Walked around aimlessly to find certain things for a hamster . person at till was busy with customer .. but could have said hey, hi, be right with you but no. I then found a lady and I approached her . To find out you didn't have what I needed

Hi David - I would like you to bring these training treats in as they are a Canadian company - these are the best training treats small and soft … I just purchased 3 bags from Pet Smart at 15.99 each … I DO NOT like purchasing from Pet Smart as they are not local! I am a loyal customer to Pet Foods and More since you opened in 1988! The Surrey store - gets 10????????????????????for customer service Steve is my go to always as is Scott and the girls … they are outstanding and always go above and beyond for me and everyone else that enter the store. I can’t say enough about your staff and they are the main reason I keep coming back !

Really good service, I was looking for items for my dog to chew and they were very patient in explaining all options for my dog. I bought one and my dog is chewing away like there’s no tomorrow. Very knowledgeable staff. One of the largest pet store I’ve seen besides Petsmart. 7 locations.

My favourite place when I need something special for my cats or need advice. Wonderfully friendly, knowledgable staff, and the store has a great return policy. There are a lot of brands here that are hard to find anywhere else - definitely an excellent store!

The customer service was absolutely outstanding. I was looking to purchase a fake grass pee pad for my pup and stumbled upon the PetSafe Pet Loo on Amazon. It had great reviews, but the lead time was 2 weeks. I sourced it out locally and found Pet Food n' More. I called their Surrey location first, and the phone didn't even ring once before a gentleman answered. He was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. He sourced out the large one for me from the Maple Ridge location. (Surrey had small and mediums). He called up the Maple Ridge location and gave them my info to put it aside for me. (I could hear their conversation). Really great experience dealing with him. I'm sure it was no big deal on his end to help, but in a time where a lot of people don't care about customer service, this experience stuck out to me. I am very thankful as it was imperative that I purchased one today. **Edit** - the guy's name was Steve, and he's extremely helpful and polite. Would recommend this place to anybody with a pet!

We buy all our dog food here. All the staff here are awesome. I have a young Siberian husky who is very energetic. They are understanding and informed on their products. I also love their self serve grooming area. Overall, this place is a great value and has many great products.
