Our dog loved Montage and we felt he was in great hands! I love the add-ons that can be chosen and customized for the pet's stay. We added grooming on his final day, he smelled and looked nice when we picked him up ???? Highly recommend!

did not follow the care instructions i left for my cat. extremely disappointed in their level of care. will not be returning, do not recommend.

I've taken my Great Pyrenees to Montage for grooming a few of times now and I will not be returning. Every time something happens. The first time I was never called to pick up my dog. I dropped her off at 8am and picked her up at 5pm.. They always make excuses as of why they couldn't cut her nails. I've requested them to shave her sanitary area and they inconsistently follow through. This last time I dropped her off I got a phone call saying they were going to have to shave her because "her coat was matted". Which it was not, when I picked her up I literally brushed a comb through her right in front of the groomer. Not to mention, any professional groomer knows you do not shave a Great Pyrenees, their double coat will not grow back correctly and their skin is very sensitive. If you have a dog that needs actual grooming do not take your dog here.

Went to the beach and while gone scheduled Abby for a bath the day we got back. She was clean and happy which in turn made us happy!

Friendliest space to lodge your pup! Would love to be able to select from their menu for things like "storytime" and "livestream," like other dog boarding facilities have.

Wife boarded our 2 dogs and she said it was well worth the money for a week.

We love Montage!!! One of our pups has severe food allergies and restrictions, so boarding her is always a scary and stressful situation… hoping the kennel will take all her restrictions seriously. Montage does! My husband and I now feel zero stress dropping our girls off for a weekend or week away. Montage truly is our FAVORITE boarder and will have our business for life!

They were able to take our 150 pound babies on a 2 hour notice. They are nothing but awesome. Been coming here for years and my dog love going here.

We've been bringing our dogs here for 15+ years. Dogs are well taken care of, reasonably priced, and we get to vacation without worrying about them.

So far so good, our dog stayed 5 days and seemed well taken care of. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

I come here and have my standard Aussiedoodle groomed and they do such a amazing job. Abbie ( my dog) always come out the way I want & never a hair cut nightmare which happens so easily with doodles. I have boarded my dogs in the past here & will also continue to do so. They treat your animals & you like family.

Left 3 Persians for a week, when checking them into cat boarding area I made note of the kitty litter odor and that there was only one standing fan visable. My cats shared a large space. But there weren't many others there. 3 day in I received a call that one cat had diarrhea and what should they do. I was at a loss for words. I suggested they attempt to wrap him in towel and wash his bottom, if it was still concerning, then contact my vet. If they do grooming why didn't they just handle it. When I picked up cats that cat was stressed out and had a lot of dirty hair on his bottom. Not blaming kennel but 10 days later I had to put him down. Can't help but wonder if he was ignored and the stress and heat took a toll on him. Had fluid around his lungs and heart. Was at our vet for check up prior to going to Montage.

Unfortunately this place was really not for us. If what you’re looking for is to have your dog kept inside a kennel all day with only two 30 minute breaks to be alone in a yard outside, then this place is great for you. They keep the dogs safe and fed, but that is really about it. That really did not suit our young energetic dog and he came back to us incredibly nervous (displaying the same behaviors he did when we rescued him from a kennel). The fact that the dogs are kept inside all day and expected to go to the bathroom in their own kennels seemed to really stress out our young pup who we’ve been working extensively with potty training. We had also left a blanket of ours with our dog to have something to smell like us and reduce his stress levels and the staff never put the blanket in his kennel, saying that they had “taken it out to wash it” when we arrived, but it clearly hadn’t been washed so we suspect it was never in the kennel with him at all. We took him to Roxys Dog Ranch instead and it was worlds different. Odie was so happy and relaxed when we picked him up and the staff were beyond kind. They let the dogs run together in long supervised sessions, so if your dog is comfortable with other dogs I highly recommend you take your dog here instead.

After 3 sepate boarding weekends I can tell my old dog is happy there and not stressed. Very professional and organized. Lots of extra options too.

Montage boarded my 2 year old dog this past weekend. He was there for 3 nights and seemed his normal self upon pick-up! It was nice being able to leave him somewhere he’d be safe and taken care of - definitely would recommend. Good facility with friendly staff and very reasonable pricing. My only reason for not giving five stars was the grooming fee for a nail trim. It was only $10 - not a huge deal - but my dog’s nails do not appear to be recently trimmed. If he made it difficult, I’d understand and would have been okay with them skipping it.

They were so kind to our pups! Our dogs stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and they had never been overnight boarded before but once we picked them up they seemed to be very comfortable there! Very nice staff and will definitely board our dogs here again.

Absolutely amazing staff and facility. My pup is fearfully reactive to people, and i never thought I would be able to kennel him anywhere. The staff is extremely thorough and it is very obvious that they really care about the animals within the facility. Highly recommend to anyone, and they are SUPER affordable!

They offer a great range of services, and they really care for the pets.

Something happened there, dogs were disturbed for a weeks after we picked them up

The main office was very clean and orderly, the staff seemed frazzled with the amount of dogs on sight however they still handled themselves professionally. Prices are very affordable, especially for a last min booking over labor day weekend.

Love having a place we can trust for our pup
