I really appreciate that Dr. Bassi was thorough in his exam of my Max when I brought him in for his regular shots. He discovered one flea, and where there's one..... So we got the necessary treatment and prevention products and were on our way. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and educational. I would recommend City Petcare Hospital to others.

I took my puppy there very sick she had swalling one eye and ariund her mouth, he looks confused then he gave me very small amount untibiotic two days later the swalling got worse and spread to the other eye got worse around her mouth and her ear both ears he didnot know that was an Elergy, i told him that is an Ellergy, he gave me very small amount of medication not even enough for two days and he charged me $57 later it was no improvement it just stoped the itching very cheap on medication I called another animal hospital they told me tthis is an Ellergy she needs a needle to stop the Ellergy

I tried bringing my pet bed-bugs in for their monthly checkup but my regular place was closed for some kind of infestation problem. So instead I decided to try out City Petcare. Their sign is nice and the receptionist was friendly.. AT FIRST. Everyone got really nasty and rude when I accidentally dropped the container and the bed-bugs fell out. Settle down, guys. I found most of them. More than half. RELAX. Anyway, despite this, I still gave them 5 stars because they are excellent at what they do plus the veterinarian smelled like McDonalds fries and I love that.

By far the worst veterinarian clinic I have been to. DO NOT go to this vet. I took my cute little french bulldog to get spade and once I picked her up they had tattooed her ear. Even though i informed them not to do so because she’s already microchipped. When i asked them about it they wouldn’t take responsibility. If they try to deny this, they are lying. The doctors name who preformed the surgery is Dr. Bassi. Please do me the favour and do not go to this clinic. Go anywhere else!

I haven't been in since March 2020 when I had to put my 16 year old dog, Thalia, down. But I will never forget how the staff and Dr's were so kind to not just me but my dog after she said her final goodbye. Unfortunately my other dog (her daughter Gorda) also had to be put down later in October, and I couldn't be there but my mom said that again the staff was nothing but kind and respectful. Even years ago the staff was always happy and kind to everyone who walked in. I have nothing but kind words about this place.

A great place to take ur pets supper great for they are very gentle my moms bin going thier for years so I would know and very affordable for anyone

As always Dr. Bassi and his team of amazing assistants went above and beyond. Making a very stressful scary situation with our dog Cali as comfortable and easy as possible for all of us. Its not every day you find amazing compassionate people who genuinely care about your animals. They saved my dogs life yesterday and we are so beyond greatful. She is comfortable and recovering at home. We love City Pet Care and would never dream of taking our dog anywhere else. ❤❤❤

This vet is by far one of the best we have seen with our pup. He doesn't mince words and this may offend some, but he is always bang on. You can trust them to give your ( fur baby ) pet great care

AWESOME vet. The staff are all lovely, the clinic is spotless and quiet, and my cats LIKE going there. I recommend this vet highly.

The doctor was very nice and honest and did not charge me and arm and a leg. I recommend this animal doctor to everyone.

28JAN2021 Update: I recently visited City Petcare Hospital because my dog was injured and City Petcare Hospital made time on short notice to see my dog. I stopped attending City Petcare a few years ago only because I moved away, but I can see the quality of care is definitely worth the distance to continue bringing my dog back here. Many thanks to Dr. Bassi and his vet assistant! --- I've been bringing my dog here for a few years now and they always exceed my expectations. The staff and veterinarian are always pleasant and their services are reasonably priced.

Friendly staff and a very good social media presence for contacting clients.

We have two dogs in our household. This vet has been very accommodating, kind and polite. Extremely good with the animals.

Veterinarian was great and very caring. Front staff could be a little warmer and smile (not all front staff, just a few). All that said, it was a great visit and would recommend this place for sure.

My dogs have been going to City Pet Care Hospital for many years. They are knowledgeable, professional, clean and most importantly kind. I highly recommend them to care for your pets. The dental month program is great savings. City Pet Care’s rates are very fair.

My puppy died in the hands of Dr. Bassi. He is one of the most unprofessional veterinarians I have ever encountered. He was negligent, did not check my dogs vitals and did not attempt to revive her while she underwent surgery. After we received the phone call that my dog has passed during surgery WE STILL HAD TO PAY (keep in mind my dog has already passed at this point). If you love your animal, DO NOT bring your pet here. Please research which Doctor you are bringing your animal to. I wish we had, my dog would have still been alive today. Update: This is most definitely where my dog was killed due to improper care. But thank you for your response anyways.

Good veterinary hospital, doctor and staff can be rude at times, but they care about animals, but they forget animals are going to do what they want to, no matter how you try to restrain the animal, you can not tell a cat not to do something they dont know english nor do they understand not to run or climb if they have a fractured leg. There animals.

Don't bring your pet here. I don't know how much they know about dogs but despite me explaining the issue they claimed they don't know what it is. Before going I googled the symptoms and I tried explaining it and he still said he has no idea. To add to the wrong info they have terrible customer service. the lady with glasses at the front was so rude. I can't trust these people anymore.

I've been bringing my dog to City Petcare Hospital for a few years and I couldn't be happier with their service. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always put me and my pet at ease.

Just a few weeks ago we took our dog to city petcare for the first time. After a thorough checkup it was determined that our baby was going to need surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. We were sick with worry but 2 weeks later we had the stitches removed and were told the test results showed it was successful. We are so very grateful to everyone at City Petcare Hospital!

Been going here for years and they are great. Only issue is sometimes Dr Bassi is hard to understand with his accent :(
