Nice and clean and the tubs are deep and easy to get into. Plenty of shampoo and towels and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Great to go in and you can wash your dog and able to get both sides and not having to bend over. Then have driers instead of trying to dry them off with towels

Great place for self wash

The team took really great care of my senior dog for our first visit! We came in during walk-in hours for a nail trim and they were efficient, professional and, most importantly, kind and gentle with my sensitive old lady❤️

We had a great first time customer experience getting our two labradoodles Pasco and Bauer groomed. Lovely staff and great doggie haircuts! They even called during the appointment to confirm exactly what we wanted with the look of their tails. We got exactly what we wanted. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Fabulous groomer!! They take such good car of my fur-babies! I am very particular about my mini aussies cut and they nail it every time! My aussie even has a tail that gets matted and they make it so fluffy and pretty! My cocker spaniel looks forward to going to them he gets so pampered! Thanks Brandi and crew! One of my favorite features is that you can text to make appointments and they text to let you know when they are ready as well. She also will take cute pictures of my pups! I make sure my doggies get the best, and Dog Gone Clean is the BEST!

My favorite groomer I’ve used so far- Fast and professional

I just had my dogs nails trimmed and when I got in the car I noticed blood everywhere. Don't have people trim nails that don't know what they are doing. We won't be back.

I loved how clean my dog was an how patient an understanding they were with my Chocolate lab mix I just think it’s alil pricy but worth how well the take care of my dog when she’s groomed there

EDIT OF REVIEW BECAUSE I CANNOT POST A 2nd REVIEW: Still love this place. I got to finally go back after their re-opened, and the place is beautiful! They are still awesome to use, the shampoos/conditioners are still excellent for my stanky dog, and the staff is still lovely. They still have the system and it was even my dog's free wash day after over 2 years! I am so happy they're open again, dog....maybe not so much, but I am! lol Original: Love this place. Excellent baths at the right height to not hurt your back while scrubbing your pooch. Nice staff. Good shampoos. And awesome treat place next door. Been going here with my dog for about 6 years.

Such a great place to bring Shasta. The staff is great, prices are reasonable and they save my back for sure. With different sizes of bath tubs it works for all size animals. They are so helpful when trimming Shasta for me so I don’t have too. Love love love this place. So glad they are back open. Sorry for the fire but it was kind of a blessing in disguise for the remodel. Love the new look.

Even though Juniper was thrilled about bathtime, she did very well! Dog-Gone clean is a great facility. They even have dryers for the self wash and so affordable. They will be saving my back for a long time, now that they're back up and running!

Have a 11 month old golden doodle who had some mats. They did a great job of brushing them out. Our pup’s coat was a little too thick to get trimmed via clippers so they scissored and shaped him nicely instead. Very reasonable prices for the services offered

I have gone to this place to wash and groom my dog for years. Very reasonable. So much easier than doing this at home. Especially to have a table of the proper height to clip my very squirmy poodle mix. Also I appreciate their nail cutting service. I have a difficult chihuahua who is terrified and will try to bite. The staff bring a muzzle and hold her in the right way to get the job done.

Excellent place for self serve or to have a full groom done on your pooch.

10 stars. Love bringing my dog here, rates are great and more importantly this is the only groomer I've never had problems with. I've had my poor guy come home with scabs, cuts, even mild burns or cotton stuffed in his ears (which wouldn't have been a problem if they had told us they stuffed cotton in there and we knew to remove it and not just leave it in there for like 3 days...). Price is just a bonus, what matters to me is that my fur baby is treated well and I have never had any negative experiences with Dog Gone Clean. He is not always the most cooperative and the fact that they are patient and willing to ease his anxiety instead of getting fed up and yelling or yanking him around is just the greatest feeling.

Dog Gone Clean does full grooming for small and medium dogs. They do a great job. They also have a self service dog wash, if you want to do the job yourself. They will help you if you need it. The shampoo is available and ready to use as is conditioner and ear cleaner. They provide all the towels you will need as well as a wash cloth for cleaning your dogs face. Just need nails done? They will do that for you as a walk in, for a fee.

Helpful staff and easy to use tubs. The price comes with options of shampoo, conditioner and ear cleaning. Easy to move from bath station to dryer area. Use of brushes and high powered blow dryer included. Also...They get to clean up the mess. ????
