As you may very well be aware it is super tough to even find a clinic that "fixes" cats. But I finally did and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were kind and courteous. They texted a reminder the day prior to the appointment. They have contactless service. The system is easily understood.

I called in October 2021, they said the next available appointment wasn’t until January 11th, 2022. I had seen their reviews so I committed to waiting the 2+ months. I received a reminder text with instructions a few days before (which was great). On the day of my appointment I arrived 5 minutes early and parked in one of the 4 customer stalls as prescribed in the reminder text. I text to check in and waited patiently as other customers came and went. My patience grew thin so I called inside but no answer (since the text stated it was not for calls). It now being 20 after my appointment, I tried calling the text to check in number. I realized I had made a mistake and original disposed a few numbers. I rectified this immediately, telling the proper number of my mistake and apologizing. I received a response back stating I had never called their office and they would call me later today to reschedule for a possible future appointment. All the while, I am the only customer parked in the same stall for 30 minutes. I was parked directly in front of their receptionist windows. I made eye contact with the lady who came out to greet the other customers. I even tried rolling my window down and yelling for the lady but she ignored me. Not only did they call me a liar, but they failed at basic customer service. I won’t be back. I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone.

They have an organized curbside setup for moving the pets in and out of the clinic. The veterinarian calls before and after exam which keeps it as personable as possible. Very satisfied with the service.

I recently moved to the area and needed a vet for my cat who has a congenital health condition and needs special care. I called in October and was able to get an appointment as a new patient in December. I called many other clinics and none were even willing to accept new patients. Currently you do need to wait in your car but I spoke to Dr. King twice over the phone during my visit. She asked a lot of questions about my cat, his behavior, and his current care and then talked me through everything she did during the physical examine. I was very impressed with her level of care and thoroughness and really felt like my cat was getting the best possible care. Pricing for a routine checkup was also very fair. Highly recommend!

I love this clinic , they take exceptional care of your cats. They actually care about them and treat them as if they were their own. I have been to alot of other vets in vancouver and since I found the Feline clinic I would never tske my cat to any other vet. Hands down the best vet Ive ever dealt with.

If I could give zero stars I would! Before scheduling my cat for a presurgery exam you shouldve been clear in the beginning: That you are booked out for SEVERAL months for surgeries! I was NEVER informed of that! I'm totally feeling like this is a bait and switch company right now! I scheduled an appointment with this clinic 2 months ago (in September) for a presurgery exam. The soonest we could be seen was November 6. I need to get my kitten neutered so I go ahead & agree to wait the 2 months for my cat to be seen. Fast forward 2 months: I show up to the presurgery exam & pay for that. During the exam, they find that my cat has earmights. Okay....so now he needs medication, a flush, xray, ect totalling $140. I agree to do all of the things they recommended. At the end of the appointment they tell me a receptionist will call to reschedule a follow-up appointment for the earmights. So today I get the call & they are trying to get me to go in again in 2 weeks just for the earmights! (more $ of course!)So, I brought up the fact that the original appointment was for a presurgery and asked if we could go ahead & schedule the check up on the same day as the surgery. Come to find out....they are booked out on surgeries for the next several months! I was clear from the very beginning with them that I was only looking to have my cat neutered there! I would never have waited a whole 2 months for a presurgery appointment if I knew the chances of having him neutered anytime soon were next to none! I REALLY wish that they would've told me way back in September rather than string me along this whole time. It would've been the honest, professional thing to do! I felI for the scam once, but not twice! I will not be rescheduling any further appointments with this business & I definitely will not be recommending this place to ANYONE!

Went for the first time due to reviews. Saw Dr. King. Cat previously diagnosed with feline asthma. Vet was cold in demeanor asked several times what I wanted from them. Felt like I was servicing my car not treating an animal. They showed little concern. I would not recommend. Also visit just for check up was around $124 and I got no additional insight nor recommendation on how to care for pet long term.

My cat got sick and had what they called the "Third eye" sickness. They had me see the first doctor available. They did not keep me waiting to long and checked me in right away from calling in when I arrived. They were very attentive and professional. My cat got some treatment and recovered within a week or so from seeing them. :) I highly recommend this clinic for all the Feline lovers out there.

I took our cat Hershey here for an exam and vaccines last month and was very impressed with Dr. Carrie's compassion and thoroughness during our appointment. He goes back tomorrow to be neutered and get booster shots. I will definitely continue using this clinic for my cat's care. Highly recommend them! Thank you FMC,

Just called this clinic and the receptionist was rude and unsympathetic. What this vet office (and some others) need to consider is that sometimes our cats are more than pets, but Emotional Support Animals and can’t be separated from their human. Also, some people are disabled and do not drive so “waiting“ in their vehicle is not an option, yet care is still needed. The vet will not even discuss treatment with the patient’s human face-to-face, per the receptionist. I totally understand that they are taking precautions due to the pandemic, but this is extreme. At least let the person show you their vaccination card.

Always have wonderful service here! The staff is friendly, and the doctors manage to handle our antisocial cats without having to sedate them.

I can't say enough great things about Feline Medical Clinic! The entire staff, and Dr Carrie, were all super friendly & knowledgeable. They make it clear that they love animals (cats especially!) as much as I do. My Emmy girl is recovering well and is healthier and happier (and SASSIER) than ever!
