Always has what we need and the staff are very helpful, our dog loves going here because she knows she's going to get some pets and a treat. Even when they don't have what we need in stock they are able to show us good alternatives or give us info on where to find it or when they may have it in stock again

Close to home, a bit expensive but friendly staff

I shop here regularly I went there 2 days ago .On the phone I was told they were open in person the doors were barred shut

Staff are so rude. It has happened a few times. Last time I tried calling in about if they had a product but nope he told me he doesn’t have time for this and hung up on me. Wow. Thanks. Im hard of hearing and I use the IP relay operator to make phone calls. Please train ur staff not to be so rude and take the time to listen. I won’t be coming back to this store anymore unfortunately.

If my dog could write a review, this would be it. The staff there are so friendly, and they spoil him rotten. The pet sitting offering is so handy when I need to run some errands. Overall, this is my go-to place for everything my dog needs!

Had sent my son a Visa gift card for $100.00 ,he has been dealing at your store and registered with your store for three years.Yesterday you refused his Visa and said basically it was a fraud, I thought all Visa cards where honoured every where and am disgusted at what you did, by the way my son is 55 and it was a Birthday Gift

Spent $1000s of dollars here over several years, then bought an early birthdsy gift for my dog, recommended by staff as being tough and durable. My dog still has toys from when he was a puppy. This one lasted 30 minutes, injured my dog (some blood ended up on the toy) and he nearly choked on the squeaker. I brought this product back and tried to inform the staff about how dangerous this toy was and received a "Not our problem" answer and that since they don't carry it anymore everything is fine. Bosley's does NOT stand by their products, their food is particularly expensive and this was frankly the last straw. Please avoid this chain/franchise, especially this location, at all costs. They do not value the safety of our pets nor long time customer loyalty. As a final note, I will add that the woman I spoke to had the audacity after refusing me store credit (it was the principal of the matter), to suggest I just go buy another one.

Go there sometime for pet food. Lots of variety.

Spent 20 min looking for a different food for my dogs. The lady at the counter says they don’t receive visa gift cards as payment. That’s just ridiculous. I shop there all the time and never had problems paying with a visa gift card. That’s just ridiculous

Makes people wear masks then complains to the news ????

Horrible place that I will never support again. Not only do they require masks after the mandate has been lifted, they also don't honor medical exemtions for people who are unable to wear masks. There are tons of better places who don't have these ridiculous policies and accept mask exemtions. Don't give them your money, they don't appreciate their customers, and will go to the news to try get sympathy, but it only makes them look dumber.

0 cases of the flu in 2020. Ironically the amount of flu cases in 2018 are almost identical to the amount of Corona virus cases in 20??? 93% of deaths by the coronavirus were people over 85 and all had underlying conditions. Yet this store owner wants to oppress the people that keep her in business. If you're so intent on "protecting" your staff then tell them to stay home until they get vaccinated instead of attacking your customers. Power tripping business owners that don't put their customers first is not a place I'm spending my money...and judging by the other reviews it looks like I'm right about the power tripping assumption!

Lovely staff, great selection and a easy to get to location. I also love the community spirit that the owner brings and what she does for the New West community. they were incredibly accommodating and supportive during the entire pandemic. I cannot recommend this store enough, regardless of what the anti-mask trolls say about the store.

Extreme rude staff try to tell me, Sanjar Diljeet, n Prabesh that we need mask enter, when BC law say no mask enter need to enter building. Had to calm down Prabesh he so mad after. DO NOT COME HERE

The owner is rude and appears to be attempting to capitalize on a false sense of authority. Doesn't respect or acknowledge mask exemptions and will harass and berate you after you share your exemption. Not returning.
