I wish I'd done more research before taking my dog there. I moved to the Hillsdale area from Tigard, and have been seeing an awesome veterinarian in Sherwood. My dog had an ear infection and I was desperate to get her in some place. The staff was very nice and the facility very clean. They are extremely expensive.VCA is a huge franchise, the owner is Mars Candy who has added pet care to their portfolio. My preference is always to go local rather than support a huge corporation. I do love my doggie, however I can receive the same quality and service for less money.

We had a very sick cat. Got to clinic by 7 am. The staff and doctor were all hands on deck. Our cat Winston passed away, but the staff was most kind, helpful, with suggestions, and resourceful. VAC Raleigh Hills Animal Hospital is top shelf+++++

The staff were very friendly, helpful, caring and extremely professional. Good COVID protocols also. We went to VCA for an international health certificate and Dr Morse double and triple checked the paperwork and spotted 3 mistakes in the paperwork that was given to them and remedied the problems. Highly recommended.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful at our visit with our cat. Couldn't have gone better, except for the traffic to get there!

They are absolutely amazing here! They are still doing a curbside drop off for visits and were more than willing to accommodate my stressed and scared dog. The vet was very knowledgeable and really just seemed to want the best for my girl. I'm glad we found this place and look forward to making them our regular vet

Doctor did a great job on my Jack Russell's surgery. However he was also fortunate enough to bring home and give my other two dogs KENNEL COUGH to which the VCA strongly denies even though Banfield Hospital can prove it with their lab results. After a significant additional expense because a $1,700 surgery wasn't enough; $300 later my other two dogs are on antibiotics and antihistamine, I pray for a quick recovery of my two dogs that senselessly got sick. Thank you VCA for the lack care and compassion showed to my other two dogs that fell victim to your policies and procedures.

The veterinarian, techs, and front staff were all compassionate and competent. I would absolutely take my cat here again in an emergency.

I think with the covid policies communication has become an issue. I've not had a problem in the past and staff is always very lovely. But this time I didn't get to ask questions, there was paperwork but really no informed consent or explanation or risks for procedures. And I was made to feel that getting vaccines 13 months from the last years doses were delinquent, the clinician also stated that the care of my dog's teeth was neglectful, despite them looking really quite well and we've been putting in a lot of effort with her teeth this year.

Impressed at the communication, professionalism, and care of our cat for a spay..gave us written pre op instructions and calming RX, which Lombard Vet did not. Dr. Hill did an awesome job of taking our questions thoroughly and patiently. Dr. Brennan did a safe and through spay. Thank you to Michelle for your kind care of the ????.

Very accommodating. I am impressed with the way they have adapted to the virus, calling when you arrive and they come and pick up your pet. They are pro-active and I always receive a text asking how my pet is doing after I visit.

Dr. Decker and Meredith took very good care of my cat Girlfriend. She needed a radioactive iodine shot for her thyroid. They talked with me both before and after the procedure. They really care and will always do the best they can for our pets.

Dr. Hill is the best! She has been my dogs vet for over a year now and has done so much in partnering with me to make sure he has a great quality of life while living with diabetes. She is extremely professional and helpful. It’s obvious she cares about my dogs well being! I can’t recommend her and VCA Raleigh Hills enough!

Our rescue kitty was a hot mess needing most of his teeth pulled. This location was so kind and supportive acknowledging the financial stress and helped us figure out how to help our Leo. Highly recommend them.

I had a couple questionable experiences here that I brushed off because they were always very nice in person. Until a recent event where they blatantly tried to scam my fiance and I, and I am now very suspicious of this establishment. I have a VCA insurance plan, so when my dog needed his anal glands expressed I called ahead to ask if this would be included in our plan, and they confirmed that it would be. The day I brought him in, I again clarified ahead of time that it would be included, they again confirmed that I would only be charged if they needed to give him meds or do a special procedure. I spoke to the vet after the expression, she said they didn't do anything special. I asked "so we're free to go?" to which they said yes. Months later, my fiance went to pick up a prescription and they claim that we walked out without paying and that he needed to pay the fee for the expression. I currently work full time unpaid as a medical intern which is why I made sure to clarify so many times so that I knew I could afford it, so I am confident there wasn't just a misunderstanding. I will be switching vets as soon as our 1 year contract is over.

Vets are great. Have had several issues with Serena, who is nasty and unprofessional. However, the new practice manager and the awesome vet resolved it to my satisfaction.

Just another animal hospital. I just moved from California my dog got sick from drinking the water here. Doctor claims we have the best water here in Oregon. The 1st question they ask me is did my dog get any marijuana. My 1st dog live to be 13 years old my 2nd dog is 13 and is still alive not once have I ever been asked about giving my dog marijuana until I moved to Oregon. Hey tree huggers not everybody gives their animal marijuana. Besides marijuana in the vegetation state will not harm an animal. Pay attention to mother nature.
