Friendly staff, always trying to help and clearly love all animals. All three dogs have gone here and they have helped us through a tough time with one of our pups going through heart disease.

Very friendly staff and great service. We called around everywhere local to have our cat neutered and they were 2-3 months out. Deschutes got him in the next week and neutered him 1 month later. Great vibe because our cat started purring and loving on the staff the moment we walked in the door. Excellent work- our cat was back to his normal self the next day!

I've been a client of these guys for 4 years. Unfortunately since Covid you can't get an appointment for about 3 weeks. They say you can call I every AM at 7:30 to try to get one of their walk in appointments for the day but after a week of trying I just booked the weeks out. They are too small. They need to upgrade and grow. Facility is out of date. Clinic is very small. Vets, techs and staff are pleasant but again not enough appointments.

Reasonable prices, friendly staff. They saw us for our new dog, when our "regular" vet we had been seeing for 7 years with our cats wouldn't make us an appointment. There was no loyalty to us as customers so we switched here and were happy with the choice.

I like everything except the cost. Definitely on the more expensive side. Will get most vaccines etc somewhere else to save money.

We had to say goodbye to our Loki. They had a private room ready for us. They were absolutely wonderful to us and him. Losing a member of our family was so hard and they were so sweet and caring. When his ashes came back he was in a beautiful wooden urn and they saved us some of his hair and even did a mold of his paw too. It is so beautiful. They sent us a card signed by the Dr and staff. They are truly amazing people. I can't thank them and West Coast pet memorial services enough for what they did.

So, so, very thankful they accept fit in urgent care appointments and new clients. After a fews days of being off his food with some stomach bug, I'd say they saved my cat for sure.

I love this vet! They answer the phone when you call! And you can get a appointment soon, not months out!

First they tell me my dog has cancer, and then when they're supposed to get back to me about an appointment with the specialist, they blew me off for the rest of the day never called me back, find a better vet, again today left my number for the Dr to call and here we are 4:30 still no word no call back. I would never refer this place to someone I don't like, let alone a friend, she's not a vet she's a money collector.

The service here was simply terrible after the doctor confirmed our dog was fine we had to wait another half hour for them to even ask for card

The receptionist is so sweet I really like her. The vet/ other staff did a great job helping the pups we brought in. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had called around numerous places to see if anyone could see my cat the same day, I was able to get to Deschutes as a walk-in... thankfully! The front staff folks were always so kind and understanding of my nerves. Even though my cat was a bit of a jerk, they still were smiling. Dr. Murray was pleasant to talk to, answered all my questions about my cats care and now new lifestyle changes. One thing to note, I did wait a bit before I could be seen, but people should expect that as a walk in. These folks are great!

Professional and friendly but the wait in the parking lot was a bit long (after 5 minutes, called back because thought we were forgotten).

Vets are good. I just don't like The Curbside service, where I can't go in with my dog.

It is very disappointing that this vet office can’t return calls or respond to emails. Being told the doctor will call you back the next day and a week goes by an no call? Send and email, no response?

One of the only places around that offers walk-in urgent care! Was going to have to take my cat to the Emergency Room for diarrhea, very glad I got to come here instead. Walk-in fee is very reasonable, much cheaper than an emergency hospital intake charge. General pricing is a little high but I find it reasonable, they are transparent about costs and have worked with my old vet to avoid additional testing/charges. Saved my cats life! Wish the vet could talk a little longer since you can’t enter the office due to covid. Don’t know how they are with dogs and horses, have not been in the building myself yet. The staff I met seemed kind. I highly recommend this place <3 especially for urgent visits
