BC Animal Hospital Surrey, Washington

This has been the best vet i have been to. The Dr. is very caring and the staff is friendly. This is the only place I have been where you don't feel like you are being taken advantage of. Sad but, true with too many vets all they care about is taking your money. I will drive the extra way just to come to this place.

The vet Dr. Blondel was extremely nice. We had to drop off the pup and then talk to the vet over the phone. Thanks to COVID. Wish I could go in with my new pup in person for the check-up so as to see what all they check for. The pup walked out of there with three shots, which we assumed were recommended in line with best practices. The staff was very nice too. I have no reason to NOT go back there. See you soon.

Dr Chan and dr henderson are great doctors. My little chihuahua is doing well because of them. I highly recommend them

Best vet around, really cares about your animals

Staff are smart, efficient and friendly, Dr. Chan is fairly young, knowledgable, and takes time to educate owners and explain.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST VET. Dr. Chan and Dr. Henderson are beyond what it means to be a veterinarian. I know my dogs are in the best possible care in their hands. We drive out from North Vancouver to BC Animal Hospital and it's always worth it. They take their time to really explain things to you, including medications, procedures, etc. They really treat your animals like their own. Layla, Rocco and Nacho are very lucky to have such compassionate doctors looking after them. I cannot thank them enough! tldr: THEY CARE!

Overall good experience. The vet doc is very caring and thorough. I never feel financially taken advantage of. They even give extra discounts here and there. I bring 2 cats and a puppy there and have never not been satisfied with he service they provide. Easy to get in, easy to park, and in a convenient area. It's not fancy but it's clean, efficient, caring and ecconomical.

Took my daughters dog as an emergency since I was temporarily looking after him. Great service, professional care by both front desk receptionist and the Doctors. Saved our family pet. ❤️

Better than great veterinary services! Knowledgeable, thorough, go the extra mile, compassionate and kind vets (especially Dr Margaret Henderson). All staff there are very professional and caring. I am glad I made the change to BC Animal Hospital.

Dr chan is thorough and doesn’t ever rush you! The staff do their best to get you in when needed . It’s a family environment and we are there so much we feel like family:) our French bulldogs are well cared for and we trust Dr chan and his team. We appreciate Chrystal always going the extra mile and the knowledgeable staff. We highly recommend all our families go to dr chan!

These people really care about our pet's. They give a considerable amount of time for each visit. I have experienced them putting care before profit. I would highly recommend them to any and all.

These doctors actually care. They never overcharge either. I'm so happy we have them close by to care for our pet when needed.

Went to see Dr. Chan after I was given a list of approved vets from the agency I adopted my kittens through (they are now 2 years old). He is GREAT! I cannot speak for the other vet as I have never met her but my sister says she's good to. I had horrid experience at a previous vet clinic and was desperate to find someone good. Dr. Chan is knowledgeable and is able to take the time to explain everything, and all options, to you. He is not there to have a full lengthy 1:1 conversations but he is there to give you straight facts to help you make a decision. He never pushed for a more expensive option... in fact when we adopted our dog she had worms that COULD be caused by fleas. Dr. Chan gave us the option to treat the worms alone, or spend more money and treat the dog and both cats for fleas that there was no evidence for in the first place. He also recommended to stop wasting our money on flea prevention for the cats since they are indoor only and if we focused on the dog there should be no reason for fleas to enter the house anyway! I was very grateful for the honest opinions. He also has his own pets so he is able to speak about things on a person level and in a "this is what I would do with mine" manner. He spayed my cat and dog, and neutered my cat. He also surgically repaired both cats umbilical hernias when they were kittens. His costs are reasonable. Costs for other places may be lower, such as my old awful vet, but I would only ever trust my animals in the care of BC Animal Hospital. I have recommended this clinic to many other people who have had great experiences as well!

Really nice doctors, reasonable prices, most of the receptionists know what they are doing and are friendly. My dog is very social and always over excited and they handle her pretty well.

Dr. Fisher and Dr. Chan were great with our cat, and really communicative with us. We will continue to return for animal care here. No hesitation in recommending BC Animal Hospital to others.

These people are caring compassionate people who love animals. Dr. Chan will take the time to spend with you and your fur buddy to ensure they have the best care possible. They took excellent care of our baby when they performed surgery on her and the cost was more than fair.

Always treat my kittens great

Had an amazingly informative 1st appointment with Dr Chan for my 3 new kittens. I learned so much and I could truly see he loves his work and his patients. We will be going back for our Spay and neuters and any ongoing needs.

Dr chan and the team are wonderful, they're really friendly with the animals and very reasonably priced. Have been going for years and have never been up sold on anything I didnt need
