We love this place! Great place for a haircut or nail trim for the furry friend in your life.

Best dog groomer in town. The pups always look fantastic, the price is more than reasonable, and most importantly my pups seem happy when they leave, not abused like many other places we've gone in the past. The owners 30+ years of experience surely shines and shows.

My dogs have never been so clean. I have two corgis and they are so soft and it seems like they did a great job helping them remove their shedding coat. I definitely feel like they did a great job! One of my dogs has two bad back legs and they took very good care of her!

My first visit was just way better than any other groomer. Better prices first of all, gave me an opportunity to have a detailed opinion. Which I left it in their hands. My doodle came out great. I love supporting small businesses, and its good to have one that you really love take care of you and your best friend the right way.

This is the best groomer I have EVER been to! I have an anxious dog. He gets really nervous in hectic, kennel-like environments that other groomers in the area have. A Best Friends is a small, family-run business with a calm and positive environment for your dog. Just now I dropped him off for his 3rd visit and this is the FIRST TIME he has EVER not had his tail between his legs when heading into the groomer! That says it all. I honestly love this place and so does my pup! Highly highly recommended. UPDATE: Just needed to make an update to my review. Wish I could make it 6 stars. Just dropped off my dog again and he was jumping with excitement to see everyone at Best Friend’s. Seriously this place treats your dog so well!

Good service. My dog is still young and hasn't been trained, yet. So he is a handful lemme tell ya. Especially around other dogs. And they cleaned him up nicely for a fair price. Good job & thank you!!

Wonderful people my dog loves them .

I booked an appointment with Best Friends and was really hopeful considering the good reviews. However, I arrived for my appointment and was asked if I had received a message from them (there were no missed calls). Apparently their water heater broke, and not only did they not call me or leave a voice-mail, but didn't bother to apologize or attempt to reschedule. They then proceeded to admit they hadn't saved my number in their files, which explained why I didn't get a call. When asked when they could get her in, they said maybe next week but who knows.. I have a very strict schedule and work 12 hour shifts in healthcare, so this was an incredible waste of my time on my only day off this week. Poor service, not reliable.

Our go to place! My dog actually jumped out of the car and ran straight in with no leash. They love it!

Friendly, caring staff, and great location! Today I had taken my 3 month old daughter and our pup to Best Friends Dog grooming get her nails trimmed. I was so sad when I came to the door Mariah had told us that they were closing ealry today due to cancellations, but she could get my pups nails done anyway!!! What a life saver. She was gentle as usual and took our dog back. Im so greatful for her kindness. It was already such a stressful experience getting out of the house with pur pup and baby. She is a rock star! ???? We will be going back!!!

Today we went to Best friends to get our 13 year old Chihuahua her nails trimmed spur of the moment. We have seen the $5 nail trim sign before and have been wanting to check it out. We checked the reviews and liked what we saw . It has always been a stressful task for us and her and decided to give it a try. Since covid is going on we phoned first they were super helpful , we did not have to make an appointment . We arrived , they took her inside and came back out a few minutes later and our girl had lovely short nails. We highly recommend this place. Staff is friendly, quick and efficient .We will be coming here from now on . Thank you .

Super cheap for GREAT service!! I just have his nails trimmed which not even vet hospitals can seem to do with 4 people. And they wanted me to have him sedated @ St. Francis for a total of $160 because he tries to run to the nearest corner. Lol Here at Best Friends though its only $5 and I always give a $5 tip for the great service.

Used to take our dog here for basic grooming, but just called to schedule and we were denied, being told they no longer accept dogs over 60 pounds... Not sure how they plan to stay in business this way.

To the person who complained . About not taking dogs over 60lbs. That was so rude. You go pick up big dogs all day. Then tell me how your back feels. The bussiness will run just fine without you. Sue is very kind. Have to draw the line in every bussiness. Stop being so self entitled. Keep up the good work. Best Friends Dog Grooming.

So happy to take our cavachon back here at a new location for us...wed been to her other location in the past. Great service, clean facility, and delivery of a happy dog. A bit shorter than what we wanted but due to some matts we had to.

One of your workers is BEYOND rude. She had an attitude with me and i walked out because i dont trust horrible people with my dog. Never coming back here again. Maybe you should teach your workers manners and customer service. Pretty sure her name was maria but she needs to fix her attitude!

Thanks to Sue I can see Poppy's happy eyes. She looks so much better!!
