Vets and vet techs are friendly, accommodating, and so patient. I have two cats that need to ride in a crate together and they allow both in the room at the same time. One is very skittish and they were so gentle and calm with him (and were able to clip his nails!). They answered all of my questions and made me feel like I had what I needed at the end of my visit. And you can tell that they really care for your pets!

Dr. Brown is a very capable, compassionate provider who does his absolute best to make you and your pet feel comfortable. I have been bringing my dog in here since she was a puppy and I have never had reason to complain. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Great experience with NEPH, they continue to be very caring with our pets. This time was a new puppy and they were calm and very gentle with him. Clearly they love animals. They were responsive and very easy to work with. This is our second dog going to them for and we'll for sure be staying with them.

The bedside manner is so comforting and truly compassionate. They were able to get me in after a cancellation (much appreciated), worth the wait if you are not having an emergency.

My pup is a rescue who is still getting comfortable with the world around her and the team here has been so helpful and flexible to her needs. They are warm, welcoming, supportive, professional, and really focused on her individual well being.

I have been a client at this Vet clinic for over 10 years. In August I called because my kitty had become very lethargic. The office had no openings for weeks….I took my kitty to an emergency vet where they diagnosed him with a UTI and urinary crystals. He bounced back and was well for a couple months when he started having symptoms again. I called the vet clinic and again they had no openings for weeks. I told them what’s the use in having a vet if they can never have openings, again I took my kitty to an emergency vet. At the time I had a well kitty care appointment set up, I was unsure of the date but assumed they would call or text a reminder as they have always done. I did not hear from the office so today I called wanting to verify that I had an appointment …the receptionist told me that the office manager would be calling me later. She just called to inform me that since I didn’t bring my kitty in on Nov 2 that I was no longer considered a client. I asked why I was not called, texted or sent an email to remind me of this appointment she said they didn’t have time to call with reminders. They have always done this. I’ve never missed an appointment. She told me that I could reschedule however I would be billed a no show for the appointment that was missed. She was very matter of fact and could care less if I remained a client or not. Makes me sad…. this vet clinic was always a wonderful place to take my pets, Dr. Brown has always been kind and compassionate. Not sure what has happened to this clinic and would certainly not recommend it to anyone.

North end Vet has been my vet for several years. Dr. Brown is very patient with my dog and understands his ways. We just had dental cleaning done with his last two shots. He explains eve in detail , cannot say enough good things about him. The nurse’s and reception are also a very pleasant team. If you are looking for a good Dr. for your pet please call Dr. Brown.

Everyone I encountered at North End Pet Hospital was thorough, attentive, welcoming, friendly and compassionate with me and my doggo Greta! This was my first visit and I’ll definitely be back!

These vets have cared for my pets since 2011. They helped us keep multiple very old, fragile pets alive for years. One dog lived for over 5 years with Cushing's and multiple neurological issues. Another dog lived to be 17. Our diabetic cat was insulin-dependent for six and a half years. When our 2 year old corgi mix was hit by a car, they got IV fluids into him within 8 minutes of the injury (he survived, with a concussion and pneumothorax, by some combination of good treatment and sheer dumb luck). In short, these folks are heroes to me and my family. I want them to take care of my pets for years and years to come.

Great visit with Dr. Volmer! Our 7 year old lab Dunson has gone to North End Pet Hospital since he was a puppy. He loves going there and the treats are amazing! We are very happy with the compassion and care we receive here.

Dr. Brown is easy to talk to and thorough in his responses to my questions (of which there are usually many). I trust him and his team with health of my 12 year old girl.

Dr Brown is our favorite vet. So caring and knowledgeable. All of the staff are great. It feels like family. Our dogs cannot get up the stairs fast enough to see everyone. This is the only place we will ever take our pets. Can't recommend them more.

North End has always been absolutely great. They care about your pet and about you. We have had our dog there for 13+ years and the expertise and love we have received has no doubt kept him going strong.

Dr Brown goes out of his way to take care of my English Mastiff. She is a rescue and terrified of anything out of the ordinary. Would not go to another vet.

Dr Brown helped me find a great remedy for one of my older dogs who was struggling with stomach pains years ago and I've been taking my pets their ever since. All of the vets are caring and their vet techs take special care for all pets as if they were their own. Olivia took the time recently to listen to a concern of mine and made me feel completely at ease and confident in continuing to bring my dogs to North End.
