The staff is always very helpful. I love going in and seeing the baby ferrets too.

Expensive. And too much China. Our girl tore up a sturdy looking toy in less than an hour. China made.

Who doesn't love Petco? Grommers did a great job with recommendations for my dogs dry skin.

The lady I talked to about red-eared sliders was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I just purchased 2 8 week old golden retrievers and needed help with everything, there is a young lady at the store couldn't remember her name she is very tall, blonde young woman at the Bonney Lake Petco she helped me so much and I'm so thankful because I would not have a clue like shampoo there so many and over whelming. She was Great.

They had everything we needed and the staff was very helpful.

Store was out of everything 3 of us wanted for our dogs. Had to go to the register to get help.

They need to hire employees who actually want to work. A Group of four employees huddled around the cash registers chatting and didn’t greet customers walking in. The over all tone of this store is not based in any customer service. I walked up and down the aisles not seeing one employee to ask about a product, and I’m not going to walk up the the registers to get a question answered.

Close by the home. I would go again soon! Get my cat litter from Petco!

We found items for our new furry friends, reasonable prices. The staff are awesome.

The store it messy and not very stock at all but beside the mess they are nice & friendly just seem to be unorganized

Cat wet food - my experience is I find a good food (no fish!) that my cat can and will eat (picky 14 yrs young) and it gets discontinued! Happened again after 6 yrs of using Merrick turducken ☹️Now I’m once again trying wet food (won’t eat pate!) and throwing away cat food regularly- need a food with morsels and gravy - she won’t eat raw or dehydrated foods etc - I’ve tried it all - all but a few are pate types- of course it’s the food makers not Petco’s fault. Also because my cat gets the intestinal glass shards from fish which she loves and cannot have other than oil - it’s frustrating how many say chicken or turkey etc and when I read the ingredients it says white fish or some sort of actual fish! My cat has had surgeries for this condition... it’s upsetting and dangerous for her let alone sneaky???? of the pet food makers - EDIT on 9/18/21 If there was another place to get what I need for my cat I'd go there - and I do if I'm in the area. Bonney Lake Petco - Never has people to help you... if they see you headed their way they scram! The last 4 visits all their inventory boxes were piled high in the cat food area making it difficult to shimmy in to get what I needed. Prices are less on line... items available on line vs in the store. I would think other Petco stores are not like this one. I prefer Pet Smart when I'm in their area. Not long ago I placed an order to pick up - got there and only 6 cans of catfood were pulled for pick up. My other items (available) were sold out I was told. I was also told they would come outside to me - I saw no where to wait for them so I went inside and was told they don't bring orders to people. (so why post that you do??) Rarely is anyone friendly or says hello or asks if you need help.

They work hard in difficult environment, Oh that they could all have their own businesses. I think the store entrance is too close to the counter where matters are taken in, they show care but it's a difficulty place.

This is a great store. My almost 6-month old pup is taking the training classes (both levels) and now goes for basic grooming with nail trim included. She had a rough start in a shelter and used to be a bit shy, but training and getting used to other people and dogs have been great for her. Everyone is very nice, and we’ve had nothing but good experiences. Highly recommend ????????

Bought 4 fish and they didn't even last a week and were $17. Never coming back to this location again to purchase fish. That is terrible, obviously something was wrong with them.

Petco carries the dog and cat food that my pets like. But I also buy cat grass there frequently. I called ahead to ask if any and if it was fresh. I was told yes but when I got there all the cat grass was yellowing! I've got that at home that's why I made a stop after work-out of my way-to get fresh grass! Tell your staff to just be honest, not fib just to get people to come in and hopefully buy something anyway. But OVERALL Petco is my go-to for my pets!

Lots of empty spots on on the shelf. No person on the floor to help you

I go there for animal food but would like to say I am glad they got rid of the dark haired groomer and if they didn't I would not ever take my dog there when she's working. People need to know how their loved one is treated. If your dog don't like going there or scared when it's time for hair cut, stay around awhile if she's working and you will find out.

If you go here for rodents be prepared for non knowledgeable associates. Do your research. I worked with an associate because my girlfriend and I like to adopt feeder mice and give them a chance to live their full lives. As soon as our associate Aurora, found out the mice we chose weren't food she tried to sway us away from the feeder mice as pets. Idk what happened but her tone changed after we chose to go against her suggestions. She was joking around when we told her we didn't want a specific mouse, and she said, and I quote the best I can, "It looks like you're gonna be food while your sister lives her life". This was kind of almost sociopathic in my opinion. First time I've worked with this associate at this location. Definitely hope it's the last.
