Short and easy drive from NE Portland to Bi-Mart on Falk Road for Saturday morning clinic. Very organized and helpful staff. So nice that this service is available in the Portland Vancouver area. Thank you.

I took my two kittens to Good Neighbor for the 2nd visit of their 3 visit series. They did the Feline Leukemia test and vaccinations and handed them back to me in their cat carrier and said, clean bill of health, good to go! The next morning my wife discovers the male kitten listless and with his back left leg badly swollen. They had put a tight bandage on his leg and not mentioned it. It took a week for the swelling to go down and for the kitten to recover. Irresponsible neglect. I contacted them and they said it would probably be fine, I asked if they would pay for emergency services if the kitten was not getting better and they said no.

Been a customer for little over two years. Always great service. Chi has "adopted" me so I'm always in good hands. Covid clean.

Loving services for bare-bones price. There was no veterenary exam bill even though that was done in the mobile vet van. Just the cost of the vaccine given. You need to arrive early,and be prepared to wait outside on the sidewalk with your pet(s). It was drizzling drizzling rain on this occasion. Also ,come early. I was 4th in line and it took about one and 1/2 hours before my turn. Several people at the back of the line were initially turned away due to the amount of clients for the allotted time. The staff were all caring, professional, and wonderful.

They worked my payment info out and allowed my payment plan to be pretty fair for both involved parties with vested interest.

Excellent customer service! I was able to drop in to pick up my dogs flea treatment. They weighed her and it was a quick in and out.

Great people and great food! Known for their Pupusa's but everything I have tried is good!
