They were good, they didn't have everything we were looking for, but still decent selection for what they did have.

This place is wonderful. I’ve only been in twice to get a few things for my new puppy but they have such a big selection and an amazing staff.

I have a toy poodle chihuahua about five and a half months old she's pretty small and I have had a hard time finding harnesses that fit her as well as any treats or snacks that she actually likes very picky eater. This place was absolutely amazing the employees took the time to talk with me get to know my puppy named Lily figure out what and what doesn't work is far as different styles and techniques to train her and she's a little bit rambunctious and yappy all in all they helped me more in the 20 minutes I was inside the store than any pet store has ever helped me my entire life this place is really amazing!

Nice selection with friendly staff

Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and prices that rival the big box stores. I can get everything I need here for a month for my cats and chickens in one stop. I held back one star because on my last visit the employees didn’t seem keen on enforcing their mask policy on some customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, which is quite a big risk for a store this small. Hopefully it was a one-time error.

They are very friendly and very helpful with my EXTREMELY over exaggeratedly picky love bug, Miss Lovely! ???????????? One minute she loves her wet food and the next, she'd rather starve (never will starve as she's free fed dry food!!) Then ever eat that nasty peasant food! ????????????

The best place for your pets!

Excellent service, took our four month old cat in for vaccinations and microchip. The line was long because of the prices were reasonable. Vaccination microchip and examination of your pets is offered every Saturday. 3-14-20, The visiting vet has canceled for today's pet hrs. So if you were planning on going, don't bother.

It's alright. Needs better organization, but the girls are pretty nice.

What can I say it was a really good experience they were so informative and made my dog feel so comfortable it was amazing because he usually has high anxiety but they were incredible and he loved them. He walked around like he owned the place.

It's a lil tucked away, but definitely don't miss it. I love coming here for my pet supplies as well as getting gift cards for my friends and co-workers with pets. Staff is kind and very knowledgeable. I've gone around a few stores and they definitely have some competitive prices.

I am adding comments because Pet Pros deserves it!! They are amazing, I am always greeted with friendly staff eager to help. I adopted a dog who was teething and the staff helped find chew toys not only for the immediate need but we talked and he grows and what new items he will be able to chew on. One individual took even more time to offer options that work with her dog. I couldnt have been happier or left with more knowledge and my dog hasn't chewed a wall or cardboard box since. I love love love this store, their selection, the staff, the cleanliness and everything else I cant think of.

They has coupons for us to use for our new kitten! Adopt dont shop.

I love this pet store they are always so helpful and always sweet even when I bring my I’ll behaved dog with me. They always have a special or samples for dogs on holidays which is actually how I found one of our staple animal products in our house. They helped me find a food that was not only ends up costing me less monthly but was higher quality than my last food! I do wish they had more things like sweaters and a bigger toy selection so this could be my one stop shop but we love it here all the same !!!

Nice staff, fun special events, good variety, though they do occasionally run out of stock on things I need and are priced a bit higher than other places.

Surprisingly great variety of good quality food, snacks etc for being a smaller pet food store - at an affordable cost. Very nice staff.
