Amended review - no need for name calling! Please note, I am not a customer, I never made it to that point as just based on their website I didn't feel comfortable having my cat cared for here. It just seemed strange to me that none of the pictures showed where the cats would be sleeping / staying. And, while I appreciated seeing all the cute cat photos (limited visibility to rooms/cages) in the testimonial section I couldn't piece together a clear idea of what the space for my cat would be while being boarded there.

So many thanks to the wonderful people who were taking care of my little kitten! Communication with Nancy (the host) was very pleasant and super quick! My kitten came home calm and happy. Nancy also gave valuable advice that you won’t get from your veterinarian, and it shows how attentive Nancy is to her furry guests and how much love she has for cats. I am so happy with the experience and will be coming back for future stays!

Our two Burmese cats have been visiting Snuggles Inn several times a year for about 8 years. Nancy and Jerry are so caring, genuine lovers of cats, that we always feel our pets are getting the best experience (outside of their own home) possible. Clean, and safe and we don't worry about their well being in our absence. Each pet family gets their own spacious apartment. Expertly appointed for comfort and interesting spaces to hang out. Finally there is a large play area for the cats to explore and play in. The cats do not commingle with other cat families but enjoy the communal play area keeping stimulated checking out scents and views out to the garden. It's a warm and cozy place to safely board your cats and I give Snuggles Inn my highest recommendation.

I am so happy to have found this place for my cat Nala. The first day we left our kitty wasn't very happy with me, he was hiding. When I picked him up though he didn't even want to leave!! He was walking around the family room as happy as he could be. I wanted him to run to me and want to leave but it is also nice to know that Nancy and Jerry do such an AMAZING job that my clingy cat won't even want to leave! Thank you Nancy and Jerry for being such sweethearts and for giving us a lot of helpful tips for our cat. You can tell they know what they're doing and they are doing it RIGHT! Will definitely come back here whenever I need to leave out of town, cause I know now this is like a second home for my fur baby :)

I have been bringing my deaf white cat to Snuggles Inn for a couple years and they have become like a part of my cat family! My cat has special needs because he's deaf and Nancy and Jerry have been so helpful and amazing at accommodating him. Always made sure he's comfortable and happy every time. He loves going there so much that he literally can't wait to get into his carrier to drive up there. I am moving out of state and we are very sad to say goodbye :( They were so caring and nurturing and so educated about a cats needs, we all know how cats can be! I'm very thankful to have known them and had a safe comfortable place for my little guy/ baby to go and play and have fun!

We began taking our kitties to Snuggles Inn when they were four months old. Jerry and Nancy have provided a wonderful, caring home away from home for our kids on numerous occasions. We are very thankful to have such a great boarding option and have made the trek from West Seattle out to Redmond repeatedly since we know our kitties are safe and very well cared for.

Snuggles Inn stands out as a cat home instead of a box for a cat. They are given genuine care, attention, respect and play without any added cost for human contact. That means something to our cat, who is quite the handful and is not easily impressed. But he is with Nancy and Gary at Snuggles Inn. If given the chance, they can also give you valuable advice on some of the most important things for your cat's quality of life you may not be aware of. Our cat has benefited from stay's with Nancy & Gary. It's no accident that when we pick up our cat at Snuggles, he is like "Who are you again? Can't I stay?". We recommend Snuggles!!

As anxious new cat parents 7 years ago we searched for a place that seemed loving and welcoming and snuggles has turned out to be so much more. It's like having your cat stay at a favorite relative's home. Spacious rooms, lots of individual attention and playtime, special attention to dietary and health needs, a beautiful safe enclosed outdoor area where even the most shy indoor cats can explore safely. Nancy and Jerry love our cat as their own, and recently have taken on his health issues with a very holistic and hands on approach, offering guidance and support as we work with our vet to improve his condition. Since I had never boarded my cat before, I was unaware of the vaccination requirements. Nancy walked me thru the requirements and it was very simple. My cat had his vaccinations all up to date, so all I needed to do was get a copy from the vet and forward it to Nancy. I dropped off my cat Mr. Darcy the evening before my trip, Nancy had us stay about 20 minutes to help get Mr. Darcy adjusted. She was easy to talk to and you could tell she loves cats. The first thing I noticed was how clean and spacious the cat rooms were. Nothing like some of the websites with rows of small cages. I knew right away that we had made a great choice. Nancy spends time each day interacting and snuggling with each cat. When we returned to pick up Mr. Darcy you could see that he had been well loved. He had been combed, and was quite content to stay with Jerry, who had also given Mr. Darcy much love and attention. The whole experience was very positive. Definitely Five Stars!

I boarded my shy and skittish cat with Snuggles Inn for 3 weeks. It was the best away from home stay I can possibly imagine. No cages but rather rooms for the cats with windows to observe squirrels and birds. I personally can highly recommend Snuggles Inn for your cat.
