Amazing! My kitten just came out of heat the day prior and they were still able to do it. Very informative, got a call when she woke up. Easy check in and out. Absolutely amazing. They will be my vet for kitten from here on out.

We have literally put our beloved pet's liives in Dr. Bertlesen"s hands for decades. He is kind, compassionate and trustworthy. He listens, explains his treatment plan carefully and completely and makes us feel like our pets are his only patients!

I was needing a Vet in a hurry and I am so glad I found this one. Everyone seemed very professional and caring, from the front desk staff to the doctors. They patiently answered my questions and were very kind to my dog, I am highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants excellent pet care.

Please adjust business hours to reflect current weekend business times. I came here on a Saturday and it's not open like it says it is.

Dr. Burlesson was such an amazing doctor and you could tell his staff followed his caring personality. We trusted his judgement in allowing our animals to continue being seen by Dr. Burnette and staff, but unfortunately the practice is not the same. After getting a nanny to watch our kids and taking our new farm dogs for their first visit, my wife was told they had to reschedule her for an appointment for the last appointment of the day because she was 5 mins late and "Dr. Burnette was running behind and was swamped today". Unfortunately child care does not come cheap or easy so she was very frustrated. We were informed by Dr. Burnette herself over the phone that due to my wife's language and frustration we were not welcome here anymore. If you are looking for a caring office that cares for people and their animals I would suggest looking elsewhere. Profit driven medical facilities are not for everyone and unfortunately the new doctor and staff here follow this model. There are many choices for providers out there and we all would like to have our family pets and loved ones to be treated with respect. When I called to get our records mailed to us there was not a single apology or explanation as to how a 5 minute window is the standard of customer service. Lesson learned, hopefully they modify how they approach customer service.

Friendly staff, doctor took his time and truly cared about my dog without ordering unnecessary lab test and expensive treatments which seems to be the new trend. This is now my new vet.

I had a great experience here with my 1 year old kitty. The staff was very kind, personable and understanding. They did a great job with my kitty's castration and kept in touch to make sure his recovery was going well. I also came home to my first cat eye scratch. One cat scratched the others eye and it was swollen shut, bulging out from the socket a bit with a lot of mucus coming out. I was really freaking out and the staff was very helpful and the eye drops they prescribed definitely sped up the recovery time. He was pretty limp and weak from the pain but started gaining his strength back pretty quickly after the eye drops. This is a great veterinary clinic with great staff and I truly appreciate the care they have provided for my fluffy!

Tualatin Park Veterinary Clinic has been where we have taken our pets for the past few years. The clinic is really close to Tualatin Community Park & the Fanno Creek Greenway Trail. It is really easy to see from road however parking can be a little tight at times especially for larger vehicles. However, the entire staff is totally friendly, warm, and caring. And the doctors are wonderful with lots of combined years of experience!

Sooooo unprofessional!! Had an appointment scheduled in advance, received a confirmation text 5 minutes before the appointment, only to have the woman at the door tell me that we were supposed to be there earlier! Then, instead of working us into the day's schedule, she told us we needed to come back 5-6 weeks later. On top of all that, I learned that this vet was going to charge me double for the same procedure that I have planned for tomorrow, just down the road. Incredibly disappointed, but more money in my pocket! Would give ZERO stars if I was able to!

Dr. Matthew & Francis were great with my puppy Ruby. You can tell they absolutely love their job. Ruby is usually on shy side but warmed up pretty quickly to them; It was wonderful to see! Dr Matthew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming here again for all of Ruby’s needs!

We use Tualatin Park Veterinary for both our cats and our elderly dog. Staff is always so kind and compassionate. The doctors are both very good at being conservative with treatment to mitigate cost but obviously wouldn’t cut corners for something that was warranted. Great communication and they will actually follow up on your pet to make sure they are okay post care. I trust them explicitly with my fur children and am very thankful to have found such a great clinic.

Very nice and caring people to work on my puppy. My wife and I have a 9 week old Pembroke Welsh Corgi that we took here. The staff was very friendly not only with my puppy but with my wife and I. Very informative and you can tell they really care about your animals. Most definitely will be coming back even though we live in Portland!

Dr. Elly and the whole team were so easy to work with, and removed any apprehension we had about taking our new rescue dog to the vet. Our dog was very comfortable with everyone and we were able to see what was happening in the exam room because of the plexiglass barrier between us and the doctor. They were wonderful! Would highly recommend them to any pet parents.

They are great,a little slow once our pup wasn't critical.

Caring staff, easy to schedule visits, reasonable pricing. Small clinic with few pets in and out throughout the day. Makes it nice for my dog to visit who does not do well in waiting rooms with multiple animals. Dr. Burnett - we love you!!

Tualatin Park Veterinary Clinic provides not only excellent care but does so with equal compassion. I highly recommend them.

They were so helpful and kind. They had a soft hand with my kitties, good bedside manner, and knew exactly what to do. This is my new primary care for all my pets! I could also tell that they were serious about COVID and made absolutely sure everything was safe. It also doesn't hurt that the vet was a crazy cat lady too!

Everything was perfect ! I loved that my cat actually got an appointment and not waiting in the car until there is an opening Great place!

I was in search of a new vet clinic for my puppy’s care. From the moment I emailed them to ask questions, to scheduling, care during the appointment(vaccines and check-up) and through follow-up phone calls I received friendly and professional service from all staff. I really felt my pup and I were welcome and cared for. I was also delighted to see they had had a summer garden by the clinic. I love that they have COVID-19 protocols in place so that I can safely be in the clinic with my pup during her session and ask the vet questions. Dr. B answered all of my concerns and questions in a confident, honest and kind way. I think I’ve found my furever vet. ????
