails clipped here several times and today took him in to be groomed. They are very friendly and did an amazing job with his haircut. I was not able to get ahold of anyone when I called on various days last week and this week, but dropped by the shop yesterday and they were able to get him in for an appointment today. I will go back because they did a great job and the price is very reasonable.

Nice to take the dogs in for just a toenail clip and have no contact in these times. They came out, took the dog in and brought her out when finished. Will do that again.

Went in with my 2 dogs who hate their paws touched for a nail trim. They didn’t like it but it got done and fast at that! No wait and very easy. I’ll be coming back regularly to get them used to it. Thank you for doing what I couldn’t!
