There prices are higher than other stores. And if they stocked more of the blue basics brand dog food consistently that could make up for the price difference.

I really enjoy this location. The employees are always super nice and helpful. With it being cold out, my puppers don’t like going on walks at night outside, so we bring them to the store and spend some extra time there when getting food. Sara is my favorite. Sara and another coworker were extra friendly to my fur babies when we came in one night and we appreciated that so much. Sara always welcomes us when we come in, asks about the pups when they’re not with us and really makes us look forward to going to this location. I appreciate Sara and the rest of the friendly employees. Thank you!

This Petco store had in stock a particular dog food I must have for my dog and I cannot find other reliable sources for it unless I order it online. I like the ability to get it when I need it and not have to wait for online deliveries.

Crested Gecko 101 - don't house adult males together.... Petco off Mill Plain: houses 4 adult males and 2 females together. Results are 2 males and 1 female injured, needing vet care and 2 others lost tails. Also thinks the frozen rats are "sterile". Good job guys ????

Everyone!!!!! At Petco was wearing a mask. Welcomed in as soon as I entered the store. Found what I wanted and got it at discount price for using my card.....over $40. Off

When I bought something here a few weeks ago, they told me the product had a money back guarentee and if it didnt work, to bring it back. They did honor this and gave me a full refund and allowed me to find another product to try, which I thought was very helpful. They did basically tell me i need to download their app and use it... but that's the world today. Not their fault they assume everyone has smartphones.

Never again. First off, grooming is great. Erika who works the register and is a customer service representative should be fired. She is rude and does not know how to treat customers. I will not return this store, I have cancelled my vital care account, and will more thank likely just avoid Petco altogether until there is some training across all stores that guarantees a level of customer service that is at minimal led with customer satisfaction. Bill helped but to go through that just to make an exchange makes no sense. You have lost a customer.

They are heavily short staffed - 2 people for the entire store and my family waited 15-20 minutes with no luck!

Petco generally has a good selection of items I use for my pets. Staff are friendly and they are good with my pets

Bought these 2 for my son's dog to match my other dogs. Good quality as well... They also have plenty of other options.. Will continue to buy the dogs they're season clothes from here.. remember only my experiences..

My puppy go this nails trimmed for the first time, yet he is a handful the employees were great and careful with him! The variety of dog food,treats,training equipment and definitely clothes is very big and has just about anything you need or want!!!

Grooming at Chakalov location is below par. If you must use this location make sure that you have asked all necessary questions at time of booking and been made aware of all that is required of you. Make sure that you know the cost of your job. If you don't do this and have made an error in their estimation be prepared for the lowest possible grade of customer service. Amazing that Petco would hire the type of person who would make a simple grooming experience a nightmare. I have been a loyal Petco customer for decades and have never seen anything like this. I am now not a Petco customer.
