The personnel at Union are very professional and go out of their way to explain the best way to care for your companion.

Our fist time having a pet emergency and Union Animal Hospital took us in right away and helped our Fur baby get better again. We won't go anywhere else, good prices and amazing staff, this is the spot if you care and love your animals take them here to be treated with the utmost respect and quality. LOTS IF LOVE TO YOU GUYS FOR BEING THERE FOR OUR FAMILY

Normally I’m very pleased with the experience at Union. They’re usually very friendly and pretty helpful. I didn’t have that experience when my cat needed extreme dental work. I understand that the factors in their pricing estimates are out of their control, but I ended up having to pay HUNDREDS more than the high end of my estimate, and the staff that spoke to me about it over the phone weren’t helpful at all. They didn’t discuss pricing options or give any suggestions. I was so disappointed when they called me to let me know how the procedure went, because I had a lot of questions I wanted to ask about my pet and they seemed in a huge hurry to get off the phone and skipped over all the details of my cat’s procedure. I gave up and just hung up because I could tell they were busy. They had so many patients in the office that day, which I feel is somewhat in their control. The day was very stressful and worrisome for me and the service only made it worse. I wish they would be more conscious of that when they are busy. I do appreciate the follow up calls that they give, as they’re very important. And I’m glad I left with all my cat’s necessary medicines and supplies. But man, does that bill rack up quickly. Just ignore the “affordable pet dental” thing and don’t get your hopes up.

We bring both our girls Ava and Nellie. Our latest visit was due to a limping issue after a visit to a dog park with Nellie (Greyhound and Healer mix). Staff was very kind and gentle with Nellie who is timid with strangers. In the end Nellie thanked both the vet and tech by licking their hands. Great team go see this vet office.

Affordable, reasonable, exceptional quality of care... I can't say enough good things about this place, the ownership, and the staff. The technicians and assistants have huge hearts for their work and it shows. My go to recommendation for friends and family, absolutely. I am also a former employee and regardless of why working there wasn't my personal best option, they are the best option for your animals care. Dr. Griffith has seen my heart dog, snake, and iguana. So knowledgeable and invested in caring for your pet as if they were their own!

I have been taking my 2 pups here for about 2 years now. Not once has my appointment time been honored. I always show up 15 minutes early and every time without fail, I will not be seen for at /least/ 30 minutes passed the scheduled time. I have waited upwards of an hour in their parking lot with my anxious pups. When I am seen, the vet and support staff make no effort to create a relationship with us. They constantly misgender and misname our dogs (still no clue after 2 years?). The vet also treats the visit like a speed run, rambling over treatments and options like they have no time for you. They do not respect their customers' time, or their customers; I will finally be finding a new vet.

This is a good place for your dog to go for vet appointments they are so nice and on the less expensive side for the most part. They don’t talk you into doing anything for your dog or pets when there’s no need and they get the job done

The most caring and compassionate animal hospital and veterinary clinic I've found in Spokane. Everyone is so nice and they are outstanding with my 11 year old Pomeranian. I've been searching for a while to find a new Veterinary clinic to take my Pomeranian. I'm so happy to have finally found a place with such caring people whom I can trust to care for my dog and give me all the information I need. They even gave me a print out estimate for everything. They are a bit more expensive than some other places I've researched but with the quality of care they give in my opinion it's well worth the few extra dollars. Thank you guys for treating us so well.

They are great only place that doesn't muzzle my deaf dog. The only reason anyone else muzzles him is because he's deaf and might but if he's startled.

I took my dog to Union ,they fit him in between appts.The entire staff was friendly and Professional and the Veterinarian was Amazing, she explained things to me about my dogs medical condition, very thoroughly.I am so glad that I found them.

We had such a great experience with Union Animal Hospital. Customer service was great, they were professional and had a great comradery feel to their clinic. We had to see them multiple times in a short period and each time I was treated with kindness. Dr. Griffith was extremely knowledgeable and very willing to take extra time to answer questions. I can’t bear to fluff your spot on the couch. You were so faithful in keeping watch. You kept us safe from birds, deer, the mailman, Amazon, UPS and even Buffalo! Oh my sweet Zoe. My shadow puppy. You followed me everywhere. By my feet getting ready in the morning. Foot of the bed as I slept. Greeting me with excitement I could hear before I could unlock the door. My heart is so heavy. You were such a sweet girl.❤️????RIP my “zoo zoo” ???????????? I cannot say enough about the care we received today. Today was so incredibly hard and your staff was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping our sweet girl cross the rainbow bridge.

Union Animal Hospital treated our pup like one of their own! Every worker that we were in contact with was extremely professional and friendly. The location was easy to find and the office was clean and comforting to be in. After picking our pup up we were given discharge paperwork and an explanation as to what would be expected. I even received a follow up call the next day where they checked in on our dogs well being! We were referred here by multiple people and we can now see why. I definitely recommend their services to those in need!

Dr. Sutton and the loving staff at Union Animal Hospital are amazing! They've taken wonderful care of my dog's since they were puppies. We've added 2 more dog's to our pack, a rescue and a re-home, after my Springer passed this spring. Dr. Sutton and here staff are so good with dog's they don't even mind going for their visits. After hearing several horror stories of dog’s passing away during dental cleanings, I took a very long time, & did a LOT of research - esp. on NextDoor - before choosing a veterinarian to do a dental cleaning on my small, 6-year-old mini-schnauzer. I saw many positive reviews about Union Animal Hospital & decided to take him there for an examination & a quote. 1) The vet I met with & her asst. took their time examining him & giving me their findings. They also explained very clearly how closely he would be monitored & observed during - & for several hours after - surgery. He would also be kept warm afterwards in a “3M Bair Hugger System Nest.” (Impressive, look it up! It’s exactly like treating a pet & keeping them warm the same way humans are after say, a colonoscopy.) 2) My longtime vet quoted nearly $1,000 JUST for a cleaning. Union came in at around $950 for the cleaning; an in-depth set of X-rays; and the removal of (8) teeth - (1) of which was impacted (“delayed eruption”). While the price was very reasonable, it was the care they would provide our little guy that sold me on the spot. I highly recommend Union Animal Hospital & plan to move all our little guy’s future medical needs there - despite it being farther from me. Patricia Pohl

One of the best places we have taken any of my animals too. The vet is very caring amazing and sweet. Prices are reasonable and the receptionist are amazing and was even playing peekaboo with my son while we were waiting!

I was pleased to get same day appointment for my cat Izzy. The whole staff was friendly, timely, and addressed my concerns for my fur baby. The wait time was only 3 minutes and I felt like the staff truly cared about my pet. Thanks for all you do Union Animal Hospital. We will be back for future appointments and concerns.
