Dr. Renu and her team are absolutely phenomenal, our boy had PU surgery and needed longer term post op care as he'd had alot of complications prior to receiving surgery prolonging his recovery, he had to stay an entire week, but when we got our boy back we finally had our rambunctious little trouble maker following us around the house again as though nothing had happened. They truly went the extra mile making sure everything was on track, they gave us updates daily whether we randomly checked in with them to ease our minds for the day or Dr. Renu was calling us with a full update. From blood work and urinalysis, to a catheter and IV antibiotics, they didn't leave any stone unturned to make sure nothing re-occured and the surgery remained a success. I can honestly never thank them enough for how well they took care of our furbaby. Thanks to Dr. Renu and the Apollo team Joseph is healthy and fully recovered, one more week and he'll be cone free and have his stitches removed, and he's got a few days of antibiotics left but despite that he's not only back to his old self but even more rambunctious then before ???????? Thank you Apollo! If you want amazing care I highly suggest coming here, Dr. Renu truly cares about the animals she cares for.

Dr. Renu and the team have been so helpful on many occasions with my dogs. Very upfront about costs and the care is great. My dogs are never scared to be there and the staff are lovely!

Not my regular vet but they are the vet for the rescue I just adopted from. The techs were great and my furbaby's microchip was inserted and set up quickly. They were very helpful and answered all my questions.

* Please read here, they will save your pets life My dog Lexi became very sick this January, she had a major infection and a large lump on her neck. I took my dog to three different doctor's. Which costed me thousands of dollars all treatments were from these doctors were unsuccessful in curing my dog along with no formal diagnosis being provided these previous doctors had no idea what they were doing. My dog became more and more sick. She stopped eating and walking and the last veterinarian I took my dog to recommended putting my dog down. Which I was against. I brought in my dog Lexi to Apollo Animal Hospital, Dr.Renu took my pet for three days providing adequate care and medications along with take home medications, what's different about Dr.Reenu she is very educated she understands blood work and all anatomy of animals. I really thought my dog would not get any better, but fast forward to now my dog is eating and playing and is back to her normal self 100%. Thank you Dr.Renu for saving my dog's life and brining her back to a stable and normal condition. Dr. Reenu is honest and will not lie or upcharge you, she only prescribes needed treatment that will work. My family appreciates you so much

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Renu and her team. They are absolute angels. Professional, wonderful to deal with and overall superb. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, with my beloved animals. They have worked miracles on our little Kona- it was only because of Dr Renu and her team that she is thriving and doing wonderful! Every animal should be so lucky to have her as their doctor. Dr. Renu and her team are excellent. They take care of my cat Simba like he is their own. They are so gentle and patient and caring and answer all of my questions. I cannot recommend their hospital enough. After picking Simba up today I found out that they also work with rescues that bring animals from Mexico and Texas. Very cool.

Dr.Renu and her team are absolutely incredible..... We would recommend her to any one who is seeking an HONEST ..CARING veterinarian who puts your animals health above all.....❤ Including above $$$ ..our beautiful German Shepherd Dog "Nelly" was seriously ill and after a horrendous experience at initial vet we were so grateful our neighbour recommended Apollo Clinic.....we needed answers. Dr.Renu assessed with tests and xrays immediately.... and initiated necessary course of action.. Nelly underwent surgery and spent 4 nites at Apollo...she was treated like one of the family....we are so grateful to the Apollo team for their calm....yet professional approach whilst caring for our beloved girl. We could see when we picked her up how attached she was to Dr Renu.. ....Nelly sends huge doggy kisses to Apollo family ....esp to " King"... Dr. Renu's German Shepherd boy.????

Weary of prices however the assistant at front desk was very informative and patient. My ex brought his dog there before cause she ate tinfoil and was lathargic. Brought her there and she seemed better after only staying a couple hours. All together if you an emergencey I would recommend this vet ! :)

The receptionist is great. Really friendly. The vet came in with another animals blood on her hands and handled my pet without gloves.

I cannot express how amazing this hospital is. My puppy Charlie got hit by a car on July 7/2021 and was deemed to be close to dead on 9:00pm that day. I went to another hospital which kept him overnight and did some tests for $1,600 and only some antibiotics. Let's also address the fact that I'm a 19yro girl who is in full time school and 2 jobs, and this was a crazy amount for me. I had to pick up charlie the next day to take him somewhere else because that hospital closed @8am, he was still not deemed out of the woods. I went to boundary bay hospital and they put him on an oxygen mask for 11hrs and charged me $1,000. DO NOT GO TO BOUNDARY BAY HOSPITAL. They never took care of my baby and made it worst by not referring me to someone who can help. They wanted my money more than saving a life. This is where it gets good. I called my doggy daycare friend from Argos Pet Ranch, Gina and told her what happened. She told me to go straight to apollo animal hospital. I was desperate and needed to get him help before he dies. I didn't have the fees to pay for Charlie bill but Dr. Renu said that "a pups life is more important than the money". I cried till god knows and gave her full faith to nurse him back to health. She was super upset to hear that the other hospitals didn't take care of him, and that they didn't notice that he had pneumothorax. He needed medication and antibiotics to get back on his feet. WHEN I TELL YOU IT ONLY TOOK HIM A DAY!! He was eating, responding to his meds, he was peeing, and recognized my face when I went to go see him. God was really on our side. Though it was an overnight hospital, Dr. Renu stayed with him for 4 days at the hospital to nurse him back to health, by the end he was walking again, and I COULDN'T believe my eyes. She never pressured me to pay nor was she going to let him die because I wasn't able to give her anything. She kept on telling me not to worry about it and that she will take care of it. It was like music to my ears, I mean I have never heard that a hospital would even do that, and I was truly touched that she cared about Charlie. He's back home now better than ever, and he's being a good boy. I can't thank this clinic enough for what the did nor the nurses that were helping Charlie get through all of this as well. She has a spectacular team that can be trusted and given full responsibility. They were wonderful and, always called to let me know how charlie was doing. I have switched to this hospital for good now and I recommend you do to!

No problem getting a last minute appointment for vaccination and de-worming for a newly adopted kitten. Was very comforting to feel like this vet loves my pet as much as I do.

Nice, lovely, friendly place. Dr. Renu is great knowledgeable person also the staff are very helpful and supportive.. The clinic is located in an easy and reachable place and they are open until 10.00 pm..

Very expensive but compassionate staff, I have had 3 animals treated by this veterinary clinic. 2 dogs and 1 cat.

It smells like urine really bad and the place is not well kept. The girl working at the front was really nice.

This is a great group of professionals, Dr Renu Sood helped us with our elder cat Jeep with end of life and was with us and cried with us when it was time to let go of our beloved dog Gunner. We drive all the way from Aldergrove to see her with our pets. I would trust no one else as much as her with our pets. We now have a new pet family started a kitten and a resue puppy coming soon. We have boarded our animal with Dr Renu and they are always happy to come back. Is your pet happy to visit your vet?

If you want your pet to be treated by people who care more about the money they’re making over the health and comfort provided to your pet, then this is the place to go. Renu is nothing more but a money hungry doctor. You will be paying for “health issues” your pet doesn’t even have. To make things worse, they will send your file to collections without even letting you know there is a balance owing. Even after paying the debt off, it still remains on your file and you have to prove to them you paid it by showing them the receipt that they provided (would make sense to be removed off your file when you make the payment right away, but no.) Don’t know what crack they’re smoking but don’t let your dogs be exposed to it.

Money grabber! Brought my cat in a couple days ago since his paw was hurting him and he was lymping the doctor said it was just a cut that got infected with pus, and then said it was a broken elbow and continued to tell us things that weren't even wrong with him since before we brought him in we moved is leg around and the only place he didn't like us to touch was his paw. She was using us for our money because we love our cat and would do anything to keep him healthy! When we brought him in she took him straight to the back and we could just hear him screaming we started to cry. Not to mention when we came the next day to pick him up it was like 30 degrees and their was a dog sitting out in the back with a huge collar that looked like it was choking him and he had no water, that really shows what kind of place this really is. If i could I would put no stars but PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I dont even want to know what other puppies, dogs, kitties and other animals experience here. Better to go someplace else that actually knows what they are doing and not changing their mind on what they think is really the problem

Dr. Renu Sood and her staff are absolutely amazing! They treat my 16 year old Maltese Poodle like family. As my dog gets older unfortunately she needs more and more visits to the vet but Dr. Renu has kept her healthy! My favourite thing about the Doctor is that she never pushes procedures on you. It’s very clear that the staff here is in it for the health of your pet and not for the money! Dr. Renu will always inform you of what to monitor but never forces you to make any decisions. I absolutely love Apollo Animal hospital and highly suggest this clinic!

We were fortunate to find Dr. Renu. We were recommended to her by a family friend. We had taken our dog to several different vet clinics throughout his healthy life of 16 years for regular check ups, nail clipping, and other routine appointments. He became very ill and had an accident after his 16th birthday. We rushed him to our "usual" vet clinic in South Surrey as an emergency situation. He was looked at by the vet, they completed some tests and sent us on our way only an hour later. The next day, our family friend referred us to Dr. Renu as we all felt we needed to do more for our dog. We went to Dr. Renu for a second opinion. I will keep this part short and say she was very diligent in her testing and explaining his results to us and we came up with a short term and long term treatment plan to ensure the best possible quality of life for him considering his age and health. SHE ACTUALLY CARES for her patients. We are thankful to her and her staff at Apollo Animal Hospital.

She always charges more then quoted. Every time! Prices for meds & services seem to go up and down depending on her mood. Was suppose to do a procedure for free because it did not get done during the first one, then that free procedure ended up costing me 700 dollars Also she charged this poor little girl 100 dollars (of her own money)to look at her sick hamster. Such a money hungry person.

We always take our pets here . Dr. Renu is a wonderful person and truly cares about our pets

Not bringing my dog here anymore. He has gotten kennel cough 3 times from here.... disgusting.
