My dog had a serious injury and the staff here were absolute angels. Every single one of them. They helped me give medication to my dog even days after his surgery, despite the fact that another vet had done much of the work. This place has all my trust and gratitude. Thanks!

Dr. Harbax Gill gave my dog extra vaccines. ones that I specifically said I didn't want or need. When I confronted him, He lied and told me that he didnt give the vaccines. He even tried to erase it in my dog's vaccination book. He doesn't care about what your pet needs. He will just just do what he wants. Harbax cannot be trusted. He a disgrace to the profession. I'm wondering how many pets he has harmed because of his deceitfulness and malpractice. Save your pets. don't go to this clinic. I gave them one star because there no option for zero or negative.

THEY DON'T CARE Well I have always had a cat, my entire life. I am just turning 60 now and I have always dealt with vets that placed the animals health first. But apparently not so here. My new cat Fiesy is about 1 1/2 years old, and 2 evenings ago (Wednesday)she came in favoring her right leg. It had been injured somehow and I could tell she was in a lot of pain, she could not put any weight on it and jumped if I even came close to touching it. Now I had all previous work done here, shots, spaying etc. Several hundreds of $ worth and always paid cash I put aside for it. I am on a disability income and live paycheck to paycheck, no credit card. Well I called this clinic up where we had history and explained that I could pay full amount for treatment in 1 week. Well that refused to see her until I had cash. I was in shock. Fiesy is still not able to put any weight on her leg. I went online and talked to a vet that told me I could use a bit of aspirin as a painkiller. They couldn't even tell me that here. I have since phoned other vets and have been told that they would have treated her if we had history with them. Apparently I chose the wrong clinic when I first got my Fiesy. They are a disgrace as far as I am concerned.

I went here today and the experience was pretty aweful. It was very packed and caotic. The vet made me feel uncomfortable as my dog yellped a little when he was examining him. I said "please do not hurt my dog". Then they took him to the back room without me for a shot. That made me feel uncomfortable. Why did they not just give him the shot in the exam room?? An appointmnet for a little shot and pain medication prescription took 45 mintes. I kept getting closed in a tight room. The vibe was just off. It is hard to find a great vet in Surrey. I do recommment Aloondale and Fraser Heights Animal hospital. I would usually go there-butr I recently moved and my health is not great right now. So I went to a Cedar Hills because it was closer. Sigh. I am thankful for the free dog food that I got. I just wish the experience was not so stressful.

Taylor is so helpful. She is a great worker and offers the best customer service! Her helping me went above and beyond regular customer service. Cedar Hills has cheaper prices for pet food compared to other veterinarian hospitals. I buy all my cat food from there.

I had 2 critically injured pets and I brought them in and the doctor was amazing. Was so caring and sympathetic about our situation not only did he help save both my dog and cat he helped us enormously with our bill. Front staff took all my crazy phone calls as I was trying to be patient and wait for updates on my pets and assured me everything was okay and they would call back with any updates. They even Stayed 2 nights in a row very late to help my pets. I appreciate all their hard work and would recommend them to anyone with pets. Bobo and Dexter appreciate you guys

Dr Gill is trustworthy but also somewhat more expensive than average. That being said he is close to me and has taken good care of all of my animals.

Although the lack of cleanliness in the examining rooms seems to be an ongoing issue, and not just this vet, most vets in the lower mainland. I have to say the vet here knows his stuff and has saved my cat's life twice now. They have not once told me to go somewhere else because they can't take me, unlike other places. And they are open Sundays which is nice. They seem to generally care about the animals, again unlike other places in Surrey, and I've been to them all at one point or another throughout the decades. So take that for what it is, I don't know what they are like behind the scenes, all I know is they helped my pets. So take it for what it is.

Even though i have to drive 30 minutes to get here, I have no other place in mind that matches the service of this place. Dr. Harbax Gill is my go-to vet, never disappoints.

Terrible place! My dog had a blood test at this clinic. The blood example never got received by the lab and I called the clinic for a few times. They always said that they would take a look and get back to me but never did. After 2 weeks of calling, Dr. Jasmin finally checked for me and found out that the blood example was held by the shipping company and the example was no longer good to use. I had to bring my dog again for another blood test. This time, the doctor forgot to change the date of collected, so it still shows the date of the first blood test. It shows how unprofessional they are at work, and I wouldn’t trust someone so cursory to take care of a life. It has been a absolutely nightmare working with them.

The manager, Jasveen, is rude and unprofessional, constantly makes you feel small, and so unorganized. She would belittle her staff and never took any constructive criticism - she will accuse you of undermining her if you even suggest anything to her. She will remind you of who the manager is here and the fact that it’s not you. The work environment is so toxic. There was no communication between anyone working there and everyone would tell me different protocols for working there. The doctor does not care for the animals at all and I’ve witnessed staff and doctors HIT YOUR PETS while they’re in the back. Dr. Gill does not put any passion into his work and it’s sickening as an aspiring veterinary doctor. He sits in his isolation room and expects the techs to do pretty much everything. All he cares about is the money, not the quality of care your pet is getting. They claim they will provide support for their staff but yell at them while they're still learning. I do not recommend taking your pet here AT ALL.

At the time of this review I only purchase vet grade pet food from here, but the service is excellent in that regard: accurate and friendly. Prices are good also.

I have been going to this vet for years, 6 to be exact. With my cat and French bulldog. I stayed loyal to them when I moved to south surrey even though it's a bit of commute. I really liked the doctor, he's good and very honest, doesn't try to sell you on a bunch of unnecessary things. However I've tried to get my new puppy spayed twice now and they have canceled on me twice. With no notice only to find out when I drive 30 minutes to get there they have canceled. I even called the night before to confirm the surgery was still a go and I was told the surgery was still confirmed and not to feed her any food or water past midnight. Only to arrive (for the 2nd time) to be informed it is canceled. I wouldn't have cared if we had to reschedule again however after being told it is confirmed the night before and driving here wasting my time. I will not be coming back here again you have lost 3 loyal patients.
