Disappointed to many times. Yall can stop sending me reminders about brits Rabie's shot FYI I don't want to bash you guys because I couldn't imagine what its like on your side.. I think maybe if I could of explained that situation with my dog better where it seemed to be high dollar visit thing would have been different

I called in the morning for an appointment for my dog and was put on a waiting list as they did not take appointments on the weekend. I waited for 10.5 hrs and still no call from them. I called at 2:30 and was told it would be a couple more hours as there was 2 people in front of me. I then called at 5:30 and was told it would be another couple of hours, as there was 4 people in front of me. I canceled the "waiting appt" I will never use this location again.

I thought their emergency fee's were extremely high but the care given was excellent. They were concerned, followed-up daily and too good care of my cat.

We had to drive down from Longview since vets are in short supply when it comes to "new patients". They were fair, kind, and sure they gave us bad news, but what other kind of news do you expect with a diabetic dog? Very compassionate and kind and professional. Just pretty please be nice to the front office staff. They're short on capacity and it's not their fault. Just be nice.

After being turned away by an ER vet due to capacity, I started calling around for urgent care for my dog who had a wound in his throat. Though they were near capacity and short-staffed, St Francis took him in to review what could have been a potentially life-threatening injury. Everyone was incredibly kind, they were very transparent about the types of options available and the expected prices, and had us in and out in less than an hour. I am incredibly grateful for their care, and while it was worth every penny, I was also surprised at how affordable the treatment was.

My little kitten, Sunshine had diarrhea, and I went through numerous vets and clinics and St. Francis was able to see her the same day. Staff was informative and caring. It didn’t bother them she had a little accident. The vet explained everything, the staff cleaned and shaved her bum area. Although she looked funny in the cone, she accepted it after a day. Although a distance from my residence I will my this clinic Sunshines go to. Thanks St. Francis staff, you understand how much these little fur babies mean to us.

I recently went to them for the first time unfortunately it was due to my really sick kitty. They got me in right away. They were so compassionate and nice. I sadly had to say goodbye to my sweet boy Duke due to kidney failure and in his final stages, but they were so supportive. I was happy to be able to be with him as his original vet they can’t let you in so I would have had to say goodbye without being there that would have crushed me.

Helped patch up stray dog I found quickly and efficiently. Course of treatment was simple and straightforward. The advice from the staff was very valuable. I would highly recommend this hospital. And the visit, even as an urgent one requiring treatment, was very affordable. Thank you for the work you do.

My cat was seen quickly, the staff was fantastic, and the procedure required went off without a hitch. I'll be going back for my veterinary needs!

Extremely unprofessional you can’t make any official appointments they gave me a 30 minutes heads up before my appointment and when I showed up to my appointment I waited in the parking lot for an hour and a half till someone came and got me and my animal then I waited in a room for another hour I left the appointment did not even see a doctor no apology either very disrespectful waste of time extremely unprofessional

I wish I could leave a zero star review. Emergency hospital?! Please don’t even bother!! Had a dog that needed stitching. Called at 7pm and they told us they are closed!! When they close at 11pm as of now, but usually should be a 24 hour clinic! What kind of emergency hospital/clinic lies about their hours?! If you can’t do something then just say it straight up! Don’t waste your time and find a hospital that will take care of your furry family member. THIS IS NOT A PLACE THAT WILL CARE FOR YOU!!!! STAY AWAY AND YOULL SAVE YOUR PETS LIFE!

Excellent communication and care. A little more pricey than I have ever payed a vet but totally worth it! I was able to get my dog in same day with excellent communication and care!! Thank you St.Francis for taking such good care of our fur-baby! ❤️

I brought my baby in when she was really sick and was able to get right in with very little wait. The staff was very friendly and comforted her and treated her like she was one of their own. The Dr was very informative and thorough and very kind. Front desk staff were also very accommodating and kind. I will definitely be using this hospital in the future whenever I need to have my baby seen.

I called at 7am to be placed in the que for getting my black lab seen yesterday, they called me, but unfortunately I was I'm an emergency manager meeting so we .are arrangements for them to call me back later in the day which they did. I took Baxter in an he was seen without a lot of wait time. The Dr was kind and gentle. Sitting on the floor with Baxter giving him time to get to know him, before he started to check him out. Both the Dr and the assistant were amazing! I have been taking my dog there since he was 6 weeks old and he is 11 years old now. St. Francis will always be my vet clinic because they truly understand our pets are our family and treat them as such!

Our puppy had injured his leg and they saw him same day. They scheduled him for surgery within the same week, and they ended up charging much less than the original quote. Such a professional staff, and made sure to call me for updates since he had to stay overnight. I highly recommend this clinic!

Yesterday I had an emergency appointment at the clinic with one of my dogs. Not only was the staff on the phone and at check in amazing, we also got the gold treatment from Dr Stephanie Sellge. I am so grateful!!! Thank you.

Used to love this clinic, but now they only take Care of your pet based on how many calls are taken at 8:00am and if they get enough people you don’t have a chance. I have been bringing my dog here for the last 12 years of her life and now when I need them the most they tell you that because of Covid they can’t make appointments? My dog literally needs to see a vet in her elderly years but the only option I have is some strange Vets that only have reservations two months out? This is very upsetting when you have been a loyal customer and have always talked well about their clinic even when it wasn’t popular. My next appointment will probably be an emergency to put my best friend down and knowing she could have lived longer if it wasn’t for the switch in tactics. Covid is not an excuse for not having a vet appointment. Update. No less than a week later I had to put my pet down. Miss her much!

We were desperate to find a place to take our beagle puppy to. They were the only place in town that was willing to make room. They treated our baby with care and love. Would highly recommend

Was very impressed by how they took time getting to know my blue nose pit bull wanted him to feel comfortable with them before they exam him. Explained everything with me I will definitely be coming back. I really like how you don’t have to sit and wait they call 30 mins to let you know to bring him in.

I am incredibly grateful for the staff at St. Francis. I recently had a sick cat, but because he was not in a life threatening situation, I could not get him in to any of the other vets. St. Francis staff explained that if I called in the morning, I could get on a list & be seen the same day. I called first thing in the morning and was placed on the list. While it did take a few hours, the receptionist staff were patient when I called every few hours to make sure my cat could still be seen. I thankfully didn't need to wait onsite, but instead they called me a 1/2 hour prior to the appointment so that I could drive to the location. Dr. Stoll was incredibly compassionate and patient with my very aggressive cat. They were able to run some tests that same day & sent me home with some medication. When I saw other issues a few days later, they helped me to navigate the situation & my cat is now healthy and happy. Thank you Dr. Stoll & the care team at St. Francis!

St. Francis saved my dog and her pup. They did an emergency C-section on a Sunday. They helped me by explaining things took the time to listen. They were wonderful. So compassionate and caring. My dog just loved them and so did I.

I’m not sure why they are so obsessed with exams? All my pup needed was a shot ($30), but they insisted he be examined first ($79). And when someone else came in to buy science diet food that they had been feeding their dog previously, they wouldn’t sell her the food again without, you guessed it! An exam. How to get an exam you ask? You can forget about the “convenience” of making an appointment. You have to join a virtual queue and hope to get in that day, putting your entire life on hold trying to get in to see the high an mighty Doctor.

This place used to be the Stellar Veteranary care for pets in Vancouver. Used to be!! They have plummeted to the bottom of the proverbial barrel. The previous owners were the reason they were stellar. Now, I'm pleased with East Padden Animal Hospital. We have been customers of St. Francis for over 10 years. Time to go!!! It seems St. Francis isn't interested in helping animals as much as I remember. Now, you're lucky if they answer the phone at all. So long and those who need good quality care for pets, go to East Padden.. You won't regret leaving St. Francis.

We took our 1 year old German Shephard in to get flea treated and for her nails to get trimmed. Well $286 later we had flea meds and mousse for her itchy skin but her nails didn’t get cut. They didn’t even flea treat her at the clinic they sent us home to do it. Super disappointed at the high cost for the services actually rendered. Not only that the assistant referred to her as a boy dog twice. Made me feel like she hadn’t done a very thorough exam if she couldn’t recall the gender of our dog. They didn’t even get her vitals other then her weight done. We have taken our dog there since we first got her around 7-8 weeks old. Up until this last encounter had been relatively pleased with how they treated our puppy and us. But last night was disappointing and I felt like we got overcharged for what they actually did. We still have to have someone else cut her nails too.

Our poor fur baby was having a lot of issues. They were the only place that took our baby for urgent care, even if it was almost 10 at night. They were so gentle and kind to our poor girl in pain. Alexander was the receptionist I had the pleasure of talking to on two separate occasions and his voice was calming and reassuring. My family had a great time from start to finish giving the terrifying circumstances. You can tell all of the employees are sincere and genuinely care about animals and their owners. I will not take my cats anywhere else from here on out. This was an expensive trip but I COULD NOT imagine how much this would be anywhere else. The price is amazing the employees and atmosphere were awesome. I highly recommend them and we will be back!
