My dog went in happy, came out happier. Well taken care of, trustworthy, and I will take my Liberty there again.

Staff lacks professionalism. Subpar service.

Great place. My kitties were in good hands and even tho they are super shy they still played with the staff which tells me a lot about the staff's care.

The establishment has a big sign outside stating they are hiring and to apply inside. My daughter is currently a Jr in High School, went in to ask about the position. Dan was extremely rude saying he needed a full time person and he seemed bothered to be asked about it. My daughter then asked about their high school seasonal job training to which again Dan rudely made fun of her and said they only trained animals there. Dan this is from your website : "Seasonal staff SCK takes great pride in hiring local high school students who love animals to work in the summer. We are often their 1st job and we take that responsibility very seriously as we want them to have a great experience. Their training is a top priority and your pet will benefit from their enthusiasm for their job." She also mentioned a lady in the back was yelling at a dog and she had a bad feeling from this place. So much for making their website seem welcoming. I guess my daughter dodged a bullet.

Always take great care of our babies!

We had to leave on of our furry kids here while we were out of state. They do a great job and I love how they use an app and post pictures for you every day.

We have been going to Soos Creek Kennels for over 5 years and I would not consider going anywhere else. They have great staff who really about our pup's stay. They have fantastic "doggy day-care" and excellent grooming/bath service. Well done!!! Most important, "Murphy", our pup, gets very excited when we drive into Soos Creek, he LIKES being there!!

Leo luvs Jessica. She is very attentive and a master at what she does. And if something isn't quite the way you want it she, and the whole staff, are very accommodating. But it's a rarity that it's not. They're a little more spendy but worth it

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GROOMING.

Been kenneling and getting my dogs groomed here for over 20 years....they do a great job. They let you kennel multiple dogs in a big run, which helps reduce stress. It is also nice to be able to pick my dogs up freshly groomed when I return from a trip! Big thumbs up!

They take excellent care of our dog and I love the fact I can pick her up groomed at the end!!

Soos Creek Kennels has been very accommodating to our dog Winn-Dixie, who has bad separation anxiety so he can’t be at home alone during they day. The owners and employees are really kind! I’m glad to spend my money here and support this family owned kennel.

Staff is very friendly, and their boarding add-ons are fantastic. My dog is always happy to spend some time there.

Customer service of staff is good. Easy to book boarding. My dog did not seem overly traumatized by the whole experience, although I opted for no bath and he came home reeking of urine. Main complaint which will cause me not to book again was that his bed was returned soaked in pee with not a word about it from staff when I picked up my dog (probably why he smelled like urine). They returned the bed in a plastic bag, so I assume they noticed it was wet. My dog is potty trained, so my guess is he dug/kicked his bed into an area of the kennel run where he had peed. I'm not sure if the kennel has a drain or what the clean up routine is there, but it would have been really nice to know that this was a potential situation when they suggested to bring a bed to begin with. And they could have at least apologized and explained the situation when I picked him up! Lacking thoughtful and considerate communication.

Jessics was kind and caring for my scared pup! Such a great experience for both of us and the grooming fantastic!
