The doctor is amazing he was so sweet, gentle and kind to my scared cat.

Been going here for 10+ years with multiple cats and dogs. knowledgeable Vets and not too pricey.

I normally go to VCA in Tinglwild, but are temporarily closed. My dog need just a allergy shot and flea med. Well front desk was great. Doc. Came in and from stories I heard about this place well, I will say there true. Doc. Refused My service because I wasn't going to do a booster shot. Seriously my poor baby need other care and you refused. You where wanting to do a booster, not wanting to help his issues, oh and wanted to change my babies flea med. Why change something that works for him. It was what you wanted not what was best for him. You showed no patient care for a animal my baby for what he needed at that time, with on top of waiting weeks before we can come in to be a waste of time. You $#@%

We have been going to this vet for several years now. We have spent thousands of dollars on our pets at our local VCA in Lacey. Today, I called to get our dogs flea medicine refilled and I was told I need to bring my dogs in for an exam again. I don't need to pay for an exam for flea meds when I can walk into Pets Mart and buy them over the counter. Seems like all VCA cares about is money money money. The flea meds are already way too expensive and they expect you to pay the additional money for an exam ? Definitely shows what they care about. MONEY !!! We will be finding another vet.

I brought my two dogs at the same time today for the first time. They were all so kind and patient with me and my dogs. Really grateful for feeling welcomed and the professionalism that was shown with my very anxious dogs. Highly recommend going here!

I can’t believe the front desk staff. They have no compassion. I feel like all the good reviews on here are fake. They only care about money and not the animals and it’s the truth. Never had a vet with such rude front staff people in my life.

Found a dog with a tag out on the road, called Lacey Animal Hospital and immediately was able to drop off the dog so it could get back home.

Theyre quick as they can be with everything going on. Very sweet staff!

My cat Loki has been going to VCA for a couple years now and we love it!!! The nurses are amazing and Dr. Bower is the greatest! They always have Loki's best interest at heart. If you want the best care for your fur babies, this is the place to bring them!!! ????????????

I've been taking my dogs there since 1994 and the crew has changed a lot over the years but they have consistently been a loving and caring environment to take by animals too!

Dr. Bower, and staff are great. I've never had a Veterinarian call to check up on how Maggie is doing. Dr. Bower is the best.

My experience was 100% wonderful.....Dr. Bower and team was very caring, Dr Bower is thural in her exams, she does follow up calls to check on your pet after a visit. I have been going to the clinic since 1995 when Dr. Dorthey owned the facility, though the clinic has changed hands the service, compassion & love has not. As scared & worried as my Teddy is when we go to the vet he will gladly go with the techs...( I think they have a stash of treats in the back) ???? anyway, I will not go anywhere else.

Can't begin to say how great Dr. Bower and all the staff at this clinic are. Treat our furbabies with compassion and respect. Thank you for the excellent care of Mattie and helping her over the rainbow bridge to wait for me.

I love this place. They're always sooo good to my babies. Upfront about costs and services. Not pushy about products. Zeke, Ruby and Khalisee approved!

I would recommend this place 100% . True care from the veterinarians that have seen both of our dogs. That have always gotten us in , and quickly on an emergency basis! They always follow up to check how things are with our dogs. Such good care from them! Thank you!

Do your self and your pet a favor. Find a vet that is responsive, compassionate and cares. Because the staff at this place do not. I will say - Dr. Bower is an exception to the staff. She would always call the next day to follow up. But if you can't get help or in to see her, what is the point of saying she is a good doctor. I have been a client for years. I only take my pets to the vet if they need shots or sick which is never. They do not return calls and are not helpful. They did not used to be this way - the "sell-out" to VCA changed the staff and how they treat people. I know this is the business model because I needed a Rx, one issued by them - and I called other VCA facilities and they to "refused" to help me as "I wasn't THEIR client" I put up with it for a long time. But no more. Healthy Pets, Kitty Klinic, Any other vet office is better than a VCA clinic! I did email the clinic and this is the response I got! My review will remain what it is - truth and fact! VCA does not care about people and their pets or needs. They care about the bottom line.

We love Dr Bower at VCA. She has been so helpful to us over the years. She's kind and soft with our pets and always knows the right thing to say and the right advice to give. We can go in having complete confidence that she will care for our pets the best way possible.

You couldn't ask for a vet any better than Dr. Bower. She took care of my min pin; Ralph, like family. Thanks for everything Dr. Bower!
