Newton Animal Hospital Surrey, Washington

We have been going to this animal hospital since 2017, and I have yet to have a single issue. They are kind, LOVE the animals, know who you are when you call in and are always willing to help. They are honest, and will let you know what is truly needed and not needed. Today, Desire went above and beyond in trying to ensure we had our food on time, and kept in contact with me (it was our fault for waiting so long!). If you are looking for a safe place for your fur family, look no further! you will not be disappointed.

The staff at Newton always go above and beyond for the patient. My dog needed her refill on medication. They usually mail it to me but delivery could not be guaranteed. They didn’t want our medication to end up lost in the mail. They arranged for me to pick up what I needed at a hospital in my hometown. We got the refill on time and I have a very happy dog. Thank you team for figuring out a solution that was outside the box.

Amazing customer service! We were searching for a specialty dog food & called many places before we found VCA, and we were so happy to find how how they are well stocked. Sidney at the front was extremely helpful & friendly over the phone & in person. Thank you so much again for your help!

Not very helpful seems they care more about money then your pet.

Very caring group that works here. They really do care about the animals that come in and take very good care of my cats. My cats seem to like visiting too because they're always so well behaved for the staff. I trust their opinions 100% and will always choose them if anything is wrong with my cats.

My Wife and I really Appreciate the Staff and Veterinary Doctor that deals with our Cat. They’re definitely animal lovers and it shows in how they handle customers beloved Pets. We live a half an hour away and travel in once or twice a month to buy food for our Cat there, to support and as a way of saying Thank You to them. We highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic for Your furry little one(s).

I am very surprised at how a first time client gets treated. Terrible customer service. I chose this place because of the good reviews but honestly you have lost your values. I got a email stating my appointment time and your computer says different and instead of taking ownership of your mistake you made me and my kitten wait in my car for 15 mins. It was 30 degrees outside and my kitten was under distress. I Brought up the issue and you still insisted on telling me that your appointment said a different time when my email shows that I was on time. The situation got brushed off. Like who cares. Now why would I want to take my kittens back to a place that shows no ownership for their mistakes and does nothing to fix it. Just take my money and go. I would never ever ever take my kitten back their again. Cold, insensitive place. And you're instgram page shows this happy place when you guys obviously have no customer service training at all. And don't bother telling me your sorry because when I was there you showed no empathy.

Loved the veterinary doctor, he seems having high level of knowledge and expertise in his field. Although charged a fortune but it worth more. He didn't only examined, provided professional advice about diet and vaccination but also clipped the nails of my darling cat for free.

Amazing family here. Not literally but it was just a great feeling, they make you feel right at home. I haven't been here in years but I was when I had my last dog and I'm so glad I came back. I strongly recommend them.

They have amazing staff here. They were so helpful, thorough, accomodating, and NOT money grabbers. My new vet for sure! I havent had as much luck with other vets in the area. Definitely no vet with staff so warm and caring. 6 STARS! :)

We took our 2 cats here since they were kittens. The staff is very polite and friendly and doctors are very good dealing with cats and even in COVID they took proper care of COVID precautions and everything was sanitized.

We have had NAH as our veterinarian for our dog for over 10 years. All the staff and doctors have been fantastic. We were thrilled when were able to diagnose a rare disease in our dog that led to a treatment that helped to dramatically improve his quality of life.

Been going here for over 20 years always great staff very commited.

My friend took her dog there in an emergency and they didnt let her in and the dog died...i'd be careful bringing your dog there

Very happy with the service at Newton with our French Bulldog and 4 teeth removal. The doctor (Dr Prostran) waa happy to spend a lot of time answering questions until we were comfortable. Happy to use again if need be.

Very helpful and efficient . Really caring.

They tried to charge me $2500 so that my dog could stay over night connected to an iv for diarrhea and vomiting which had subsided and prior to deciding this they had not done any tests all to even determine if an iv or overnight stay would be required. I went and got a second opinion and turns out my puppy just has bad gas lol unfortunate that they are trying to gouge clients for unnecessary procedures.

Staff is so friendly and polite! Always on time. Very organized and well professional staff that knows how to treat clients as their own dogs. Would definitely 100% recommend.
