I thought my Husky was going to die, and the vet found out it was a hurt rib and hurt neck. She prescribed some paid meds and now our best friend is feeling great again! Thank you so much West Plains!

Very expensive place just to tell you nothing is wrong with your pet when there is clearly a problem and have the audacity to tell you to come back again

The staff was very friendly. The vet was knowledgeable and established a rapport with my cat to make my cat calm and comfortable during her visit.

Great care for my puppy

My dog got into a dog fight and required emergency stitches. I called almost every vet in the Spokane/airway area, and nobody could get him in. Although they were booked full they were able to make room and time to help us!! They were quick, friendly, and super helpful.

Worst bedside manner I have ever gotten from a vet all she offered was personal opinions and conjecture

They are very caring. My fur baby loves going to visit. Never had a dog get excited to go to a vet before vuy she loves coming here.

Absolutely awesome experience here! This place will be where I take all my animals from now on. I got my male cat neutered and it was such an affordable and easy process! They never pushed unnecessary treatments either, they were super sweet and nice. I called every vet in spokane and they were all extremely expensive and booked out months in advance. West plains got us in within a few days and like I said extremely affordable! So happy with this place!

I like how the vet takes time with you to discuss concerns and explain things to you, and doesn't rush you.

Never been here. They got my Great Dane in same day and treated him immediately. Happy with cost and service. Will bring my other animals here too.

We have been using West Plains Animal Hospital for at least 12 years with visits to other vets from time to time. The care our pets have gotten here is far better than other places we have used. Dr. Bellis works with a confidence that speaks of a broad range of experience. She and her staff are compassionate and friendly. In taking your pets to West Plains you can be assured that they are going to get the best care. AND they are not a money making machine!

Everyone has been caring and prompt and really appreciate the cleanliness

I’ve brought both of my male kitties here to get neutered and they have received nothing but the best care from these guys. They’re always able to get me into the clinic in a timely manner, very affordable and very professional with my fur babies. I’ll continue to take my kitties here as long as my kitties live. Would highly recommend this place.

I have always loved this vet! Meg is my favorite employee. But every time we have an appointment we have to wait at least 30 minutes before we see a vet. We get checked in, temp gets taken... and we sit and sit and sit in the back room. I don’t see the point of having scheduled appointments if we have to wait so long. There is no one else in the parking lot. I’m confused. We seem to just be forgotten in the room. I love the staff and service. Just annoyed with the wait time because we usually have appointments after. We live out of town and it just works to do multiple appointments in a day. My only suggestion is try to get the vets to the rooms faster. As I’ve been typing this we’ve been in this back room for over 25 minutes.

I have used Dr. Belles for my dog and horse over the years. She is amazing with both large and small animals! Practical, kind, compassionate, and extremely professional. I trust her expertise and judgement implicitly. Can't say enough good things!

They took great care of my son, gave me the certificate that I needed. Real nice place,although they're moving soon.

My dogs and cats have always received the best care from Dr. Belles. Nobody I would trust more with my animals, she's always looking out for what's best for the animal and does not have an ego getting in the way. I appreciate her common sense approach and the way she communicates in an easy to understand language. Also never felt like she is trying to "sell" unnecessary treatment.
