ABSOLUTELY horrible place to work. The lady/son who own/run it are degrading to the staff! The way they talk down to the staff is disgusting! They will hire anyone but will treat them like a nothing. If you need a job but want to be verbally degraded on a daily basis, apply here, work with the owner Lynette and her son Jeremy! Also very dirty working environment, neither do anything for cleaning, make the employees do literally everything while they stand around and yell at you! They also rush the baths and grooming of the dogs.

Brought my dog in I let them know that she had match and I would like her D matted. They asked if they couldn't get through the match do they just leave them. I said yes I can work on them at home. The tiniest of mats were left everywhere. Obviously not brushed at all. Her hair was super frizzy due to probably poor quality shampoo And obviously no conditioner. My dog has hair not Fur. Her bangs are chopped up looking like I let my granddaughter cut her hair. Beard messed up. And I tip $15. It was so upset when I got home and saw the basic little mats were still there. My dog was so terrified sitting in a crate on top of other crates waiting for the wall to come tumbling down. DON'T TAKE YPUR BABY THERE!!! It's also extremely noisy lots of dogs barking and barking and barking.

Always super service with Lynnette and crew. Jay Jay and Steve loved going to day care, Bark Hotel, and getting groomed.. Always great cuts and service. Been going since 1995 with other dog, Molly, and last 10 with Jay Jay and Steve.

The owner (I think) was friendly and professional with phone questions even when she was dealing with a chorus of excited dogs in the background. Nail clip fee is well worth it. They allow drop ins during a certain window of time most days. We were greeted by a friendly cat hanging out when we came in. Our dog is a yapper and has anxiety but the guy who trimmed her nails was calming, quick and friendly. We were in and out in under 5 minutes for a nail trim. If our dog needs a good scrub & clean I’d gladly take her back here in the interest of supporting a successful, professional small business.

I’ve been here a couple times service has been alright but I don’t know what happened this time I have little poodles the cut was uneven and looks like they scalped their paws

We've been taking our dogs to Lynette for years. She always does a fabulous job grooming our dogs and we've never been disappointed with the result. Her facility is very clean, pricing is fair and getting an appointment is as simple as walking in the door. Lynette and staff treat their customers (2 legs & 4 legs) very well and we couldn't be happier with her service. If you are looking for a professional groomer look no farther.

I had a good experience here. I dropped my dog(s). off right when they opened @6am. and was able to pick them up after I got off work. Loved that. Well priced for the work they have to do. I've tried.

The second time I took my two dogs I was very disappointed It was literally a “hack-job” It was as if I had cut them, choppy. I like their open window AM drop off, no appt needed, but I think they end up rushing through and just “make do” with a cut.

Yesterday 12/22/2020 is the first time going to Clip-N-Clean Pet Salon. 1st it was such a good price for giving the fur babies a salon day for Christmas (about $45 less then what I normally pay). 2nd my little chunky baby had gotten into some candy & we had to cut his Goat-T & Mohawk at home and boy did he look bad I thought there was no saving his then bad haircut. Anywoof, once I picked him up he look amazing his Mohawk looked so amazing (I didn't have to ask to have it re-cut bc it was perfect). 3rd I was able to drop them off without an appointment (walk-ins are from 7am -12 I believe) & they called once they were done. The shop is in the cut right on 12th & Proctor the parking is on that side of the street or across the street, I did not see handicap parking but my mother is handicap with a walker & we got parking in front of Clip-N-Clean & she was able to use her walker from the car to the shop. Due to the "RONA" (Covid-19) only 2-3 customers can fit in Cut-N-Clean at a time to be at a safe (but that did not stop a "Karen" from entering the establishment, walking past the people standing in line in the cold & refuse to Social Distance herself point being it's a small space inside) distance. Mask are required in Cut-N-Clean. Overall experience ~ I gave 5 ????'s or 5 ????'s for excellent grooming techniques, affordable prices, good location & extremely nice staff. I would recommend Cut-N-Clean to others who wants to give their Fur Baby/Babies a Spa Day (Good Grooming) Gotta ❤ your Furry Family ???? ???? ????Pawfect experience???? ????

Excellent service. Prompt appointment. Professional staff. Affordable prices. The owner spent time talking with me afterwards about care and upkeep. This will definitely be our new groomer of choice. Worth the drive from Seattle.

A very inviting atmosphere and staff is very friendly. First time going but when I picked up my Yorkie, found a shave cut on belly and nails weren’t trimmed. Paid for full service. I was a bit disappointed but I will still consider returning and giving them a second chance just because he did look cute and loved his new look.

Lynette and her staff are absolutely amazing! I had been in search of a good doggy daycare for my fur baby Tyson for about 6 months prior to learning about This phenomenal establishment! The universe allowed Tyson & I to accidentally bump into the owner of Clip-N-Clean while shopping in Walmart a few months back, and the rest is history! ????My 7 year old male yorkie goes to doggy day care 5 days week & absolutely LOVES this place! The place is always clean, staff always friendly and professional. They offer extended hours from 6:00AM-7:00PM daily. The staff is most importantly extremely attentive & nurturing to each & every fur baby. I also utilize their glooming services. This place is truly heaven sent! The atmosphere when I walked in was so welcoming it was our first time there and they made me feel comfortable leaving my dog there! Great service our dog looked amazing when we picked him up!
