I won't take our dog back to this groomer at all. Lesha's Our Dog is a Pomeranian when they got done with him they tried turn him into a poodle. His hair all shaved off. I could have done better than them. Top it off they charged $75. My granddaughter pick him up because I am in wheelchair. I would not recommend anyone to the animal there

Our dog came back from her boarding with mats in her fur, so we went back to this business from the first time we used them. I called, and though the lady on the phone said they were booked, they’d work on her throughout the day and they’d take her in for a grooming. This business is all about customer service and they are super attentive to the owners AND the dogs. 10/10 will always return to this grooming business!

Absolutely the best place. Warm, calm and inviting business and brave staff. Took my little dog back to clip her nails while she was whipping around like the tasmanian devil. All was good and they got all her nails done. Just a very lovely experience.

Lesha is wonderful at what she does, really. I took my little shih tzu in yesterday to get groomed bc his previous groomer decided to stop grooming him bc of how aggressive and sensitive he gets during hair cuts and his hair got so matted over the months. I honestly was struggling to find a new groomer and then came across Lesha's grooming place on Google and she did her magic on him! my little pup came home so happy with his new cut and she did such a fantastic job considering how he is and how bad his hair was. 10/10 recommend if you need miracles for your lil pups!

If I can give more stars I would, Balance dog grooming or I should say Lesha and her staff are always so happy and cheerful they are very professional but at the same time they make you feel like family. The love that they have for our pets I should say our baby’s is so great. They treat or baby’s as if they were there own. I have been to other dog grooming places and I have to say balance is affordable and the best at making you and your baby (your 4 legged baby) like family. Would I recommend them to anyone? HECK YEA!!!! My friends and family take there pets to them now. Try them out I promise you won’t be disappointed you will be hooked and keep coming back

Lesha's is fantastic. I moved to Olympia and I drive up to have my dog Pearl groomed by them still because they are SO great with her. She is a rescue and has sensitivity issues and everybody is so kind about it with her. They take their time, treat her with love, and she always looks exactly how I expect every time. I've had to cancel, reschedule, miss all last minute and everybody has been so sweet and wonderful about it. The facilities are great - it feels like walking her into a friend's house to get groomed! - and everything is organized and tidy. It's very clear to me Lesha takes her career seriously and having someone who's as gentle with my dog as I would be makes me so much more comfortable leaving Pearl in their extremely capable hands.

Talked her her extensively about not knowing what was best because I’d never had my Aussie groomed. I told her his butt needed to be shaved and I wanted to keep his mane. She told me a lot about similar dogs but never once stated that she was going to shave him. I assumed he was in good EXPERIENCED hands. - dropped him off at 10 am and was told 3 hours minimum. I explained I worked at 3 and she told me wouldn’t be a problem. I was never contacted when that time was going to be extended. Had to scramble to pay a friend to pick him up 5 hours later. -was then charged $10 over the quoted price -my dog who is a breed that shouldn’t be shaved was shaved. As well as his mane gone. Which if she was experienced she would have known that it can ruin his double coat. -The cut was very choppy on top of it. I then left a message at how I was displeased with many miscommunications but did not want to leave a bad review, just thought she should know. When she returned my call she was extremely rude and flat out lied about our convo and the rate she quoted me. Her demeanor was extremely aggressive and went as far as to yell. For this reason I felt the need to let the public know that she is extremely unprofessional. I am equally as guilty for my lack of knowledge with grooming even if it is her expertise. But am mortified at her response to hearing how a customer felt dissatisfied. If I were rude about it, I could understand but was not rude until I was yelled at due to being disappointed. So I’m hoping she just had a bad day and my dogs double coat grows back.

Had my pomeranian groomed. The new groomer was there at 9 sharp and she did the best cut and nail trim was fabulous. She went above and beyond for my 14 year old girl.She wasn't stressed when I picked her up.Best shop we have been to in a long time.I recommend this groomer top notch !!!

She was super patient and thankful that I helped hold down our beagle to have his nails trimmed, and she got it done in two seconds. Very nice place ????????

There's nothing better than a clean puppy butt ???? Great service, great prices, happy dog. $50 for a bath, nail trim, paw and sanitary trim. And they made my puppy's first groom a good experience. We'll be back next month

This groomer is the most caring and gentle. My dogs love coming here. My dog used to be afraid of nail trims but not anymore, when she comes here It's always fast and gentle. And the fur cuts looks so good. They trim them exactly as I ask, I tend to like it cut shorter in the summer time. Nothing but a good experience every time. Just drop off the pups and they'll notify you when they're ready. And they're very accommodating with their schedule. Been taking our dogs to Lesha for 14 years and would never go anywhere else

First off I want to say I enjoyed taking my dogs here to get groomed. The atmosphere and vibe was amazing and the professionalism was amazing. She was able to cut our puppy’s hair and looked great. I know he was probably a little hard to handle as it was his first hair cut and he scratched his groomer a few times. Both our dogs were there for 5 hours which I thought was excessive. When we picked up our dogs, we noticed our puppy was covered in pee which I assume was because he was in the cage for so long. The day after we noticed he has a really bad rash in his groin area and got worse a few days after the grooming. I am very hesitant as to getting my puppy groomed because of this incident. Worth giving this place a try, Just sharing our experience and hope it doesn’t happen to others.

Called to see about a walk in for a nail trimming for my pup. There was no answer but I thought the voice-mail was very informative and I really enjoyed that. I got a call back quickly maybe 20 minutes later and they said no problem. When I went to the salon it was very nice and clean. The employee Rose was very nice and polite and did a great job getting my dogs nails trimmedquickly! It was quick and easy check off the to do list! Will be back again.

I've called quite a few dog groomers for pricing, and Lesha's is definitely at the top of the price scale. I wouldn't have gone there except that every other place I called was booked out for a couple months. The groomers there do a fine job, but be aware that they do tack on an extra $15 or so per dog if your dog is not a model citizen, or if it requires more than standard effort. My two small dogs cost $145. I probably won't go back.

My 15 year old dog tinkerbell got the royal treatment today! She has high anxiety, a bum hip and a couple other normal ol lady problems. But when we went to pick her up, I cried at how wonderful she looked! Like a puppy again! It's important to me that she was so well taken care of, Lesha took her time (or rather Tinks time) and let her rest and be comfortable! She looks amazing and is only a tiny bit mad at us! Lol It was a great start to my birthday weekend! Thank you so much!

Both times we took our doggos in she did amazing with them. Even made my wife cry today with the job she did on our 15 year old! Thanks again!

This groomer and her team know what they're doing. My poodle mix looked great when I picked her up . She also did nails only for my chihuahua mix. We'll be back.
