Decent selection and prices. Lack of available staff is biggest frustration. They are friendly and helpful when not helping 3-4 people at a time.

Some old long hair guy is rude and pushy to customers. Very bad customer service. They need new management.

The staff was super nice and helpful! I got there near closing time because I just got a brand new kitten and needed supplies. I am a dog owner and have never owned my own kitten before. The staff went above and beyond to help walk me through the aisles to pick the perfect items for my new kitty. They explained the items and promotional offers and truly care about their customers. I will definitely shop there again.

Cat sand prices were a little high. Cat food prices for the canned food I buy is pretty low. Thank you for your service.

Everyone is always friendly and very helpful whenever we come in which is pretty frequently. Clean, and easy to locate everything we need.

Employees are always busy helping customers. COVID19 protocol in effect. I wish the national supply demand would get worked out.

Normally I cant stand Petco, I never shop with this company. However I needed a new harness and they had a good selection online. Store was well stocked and staffed. Went to check out and Vanessa was wonderful, super sweet to my puppy that was obviously stressed. She answered all my questions about the company as well as the app and discounts for food (I’ve been buying from another location. “Long story short”, I’ll be back. Thank you again Vanessa, incredibly sweet.

Great customer service. Usually out of stock on what I am looking for. I understand we're having supply chain issues though.

I shop the sales between Petco and PetSmart. I order food and toys for my parrots online and pick up at the store for a discount. Petco stores are always clean and the staff are always helpful. The reason for 4 stars is that they don't stock the large 17.5 lb bags of food which are more economical.

The employees very helpful when i was in a stressful situation.

All your stores don't have any supply for cristal cat litter, no whole hearted squeezable puree treat, no kittens broth. I am very disappointed and I'm telling all my friends to shop at PET SMART

A very informative staff works here, and they're friendly too. They have lots of typical pet supplies. Recently Tim helped us with fish he's extremely knowledgeable. We were impressed we have knowledge also but he matched or exceeded our knowledge. He knew the products

I love this store but they have really bad pet training. Other than that I like shopping here for my fish supplies and dog supplies.

This is my favorite place to purchase things for my aquarium and son (a male Lhasa Aplso). The employees are very helpful. If you can't find it, they will find it for you. There is one employee that know her fishes. Her name is Amber. She is there to insure that you are taken care of. If you need a particular fish, she will try to order it for you. The fish aquariums are clean and the fishes look healthy. The store is clean and organized.

Kind and attentive service. Aquarium part of store could use a cleaning but still well stocked.

Love their large selection of fishes and fish supplies here specifically. The clerks are nice and fast with their service assisting if needed. I'd have to say this place is much better than Petsmart. Would recommend going here if your tired of petsmart small selection in all categories. ????????‍♀️

Ok, I only gave this 4 stars though I couldn't be more grateful for taryn's care of my.dog. I just.moved to Tacoma and my golden doodle looked like a dirty dust mop. I got some names of.the "nice" dog grooming places from other folks at the dog park. They are booked for 6 months, they won't even take your name. I steeled myself and called Petco (Supercuts for.dogs). They had lots of availability. Taryn welcomed molly and took her gently in. 3 hours later molly was fluffy and smelled good and I could see her eyes again. She said Molly was a champ, so that tells you Taryn knew how to calm her.

I guess they're doing the best they can with only two people working on any given day. But I've heard some awful things about the conditions the pets are in with such short staff. Dead animals every morning because there's not enough employees to keep them all fed and healthy. They end up in the dumpster out back. ????

I had a last minute purchase and ordered online for in store same day pick up. It was ready in less than an hour (about the time I got to the store) and the pick up was quick and easy. My dog thanks you for his dinner tonight!

Went in to buy some fishes. The store Manager assisted me. Went away with fishes and other supplies. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back on Thursday to order more fishes from Amber. My favorite place.

Kinda rude when asking questions and also would not allow to use bathroom even though I was going to buy cat toys. Not impressed

Looking at turtles. They had 2 Red footed tortoises. Very nice, but out of my price range. Everything's so expensive*

Curbside pickup for a 35# bag of dog food made it very convenient! Pleasant pickup from everyone involved!
