We receive the best care for our fur babies. Everyone from the reception to the vets are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would not think of taking my best friend anywhere else. Izabel, my dog, likes to visit there, everyone loves her and she loves everyone there also. I have been taking all my dogs to this place. I love them for loving my dog. Rick

Absolutely the best vet practice in the Lower Mainland for both breeder and pet owners. They respect the owners and provide the top level of trustworthiness and care to our loving companions. I wish we could find human doctors who live up to this professional practice.

Friendly, Compassionate, Exceptionally Sensitive to helping a pet owner deal with the loss of their companion, Every single Staff Member, from the Front Desk Techs to the Veterinarians and everyone in between treat you like you and your fur/feathered baby are the most important clients/patients in the Hospital - the attention to detail and care & concern go above and beyond any other Vet Clinic I've experienced in the Lower Mainland... no offence to my prior Vets, Fraser Heights is just head & shoulders above the rest! Their COVID Proticol is second to none, which gives me an added sense of safety & comfort and proves how seriously they take the health & well-being of my cats, as well as myself and all of them. An extra nod of appreciation goes to Dr Gary Smith, who took care of my parents dogs & cats in the late '70s/early '80s and is STILL caring for pets in the '20s, and Dr Jackie "May The Force Be With You" Armstrong, who was so gentle & kind with me and my 24 y/o calico and 20 y/o Tabby when their time came for them to join my petters who had gone before them. You cannot go wrong bring your comoanions here... it's that simple!

Wow where do I begin???????? First Dr. Elaine Wu, you Rock, literally. When I brought in my 50lb Frisbee Fetcher Roxy, Not only did you remove her 4th torn front dew claw, (not surgically to bone, but as much to paw as you could) but also a tiny, pointed rock that had embedded in her rear paw❗ I was a bit frantic with the severity of dew claw hanging, but rear limping as well, not feeling comfortable or confident going to my other Vets. Thank You, to all the praise that clients made to recognize Fraser Heights as the Top 3 Vet Clinics in Surrey. I have to commend The entire staff, as I was new, yet they listened to my every word and communicated so calmly and professionally, that my nerves were kept lower in these circumstances. Not easy. I was booked in on an Urgent care appt and kudos for having this option as it was evidently Needed for my Roxy. She was taken care of immediately by Dr. Elaine Wu, who articulated every step to me. I am indebted to you for such due diligence and expertise. Fraser Heights will now be The Only Clinic my Furbabies will be going to. From my heart, Thank you so much????????????

Professional staff who know how to deal with your pets. My dog is pretty terrified of the vet and although he is nervous going in, he always comes out super happy.

I have been a customer of this vet clinic for as long as it’s been open. Even when I moved to Prince George, I timed my trips to the coast do I could bring my dogs to Fraser Heights for their annual shots and any care they needed. It was worth the trip. Now that I’m back in the lower mainland, I still bring my dogs to see this professional and caring staff. Their prices are on point with the excellent level of care and I feel they are a good value.

The staff is friendly, attentive and proactive. My dog is quite shy with other people but after a day there she was happy and seemed to want more.

I am responding in regards to someone I know who had a recent negative experience with Fraser Heights Animal Hospital and their bully breed dog. This hospital has responded to this person already to 'apologize'. This hospital should be aware of how to treat all animals, despite different animal breeds and behaviours, instead of turning animals away that they are unable to manage or are not equipped on an educational level to manage. Could it be possible that this animal was reactive the way that you indicated, because he was feeling scared, or in a lot of pain? Yet you turned him away for the safety of your staff. The dog is now suffering immensely due to the negligent care received from this hospital in particular. Furthermore, my friend commented on their Instagram Profile that they are choosing not to take their pet there due to the rude and unprofessional behaviour that was displayed to the same person who recently had a negative experience at this hospital; my friend was then blocked and their comment was deleted off of Instagram.

When i got my first dog ( Bamboo ), the hospital was mentioned to me by mutual friend, i am very happy that i brought my dog here. Bamboo has been given the best care ever possible with love and affection from the whole staff at the office, specially Dr Duff ( Bamboo's favourite doctor ). I thank all of them from the bottom of my heart for their service with a smile and i will continue referring them to all my friends and co workers. In my honest opinion, coudnt ask for better vet and staff for my dog God bless the clinic and the staff for their loving and caring attitude.

This is Biggie. He was my life. He was injured, abandoned and scheduled to be euthanized at the age of 3 years old. The Fraser Heights Animal Hospital refused to give up on him. Dr. Duff even took him in and fostered him herself to bring him back to health. I adopted him and we had the most amazing life together with Fraser Heights Animal Hospital there throughout to offer care. Later in life he developed a tumour on his pituitary gland. We tried everything we could and he received the BEST care. I don’t know what I would have done without the kindness of the ladies working the front desk or the compassion and knowledge of Dr. Duff and other vets whom work there. They even helped me source a better price for the VERY expensive medication he required. He was in and out often and it was a really hard time for the both of us but the clinic made him and I as comfortable as we possibly could be. They were there for him his entire life and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else. They gave him the gift of a life and me the best friend I’ve ever had.

Had a very bad experience, They treated our dog and after $800+ they suggested we get a second opinion for an ear infection. Because his breed apparently affects how they care for him.

This place is terrible. The staff think they are above everyone else and they turn away issues the don't want to deal with, in my opinion. Unprofessional and they make you feel stupid.

Honestly, find something else to do. To be cruel to people who bring their animals to you for help when they are in pain and to turn a blind eye to them and act arrogant. This makes me sick. Dont be a vet or work in a hospital where you are supposed to provide support, care and love towards animals. Its animal CRUETLY.

Thanks Fraser Heights for looking after my 2 boys yesterday with their vaccines and check ups! I received a really friendly welcome at the door and happy to hand my boys over to you guys! I hope you enjoyed the donuts and thanks once again to all your staff.

Just recently brought in my very fearful anxious Aussie in for his vaccines, I was very nervous as he doesn’t do well with strangers but the girls and the vet Dr.Duff were amazing!! He’s very food motivated and they brought him inside at his own pace with lots of wet food and encouragement. It was a great overall experience and I’m very happy with their knowledge and experience with fearful dogs, I definitely felt at ease with them taking care of him. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Taking my fur babies to a vet use to be a stressful abs worrisome time. But having Fraser Heights Animal Hospital recommended to me by several people was the best thing for me and my pups. Dr Wu, the vet assistant team and the front end all have one goal - to help my animals and help me navigate the visit. The care and attention to detail is top notch. Never do I ever feel rushed or wrong for asking an abundant amount of questions The phone calls to check up on the dogs after a visit, warms my heart. Now instead of shaking our oldest morkie wags his tails when he sees the team Thank you for caring for Oliver and BEN with so much love

I love Dr. Smith, he is fantastic with my cat Angel - I've brought her to other clinics & the vets wouldn't touch her, they are scared of her, but Dr. Smith knows how to deal with her and he has such a great sense of humor also. I highly recommend him for your pets, he is so caring and professional.
