Been here twice, good experiences both times with different animals. The assistants are good and the vet is calm and doesn't force treatment options, he's sensitive to the owner and pets needs. Recommended

This was our first time at the office with our new rescue pup. I was surprised and pleased to see that unlike our last animal hospital where everything was done over the phone due to Covid, that we could use a mask and enter and be present during the examination and have a face to face conversation with the veteranarian. The veteranarian was awesome and had the puppy playing and happy during the examination. The office staff were friendly and welcoming and provided great information. All in all, it was a great experience and we will continue taking our pup to this office.

The doctor was incredibly rough with our dog, he literally tried to flip our dog to put him on his back. No care for our dog or our feelings

They very gentle with our cats and dog. We have been going for years. Trust them. Love the smiles and they always comfort me, I'm a wimp when it comes to the animals.

Great pet hospital, professional staff and fine attention to details

I’ve taken my puppy here three times and had undeniably the best customer service from the receptionists and Dr Saini is just awesome. I would definitely recommend this practise great doctors and great prices too they are very reasonable and I never feel like I’m paying too much. Thumbs up

Dr.Saini (if I remember correctly) is really professional. My kitten has diarrhea and didn’t like canned food after vaccination. Dr. Saini recommended another can, my kitten likes a lot!

The best animal clinic ever, thats all I can say. They are extremely patient with my super aggressive cat, and always answer my questions no matter when I call. They are way more helpful than the other animal hospital down the road (I've been there several times and they just literally looked at my cat and told me he's healthy , and then charge me a fee). I am so glad I switched to here for my cat!

Service is great, respect of Covid restrictions. My vet name is Dr. Saini and he gave me clear explanations as to what they will do and gave me a detail estimate costs. Two chihuahua which had tooth clean and extractions and one received a minor surgery to extract a small mammal tumour. Medication and care to give at home was well explained and made it clear that if I have any concerns at all, to go back right away or call at any time. Everything went fine, no infection, the day after she was already running around and she's about to get her stitches off and cure very well. Couldn't ask for a better service and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. Also, their price are lower than most. Another thing, when I first called, Michelle answered the phone and she speaks with a smile, you can hear it, it made me feel confident in bringing my pets to them and I'm glad I did. Thanks to all the very professional personnel that took great care of my two fur babies.

This is the best vet clinic! I can’t even put in to words how amazing they are! The staff are all very friendly and helpful! Dr. Saini is so great, he answered all my questions And was very helpful and kind when my sphynx kitten had continuous health problems. I highly recommend bringing your pets here because they will be in excellent care!

Dr Sandhu is the most pleasant doctor we have encountered. He is so good with our golden doodle, and just overall very kind. You can truly see his passion and care for animals , as well as the owners. Highly recommend. Absolute best.

I took my cat to get vaccines last month and was very pleased with Dr. Saini's exam and vaccination. Went back this morning so my cat could get the second dose of the vaccines and was extremely disappointed because they not only charged me the vaccines but also ANOTHER consultation fee, regardless I told them my cat had no complaints. The vet didn't exam my cat, just gave her the vaccines. The assistant only weighed her again this time. I don't think I should be charged another consultation fee in a month's time!

Dr. Saini is so gentle and caring with my Jack Russell Terrier. She wags her tail every time she sees him because he gives her cuddles and treats. He is always smiling and takes great care of my Ché. Michelle has been very helpful (vet asst.) and their office runs in time. Thank you! I would recommend this office and Dr. Saini to all my friends and family????

Aggressive vets, didn't treat my dogs very well. Tried to trick us into spending extra money. Do not seem professional.

My experience at this clinic was great, they took great care of my dog and explained everything step by step. Prices are comparatively great as well, will definitely be coming back here!
