They are great people with really quick turnaround. I took my dog for a trip to Europe and needed to endorse my dog's health certificate. They did it in just three hours. I used electronic VEHCS (veterinary export health certificate) to speed up the process (no need to ship papers). I wish all US government offices would work that quick and professional.

We had to use the USDA to get our forms for our dogs authorized for import to a rabies free country. They did an outstanding job getting our approved forms back to us in nearly a day, considering the constraints of COVID-19. I'm truly impressed by how efficient the process was. If you're in the same boat as we were, PLEASE make sure you have all the documents you need before you send the paperwork to them.

Called to ask a simple question about an international health certificate because the information I needed was not available on the USDA APHIS website. The employee was rude and sarcastic and did not attempt to help me find the answer to my question.

I've experienced awful customer service before, but even for a government business, the staff are incredibly rude and not helpful. I had simple questions regarding an International Health Certificate for two cats, and I always felt extremely disrespected when speaking to anyone.

Very rude staff. Imagine the worst, dumpiest DMV employee you've ever met and multiple it by a hundred. Two day turnaround is an absolute joke and they are completely useless unless you have an appointment with them. Not for questions, not for help-if you don't have an appointment you may as well have not come. Do not bother going to their office without an appointment. Do not bother asking them for help. They are too incompetent to read their forms properly. If they notice an issue in your paperwork, they will not help you with it. They will wait for you to pay and then deny your application and pocket the money. Honestly the worst government office/experience I have ever had-most McDonald's have better trained, nicer and less unkempt employees. While all of their employees are terrible, the black-haired frumpy woman at the front is completely worthless. If she is there when you arrive, reschedule your appointment.

Incredibly rude staff. They do not answer questions. They deliberately close the window when they are done talking, even if you have a question. They work very slowly and only do what they have to if you insist.

Despite the mostly negative reviews, our experience was flawless with this APHIS office. Our health certificate was turned around in less than 48 hours and the people were pleasant, fair to deal with, and very responsive.

Staff here are very rude. They're open until 4:00 pm. but at 3:00pm. they told me there were nobody to help me, because they are closing.

Some staff are very rude. Often provide incomplete information, requiring multiple trips. They open at 7:30 but the vet doesn't arrive until much later (9:00 am or later) which prevents them from signing off documents.
