Called here for some non-emergency advice on if I should bring my pet in or not and because of not having an established patient portfolio with them they wouldn’t give me any info. I called another clinic and they didn’t ask once if I had been there before and they gave me the info I needed. I don’t need to go to a vet for the reason I called. My guess is it’s all about the $ here.

We recently changed vets and This was my first time at this vets office, Appointment was drive up, they picked up my dog from the car and brought him back out when finished. They provided me with updates about my boy, they gave me detailed information and allowed me to make the medical decisions I thought was best based on the information they gave me. They listened to any concerns that I have. They were professional and friendly through the whole process. They seemed highly knowledgeable about animals (in particular my English bulldog). They gave me time frames to expect results back from a blood draw. I will continue to bring my boy to this vet.

Fantastic front office staff, caring and patient and knowledgeable. Phenomenal surgeons and techs. We have had multiple surgeries for our dogs and water rehab post surgery too. Really happy with our service and have recommended this vet hospital for years and will continue to do so. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Constantly changing staff, yet never any time to see any pets. Go somewhere else, it’ll be cheaper and safer for your pet.

So incredibly grateful for this team. My pup and a severe allergic reaction and they were kind enough to see her immediately and start treatment. Thank you all so much for your service and generosity through it all.

When my cat developed a degenerative joint disease there were some days he had difficulty even walking. The team at Cascade Park Animal Hospital helped come up with a treatment plan that really turned things around for him. My cat is doing so much better, it’s incredible. Two different doctor’s made time to explain things to me even though I know they were busy. They educated me so I could cope with what my cat was going through. They advised me on many different treatment options like physical therapy, laser treatment, medications, and supplements, so that I could come up with a multi faceted treatment plan that worked. I am so, so grateful to them!

The practice went downhill after it was sold, but we stayed for Dr. Haddock. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I decided to collect our dogs’ records today after two unreliable experiences with this clinic. First, they can’t keep an appointment to save their life. Not only that, their office staff is unapologetic and their customer service is atrocious. They’re clearly not in the business of customer retention based on their behavior. Thanks for calling 10 minutes before my dogs’ appointment to let us know they won’t be seen by THEIR vet. Never mind the fact that we had a prior commitment that we could have attended had they notified us in a timely fashion. Furthermore, for a business that boasts using special anxiety reducing techniques, wouldn’t you make every attempt to maintain consistency for the patients? And then to say that you sent the doctor home for being sick but allowed her to work all day?! Get real!

Had a great experience there today with my doxie who is having hind leg issues they checked him out and told me of exercise we can do at home to help him get back to as normal as we can. He also did hydrotherapy and they where patient and very caring toward him and I. I really appreciate the personal attention and care they gave my little guy. Really looking forward to my next session with them to see how much my little guy will improve with their help.

We had used Cascade Park Animal Hospital for over 8 years, recommended to us by a friend, that was when Dr. Fritch owned the practice. After she left we saw Dr. M. Haddock and always had a great relationship with her and appreciated her care and knowledge. Sadly they were taken over by a corporation and we feel things have gone downhill since then. There have been many staff changes, feels a bit like a revolving door, and that may tell you something about the management. After our dog sustained a serious injury to her tail a month ago, we had to take her to an urgent care vet as Cascade had no appointments available. She needed bandage changes every couple of days and after taking her to Cascade for 3 changes, we were told that it was not healing well and that amputation would be the next possible step but because of her age and medical issues, anesthesia would not be advised, and that left only one alternative, Euthanasia!! We were not willing to accept that and went to another vet for a second opinion, that vet has not only saved her tail but has saved her life!!! That vet needed the records for our dog and asked Cascade to send them over, which they did. A day after that we received an email from the "medical director", Dr. Kitchens, at Cascade to advise us that since we had gone to another vet, they felt that we were no longer satisfied with Cascade's level of care, so we can NEVER take any of our pets back to Cascade, under any circumstance at any time in the future!!! WOW, where is the compassion, where are the ethics for understanding that people want only the best for their pets, are you that uncaring??? Very sad that this great clinic has now gone "corporate" and the bottom line has become more important :((( Happily we have found a wonderful veterinary clinic that is privately owned by the veterinarian and the difference in personal attention and care is obvious!!!

We transferred care to CPAH a few years ago, finding our previous vet getting too busy and too expensive to see us when needed, the senior partner deciding to limit his practice to “well visits only”. Seriously? It was the best move we could’ve made. Drs. Redding and Haddock all the technicians and front office staff were so caring, pet-centered, and responsive. They took time to get to know Nala, with a full history, exam, baseline labs (she was 8 or 9 at the time) and a relaxed, friendly consultation with the Doctor. They always provide clear outline of treatment, with an up-front written estimate of itemized costs and include treatment/diagnostic options. There is never any pressure to spend unnecessarily and several times have let us know where we could get medications, supplements or treatment at a lower cost. They were always available for Nala, making time for urgent visits when necessary. When Nala became terminally ill, they provided great support, continued hospice care and medication for months, we’re always available by phone, and referred us to an at home service when it was time to say good bye to our favorite girl. The doctors and staff at CPAH are wonderful, and I would highly recommend them to all who are looking for that special high-touch, pet-centric veterinary care these doctors provide. I don’t care for the curbside drop off that’s currently happening during COVID, and look forward to that ending so we can bring our other baby in for some TLC.

Yesterdy I brought my dog in to have him evaluated. His behavior was concerning as he wasn't himself. Dr. Haddock checked him out and then had a consultation with me over the phone. She talked and talked, and I couldn't get a word in edge wise. She made me feel as though whatever I had to add to the conversation, wasn't important I know my dog better than anyone, and for her to disregarded what I had to say, was frustrating to say the least. Sometimes we learn more, when we have the ability to really listen.

We have been going to this vet for many years Doctors Fritz was the best!! Then she retired and this place has never been the same.. new people all the time you can never get appt or get your pet looked at in emergency..people are not friendly nor do they care that you go elsewhere! Very disappointed in this place☹️

We’ve been boarding our dog at Cascade Park Animal Hospital for over a year now and are quite pleased with the service. It’s nice boarding at the same place we use for our vet services. The staff’s outward love of the animals they are caring for is much appreciated. We receive daily updates via email and occasionally a picture. We are glad we found Cascade Park AH for our boarding and veterinary needs!

I have been bringing my pets to Cascade Park since 2009 when it was owned and operated by Dr. Maureen Fritch. Unfortunately, Dr. Fritch retired and sold the practice in 2016 to Curo Pet Management, a corporation with clinics in several states. The focus seemingly has migrated from quality pet care to factory-like service, with profits being the goal, instead of patient care. When my 12-year old senior dog with health issues who has been coming here since 2009 developed a problem needing immediate attention, the indifferent receptionist says they can fit her in sometime next week. I have to take this appt and will continue to bring her here until she passes away, but will look for a different Veterinarian who emphasizes quality and care over quantity of patients.

We just moved to Washington from Texas and were treated like family when we brought our Jack Russell in. The staff were very friendly and the Doctor thoroughly explained various options and was accommodating to us and our pet. I really appreciate this level of service since it is harder to find these days and most places just want to get you in and out. Here, they take their time and care. I believe we found our permanent Veterinarian at Cascade Park in Vancouver and this was hard since we had been with our other one for the fourteen years of our dog's life. Thank you again for all you do.

I haven't used this Veterinary Clinic for years but, they've been my choice for 3 pets. I just purchased a new dog and I contacted another vet closer to me and they weren't seeing patients so, I went back here and I am pleased with the service they have presented me. They saw me within 1 day of getting my new pet. They have gone through an ownership change and they seem more flexible than the previous ownership. So far, I feel I made the best decision for my pooch.

We had to evacuate my 82 year old Mom with her 2 cats from Canby, Oregon because of the wild fires. We have non-cat friendly dogs so needed a place for them to be safe with 1 day notice. Not only did they find a room for them they also sent photos of them and an update every day on eating and behavior. This was a HUGE comfort to my Mom as they are her only companions. We take our animals here for health care but really feel that they went far and beyond in our moment of crisis. They are total rockstars!

The staff was very pleasant from the minute they answered the phone, we were able to get our dog seen the same day and the doctor was very nice and upfront about any charges and future care. Definitely recommend!!

We LOVE this place. We have always received professional and loving care for our kitties. When we had to put our 15 year old cat down, everyone involved helped us get through such a difficult time. Dr. Haddock and her team went above and beyond to save Wilson for us when he swallowed a cat toy (silly boy). Each of our adopted cats: Wilson, Rizzo, Dash and Jack Jack were seen by Dr. Haddock and we would never consider any other Vet Hospital for our precious pet's needs. Everyone we've encountered at Cascade Park Animal Hospital is kind and caring and made us and our kitties feel like family. We highly recommend them!!

Our labradoodle, Zoe has been going to this clinic since she was 1. She is now 10. I have nothing but great things to say. Super friendly staff, very loving toward Zoe, feels very small home townish. They are affordable and I appreciate their one step ahead mentality. You guys are amazing! Thank you!

Amazing, warm, compassionate staff, the best vet experience I’ve had in 10 years. They really made my skiddish cat feel comfortable, to the point that he didn’t want to leave; which has never happened.
