Amazing Staff. Super friendly and they seem to genuinely care about the needs of each pet and their owners. They have a whiteboard outside the entrance with all the names of the animals that have appointments for the day! Im recommending this vet to everyone I know.

Have been bringing my pets here for almost 15 years, even after moving to Tacoma. Can't say enough good things about the staff and the care they have shown.

The Vet Techs and Docs, especially Dr. Jagger are outstanding and so professional and caring. Just took my nervous little rescue dog, Addie, to their groomer and wow, did she do an outstanding job!!!! Nails, teeth, ears, black tummy all done. She used all natural products and Addie came out waging her tail. Will most definitely be taking my fur babies there for all grooming.

Got my pets cherry eye surgery here, they messed it up essentially forcing me to come back and charged me for every visit. If you're gonna mess something up don’t charge the client for your mistake.

Been going here for years. When my dos of 6.5 years had cancer they were amazing during the hard time. Take my new girl there and they are amazing.

We had an emergency this morning with our dog. When I called this "animal hospital" and explained the situation and how serious it was, the woman on the phone told me that they are booked and we couldn't be seen until this afternoon at the earliest... The tone and way that this was communicated was totally unprofessional. I would never bring attempt to or actually being an animal to this establishment again!

I owe everything to my cat's doctor Dr.Long, and Dr.Jagger for performing a complicated biopsy on my baby girl Bailey to diagnose her inflammatory bowel disease. She has been to multiple other vets but none were ever able to figure out what is wrong with her until now. I thought we would never get answers but my girl is finally doing so well after so long! Bailey has been seeing Dr.Long for a couple years now and she is such a great person and vet. She never rushes things and I can tell she genuinely cares for pets and her clients. My cat is my everything and I have searched for a good vet for years but we finally found one that is super caring, knowledgeable, and not shady. This is coming from someone who brings her cat to the vet quite frequently to make sure her health is always being monitored and she lives the most comfortable happy life as possible. Thank you VCA Parkway you guys are awesome!

I started taking my Dobermans to their clinic after having one of their ears cropped. The vet did a good job with the ear cropping but the customer service is terrible. Every time I’ve come in for an appointment whether it was re rolling ears or vaccine appointments the staff has caught an attitude over the phone. I guess because they aren’t seeing me in person they can be big over the phone. I booked my appointments a month out and tell them everything I want done just to get in and have to do redo paperwork I emailed or restate the vaccines that I’m coming for even though I stated when I booked, and called and confirmed the day before. The Doctor tried to tell me she couldn’t do vaccines without previous history. Lies! If my dog is here for an annual check and I know she’s due for vaccines you can atleast give one year shots, I understand there are 3 year vaccines. I asked the front desk staff over the phone if I needed to have shot records the day before my appointment and they said no. The Doctor then gets hype with me over the phone saying her staff would never say that and what’s their name ?! I didn’t have a name but I had proof of the phone call on my phone and she didn’t say anything else.

We have been taking our animals here since 1995 we haven’t had any issues until recently we took him in for grooming before and the next time he said we need an exam and shots so we did it a few months ago and we took them in again for grooming and they said they needed more exam and more shots this time though one of our little dogs came home traumatized I mean traumatize I couldn’t believe the way she was actingIt looks like by the way the hair was cut that something was tight around the neck from the throat over the back of the ears to stats where they stop cutting it she has a Gouge her chest If you can see the pattern on her head it looks like she was hung it’s the weirdest thing I don’t know if I can take her back there anymore and I don’t know if this is a new groomer but I love my dogs with all my heart and I don’t like them being miss treated if this is what happened

Workers are always so nice and helpful. Love Dr. Long. Never feels rush talking to her. She doesn't push us to do anything that we don't want to do on our dog.

I brought my Cane Corso to Dr. Lind for speciality surgery. She listened to me and did a fantastic job. Surgery followup was easy and fast. The staff was great and the clinic is clean. If I didn't live all the way in Gig Harbor I would make this my home vet clinic. Edit: I just wanted to update the photo of results of Dr. Lind's procedure on my corso. Looking fabulous a year on.

They have always taken great care with out animals. Great people!

Avoid the dog groomer. Cat groomer does well. Vet is nice, price is still 1/3rd more than I paid in mukilteo.

We have been taking our dogs there for over 40 years. Great people & great service. We just purchased a mini schnauzer and we hadn't had a dog for over 10 years, still returned to Parkway.

Amazing customer service! I had some concerns and Denise personally helped me out and was so lovely to work with. Although it is hard not to be able to be with your pet due to Covid precautions, the staff are SO caring and compassionate that I know my baby is in good hands. Thank you VCA Parkway for taking great care of Arlo!!

Horrible, HORRIBLE service from this facility for 3 reasons. 1. My pet had major surgery and they denied us any pain meds or a cone which resulted in my pet being in excruciating pain and his wounds becoming infected! 2. They discarded both of my pets medical records! Now I have no medical history to bring to my new vets office. No shot records or anything! 3. They refused to let me into the room when my pet was being examined by the vet. Seriously, what kind of vets office is this? So many red flags from this place! Yikes.

The staff was prepared for social distancing and took every precaution to make me and our pet comfortable. The staff is very personable and friendly.

They take good care of my baby girl plus the receptionist Sadie is amazing, Dr Jagger and Dr Sage are wonderful they are full of knowledge when i ask questions

My Dogs Love it !!! When we travel & Board our Babies there , Our dogs are excited when we pull in to drop them off !!! That means alot , The Techs really go the extra Mile

This clinic still performs Ear Cropping services that the American Veterinary Medical Association opposes. Cropping is 99% for owner desired aesthetic purposes and is an unnecessary surgery putting the pet at risk for surgery complications, infections, deformities, and not to mention PAIN. A true vet wouldn't subject a pet to this unless a medical necessity. Even their own medical organization OPPOSES this cruel practice. Shame on you Dr. Laura Lind for boasting about being trained in it.
