Need to change their website to show they are not open on Sundays for appointments.

Have been going here for a few years now & absolutely love this clinic! Dr. Daudjee and the rest of the staff are so caring and you can tell that they all really adore the animals! He's been especially helpful when it comes to my budgies! :)

2 days ago Very disappointed. Our dog is injured we brought him in for laser therapy. Before they took him in we went over with the assistant that he hurt is neck/shoulder. Has really bad pain attacks. Since covid human can't go in, the same assistant was pulling my baby in tried to knock on the window to stop her to dragging him. The other assistant was outside said we should just leave cause he isn't going in because he can see us. Vet is not his favorite place for sure but if I told you that he is injured at his neck don't pull him by there. Just pick him up and be gentle. He is 35 lbs not a 100lbs dog. Very disappointed. When my dog came out he was covered in pee because of his pain got so bad while he was in he peed himself. Have to say the doctor was very nice , caring and tried to help. after I told him how his staff treated my dog he did apologize and said they shouldn't not have done that and was surprised by their action.

With a long history with this vet behind us and three elderly cats at home now, we’ve been extremely satisfied with the staff and Dr. Daudjee. Our doctor has always shown kindness to our cats, and has been open in discussions about their care. With a diabetic cat as well as one that is hyper-thyroid (and 16 years old) we use the clinic relatively frequently - prices are reasonable as well for food and supplies.

I can't say enough about the Dr.s or the staff. They are absolutely amazing. My Punkin had free -for- all with 3 maybe 4 racoons. 30 hours later he made it back to me. He was torn up especially his tail. I thought he might lose it. The Dr.s performed miracles. He kept his tail and has healed. Thank you all from the heart. The caring Punkin was given will always be remembered. Thanks Beth for above and beyond. I will make the trip from aldergrove from now on for the amazing care.

I personally loved how well they treated my puppy Maple, from the receptionist to the vet. He made sure we understood every detail, from the procedure, results, and medication. He also took his time in helping my family and I stay calm by updating us on how things were going. We really appreciate his kindness and care towards her. I have changed my rating because she has been sick now 4 times and I don't trust them anymore. I had to go get a second opinion and since they weren't happy about that, I had to call them a few times for them to send the records to the new clinic. This is what really turns me off about this place because although the woman vet explained we were more than welcome to get a second opinion, when it did come to that, they weren't as willing to send those records. The new clinic explained they requested records the day we came in (Tuesday) prior to our visit and said she received nothing. On Wednesday I called 3 times to see if they had sent them and after the third try they mentioned they did. I do appreciate the woman vet trying her very best to help us out and my boyfriend, and I appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond the third time she got sick to find an answer, I just have a hard time trusting to go to them again because the other vet missed some signs and plus, we've spent over $3000 on Maple and still don't have an answer.

We just had our first appointment here, and it was great! Staff are friendly and helpful. And Linda was fantastic with our kitten! Gave us a lot of information and advice! We could tell that our kitten was comfortable around her and was exploring all over the room! Definitely makes going to the vet a more pleasant experience:) Thanks all critters animal hospital!!

Aside from the Vet being over an HOUR LATE everything was great. We arrived for our 2pm appointment 15 minutes early since it was our first time there and we assumed we'd have to fill out paper work. We were done with the paper work within 5 minutes and moved into a tiny cramped exam room. It was winter but it was sooo hot and humid and smelly and uncomfortable. The assistant weighed our animal and said the vet would be right in. We waited and waited and waited and waited. I was worried my animal might pee on the floor it was taking so long. I checked my watch, it was now 2:30. No one had come in to check on us or update us. If they had just told us they were behind we would've said we could go grocery shopping while we waited since there was a store right beside the vet. Or if some vet emergency came up, I know it can happen, animals get hit by cars all the time or eat things they shouldn't, then we could've went home since we are only a 5 minute drive away. But no one said anything and we kept waiting sweating away bored senseless in the tiny exam room. Checked my watch again. 3pm. Still no vet. Still no update. I was ready to march out of there I was so furious. But if I left that means I wasted over an hour for nothing so I continued to wait. The vet finally came in around 3:15. Our appointment was at 2pm. We had arrived at 1:45. Her name was Dr. Linda Crews and she spent a lot of time with us discussing our animals health. She had a lot of tips and advice but didn't pressure us into buying products or getting unnecessary tests. I was very happy with the time we spent with her but very angry at the wasted time. I don't know if it's common for vets to run late for appointments, but if it's more than 15 mins I think someone should have mentioned that she's a bit behind. It's annoying that no one mentioned anything or tried to explain what was going on. I don't know if I'd go back. I was p*ssed off enough by the wait time to consider seeing a different vet next time. The prices seemed alright though. And the staff was very nice.

Scam Artists. We have a purebread Persian (lilac-point). We wanted her simply spayed. They said easy quick pre-exam. This exam where they gave her a blood test cost a whopping $155 bucks. During the exam wife said ' is this high cost and necessary, we are on a budget' he didn't pause, or say oh maybe delay, he went ahead anyways. They call the next day saying our kitty 'might' have aids, 'might' have leukemia, 'might' be totally fine, 'might' just be stressed. ' Test ' again. (imagine more money more $ 180 tests.) Our cat is happy, perfectly fine, tears around the house energetic and playing. Beware this vet. They will call you and list many fearful scenarios to get you to fork over more crazy money. We should get a refund, and this dude should be shut down.

Brought guinea pig in and when they said they worked on guinea pigs .we had brought our little guy in for his ear infection and only got part of the medication. when he got worse do to not getting the proper meds we had to bring him back and they refused to work on him. then they proceed to tell us that they dont specialize on working on a guinea pig.we went to another vet and received the proper medications as well as pain relievers, but when we finished the proper meds, the ear infection had already seeped into his brain and caused more damage then good.since he was suffering and no way to help him, we decided that we had to put him down. RIP Reeces Pieces<3

Firstly, i have been going to this vet since I was child well into adult hood and never had a problem until the owners changed. So they rescheduled my male cats neutering 6 times, half the time they made the appointment and didn't put it in their computer and the other half I would bring my cat in and they would call and say they didn't have time to neuter him because he had an undescended testicle which they knew about when he was first examined. They then ripped me off when I asked for a refund on my kitten package claiming it was because they put my cat on an IV when they knew they weren't going to neuter him anyway. They then tried to do other unnecessary, unauthorized work which would have cost me several hundred dollars 3 days before Christmas. My new vet said the dental work they claimed my cat needed was only to get more money out of me after his exam showed none of the stated issues. I learned later through a new acquaintance that they had also taken in their male cat to this vet for a neuter who also had an undecended testicle and they had only taken one testicle, resulting in my friend having to pay to have his poor cat neutered again! This veterinarian is an absolute nightmare. The receptionist was completely rude and unprofessional and completely unapologetic for what they put me and my poor cat through. I 100% deserve an apology from you guys, specifically the receptionist.

We've been going to All Critters for the past 9 years, with 2 cats and 3 dogs. They give top notch care for our pets. We wouldn't take them anywhere else. We also buy our food there and their prices are very reasonable. Dr. Daudjee and Dr. Crews are both wonderful and thorough.

These people are just looking to make extra money for doing absolutely nothing. They will tell you that your pet needs 20 different things done before actually completing the thing that you actually brought them there to do. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING TO GET SCAMMED.
