Dr. Coyner is the best. She figured out what was wrong with my pup right away. I would highly recommend her.

4 years of different vets, and finally we get some answers!! My pup is comfortable for the first time in over half his life!! So knowledgable, compassionate, great with my dogs behavior issues. I drive all the way to Lacey for his appointments, and I dont begrudge it because it's been so so so helpful!

I do not recommend these people if you are expecting mature, professional communication and people who are compassionate about your animal's well being. Pls look at all reviews as I am writing about the same experiences people have had here over the last few years, indicating that they are not accountable, nor do they care about people interactions. Nothing has changed apparently, so they are certainly consistent. If you see them in Tacoma, pls be aware that they only work out of that space on Tuesdays. This means if you are waiting for medication for your dog, they will only be available on Tuesdays to tender it to you. You MUST work within their system as anything other than that upsets these people. There are no alternatives to their system, and certainly compassionate care for your animal is not a consideration. Further, if you have an issue that is escalted to Mrs. Conyer, she will not talk to you directly to get feedback. She is not interested in any feedback from her patient's parents. This would result in showing humility, being accountable, and even taking some responsibility for her & her staff's behavior. I can not go without calling out the narrow minded, rude and condenscending admin team who answer the phone in Lacey. Again, if you have an issue that doesn't fit into their business model, they will not be able to professionally handle the issue and present a solution. This is a big stretch for that team. For anyone from this office who may post a reply to this, please don't embarrass yourself further, as I am happy to have a public conversation with you about your lack of compassion and support. Mrs. Conyer had an opportunity for us to talk directly and she walked away from me without talking to me. Classic passive aggression. That's the professionalism you can expect. Response to Mrs. Conyer - Chaos is a male. If you read the record, you would know this. You purposely avoided me, so please, don't waste my space to recreate your story so it's more digestible for you, and perhaps presents you in a light to potential patients that is more positive than reality. Your unprofessional & chilidsh behavior is consistent for sure.

Receptionist Vicki and Dr. Coyner are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. They have absolutely no people skills and deny me the right to speak to Dr. Gould(whom is amazing). They get very rude and defensive and make everything …

My cat suffered horrible itching (atopy) and was mutilating himself. Over the course of a year, Dr Coyner was able to narrow it down to his exact allergies and create a serum for him. His hair is all grown back-in now and he is playful and happy again!

Dr. Coyner is very rude and disrespectful and cuts you off and does not allow you to speak. Receptionist Vicki said "do you just not want us to care," when I said I could not make an appointment right away. They have zero people skills and only care about their money. Side not: Dr. Gould is amazing and if those 2 would stop denying me the right to talk to her I would consider bringing my cat again!

Been trying everything for 3 years, and finally, this poor itchy dog is getting some relief. They are very thorough, and treatment plan clearly printed out. We may still be investigating what is at the root of it, but in the meantime, food and medication change has made for dramatic improvement.

I wouldn't even give one star. Just had a appt with my bloodhound for his chronic eat infections, we saw Dr. Coyner in dec of last year for skin issues that cleared up so we followed up with our regular dvm for care and not doctor coyner. …

Not happy at all. $1700 in tests, over $500 in medicines. My poor dog is miserable, hair falling out. Tried to get in today to see them (spend more) and they said mid December. My dog is suffering and miserable. These people are not very nice, in my opinion. My dog is like my child and they treat her like a bothersome number. They say she has allergies but can't be specific. Tossing darts at at possible cure, costing me thousands with no relief. I recommend trying another vet. I DO NOT recommend this one!

We had gone to 5 different vets and spent in the neighborhood of $8-10k over the course of almost 10 years trying to figure out our dogs skin condition. 1 visit and $300 later he was properly diagnosed and on his way to recovery. He is now at 100% and its like having a puppy again. So nice to see him healthy. He had gotten so bad we were running out of options before considering putting him down. We cannot thank you enough.
