Best service ever my cats were calmer with them then are with me! Highly suggest!

Our fur-babies were handled with love & care. I especially loved how she was able to keep our kitten calm while having her sanitary shave completed. Neither of our cats complained and they stayed completely relaxed the entire time. 2 cats had their nails clipped, ears cleaned, 1 even had a sanitary shave; and they were done in less than 15 minutes toyal. I recommend anyone to take their fur-babies here.

I was looking for a last minute groom, and they were SOO kind to squeeze me into their very tight schedule, i am extremely picky when it comes to my szus cuts & she was able to do it BEAUTIFULLY. the customer service is a 10/10 & my dog was happy when she came home. you can tell they really value these animals. i would recommend Tacoma Dog & Cat Grooming to ANYONE looking for animal grooming. if i could give this place 1 million starts i absolutely would

I absolutely LOVE this grooming company and the staff!!! Steffy and her staff are very personable, patient and detail oriented! I appreciate the fact that they don't do herd booking and they take their time to provide our fur babies with the best grooming service. They never disappoint and most importantly they treat our precious fur babies as if they were their own. I am a client for life and have recommended her to ALL my friends, family and co-workers! #Second2NONE!!!

I love Stephanie! She is so friendly not only to use as pet parents but especially towards the pets. I took my Ragdoll here, he was matted under his arms and near his rear. She told me straight up that a 'lion cut' would be necessary to remove the matting. She was very honest about my pets behavior and how I can work on preventing future matting. AMAZING PRICE for what they provide, basically GO HERE!!!! 100/10 would recommend to a pet owner looking for a new groomer.

Steffy IS AMAZING. Our experience with her today was the BEST. She cares so much about her clients and is so knowledgeable it was so different from any other groomer I have been to. She asked the right questions, and truly went out of her way to make sure what I wanted before and during our appointment!!! Steffy is amazing and kind!!!! We took our two cats (Paula gray long haired and Earl gray tabby) and she was gentle, loving and handled them with care. She even so sweet and understanding when Paula (our long haired cat) got feisty and clawed her. I felt terrible but Steffy was gracious and made me feel better. We will definitively be taking our babies back in the future.

I just brought my sweet boy Chester (3yr old long-hair cat) here today for a lion cut and I could not be any happier. Steffy did an AMAZING job! I already felt at ease after speaking with her on the phone, but seeing him happy and well groomed when I picked him up was the icing on the cake. He’s never looked this good before! Chester has been through it with groomers in the past, and even cut very badly with the last one. I am so glad to have found Steffy and will definitely be using only her in the future!

My 8-yr old Std Poodle service dog. CHAI-T, had a long-time groomer who retired. Since then, we've had a tough time finding a groomer who could meet Chai-T's high standard. Well, Steffy's Crew at Tacoma Dog & Cat Grooming met all of his expectations and more! Although we live in S. King County, we wouldn't think of going anyplace else! Chai-T says he is VERY satisfied

Hands down the best cat groomer I've ever been to. I have a long thick haired indoor cat that got outside on accident and subsequently ended up with some matting in her hair in sensitiv area and I was worried about it but I gave Steph a call and withinn2 hours my Luna was cut and happy. Not only was her customer service the best I've ever dealt with for animal grooming but you can really tell she cares about the animals she takes into her care which is a huge thing for me as a pet owner. We will 100% be coming back to her and I highly suggest that if you're seeing this review that this is the place you need to go ❤????

First time visit for us and we loved it! Steffy is the best. She is really responsive and will take great care of your kitty. She was very knowledgeable about cats, it was a wonderful experience all around. We will be back.

Steffy did an amazing job combing out the mats in my cat’s fur and also clipped his claws today. Original charge for the job was going to be $150 but since it turned out to be a lot less intense than originally thought, she only charged me $40 for the entire job. So I gave her a $10 tip because she was amazing and professional and responsive and just overall awesome. I would highly recommend Steffy and her husband and Tacoma dog and cat grooming. Steph is really good with animals. I take my cat there to get bathed and they do a great job and my kitty is never stressed when I pick her up.

Got back to me promptly to set up an appointment. They were very easy to deal with, no complications. Dropped my dog off (and my dog can be very difficult to groom, especially when it comes to trimming his nails) and they had nothing but good things to say when I picked him up. Price was very reasonable, just an all around great experience!

Steffy and her crew did an amazing job with my boy Harley! This was my first experience with this groomer, but it is abundantly clear to me that they truly enjoy, and take pride in what they do. Steffy is absolutely amazing! I rescued my dog molly, an was able to get into her shop. She has been amazing in every aspect , not just in grooming she gave me advised that saved my fur baby . She goes above an beyond for everyone. And I recommend her to anyone who needs grooming! I would give her a 10/10!

We dropped off our Lynx Pointe cat and Australian Shepard together (which was amazing in itself). This was both of their first times at the groomers and I was honestly expecting them to be a little timid, or acting slightly differently afterwards. Only several hours afterwards, our duo came back smelling fresh and acting as happy as usual! When Steffi called to let us know they were ready for pick up, she gave me a very detailed description of how they did. You can tell she has a passion for animals! We requested the all-inclusive bath and brush for the both of them. All of their paws were well cleaned/trimmed and felt so soft. They were both incredibly soft afterwards. Our pup got a lot of compliments that day when we brought her out to dinner that night. We will definitely be coming back regularly!
