Nice people and nice doctors. They treat our Australian Shepherds great! The only negative is it's sometimes hard to get a appointment.

I should have written this review a long time ago, back when we had to say goodbye to our sweet Boxer momma Roxy, Heart Arrow came to our house and helped Roxy pass over in the comfort of our own living room, she was 11 and losing the ability to walk/hold her back end up. The following two years were even harder, our boy Boxer Cooper, son of Roxy, had been suffering from Megaesophagus for quite some time, and Heart Arrow helped us through it as much as possible, until we could no longer watch him suffer and waste away. Once again, they came to our home and helped Cooper pass over. If we would have had to drop them off and walk away, I can't imagine the feeling of abandonment our dogs and guilt our family would have gone through. Instead we got to hold them, tell them how much we loved them and grieve unabashed. I can't say enough wonderful things about Heart Arrow, they treat our fur babies like their own, we now have Oscar the Boxer and Ollie the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, both are treated with love and the utmost care at every visit. I highly recommend.

Great, caring staff here have provided a lot of care to our family! Communication is pretty good! Timing and scheduling can sometimes be a challenge, but that's the way it is now in these COVID times. We appreciate them for all they do.

My visit today was to pick up the ashes of a little dog that I had to euthanize. The staff was very compassionate about the occasion. Lilly's ashes were in a beautiful little box. This is the second animal that I have had to put to sleep for their old age. These folks made the occasions bearable with dignity and grace.

These are great people! We have been going here over a year and I highly recommend them over the other local vets... they are honest and the place is clean! A little spendy at times, but isnt any vet? They always follow up after procedures and are super friendly! I think it's time they update their rundown sign on Sprague... you wouldn't know about this amazing place just by looking at that...

It really pains me to have to write a poor review of this place, but I feel like pet owners need to be warned. We adopted our dog in 2008 and Heart Arrow vet was our vet from day one. We didn’t see them too often until he started aging, and every time we had to schedule an appointment with our dog they kept getting more and more dismissive about our concerns and changing behavior, and sent us on our way without helping my dog— and these appointments are costly. This year our dog is turning 12, and we noticed a lot of things were starting to look bad for him. He had urine incontinence, he was weaker, he looked extremely bloated and was just not like himself at all. My family and I all agreed that we were going to give this place one last shot at helping our dog and us out before we left to another veterinarian clinic. But when we got there, they again dismissed our concerns, did one urine sample, stated our dog was just gaining weight and sent us on our way saying our dog is perfectly fine. Long story short, we got a second opinion. Our dog was far from okay. Enlarged liver, and lesions on his spleen. Do not trust this clinic because they do not listen to your concerns and will empty your pocket before making a discovery. The same thing happened with our dog a few years back, but with them unable to find fleas and ignoring us showing them the flea bites and scabs he had all over his body.

I love this crew. My old, ornery dog is so great for them and I know that they have my best financial interests in mind while also taking exceptional care of my dog. They are kind and joyful and so loving towards us. I am immensely grateful for how much they care for our old grouch. The staff is mostly women which our mutt prefers and it has made such a difference in his care. I HIGHLY recommend this vet!!!

Heart Arrow has been my vet for all of my pets. From regular check ups and shots, to surgical procedures. I love the staff and their commitment to the well being of my pets. I also think they have very fair pricing and I would highly recommend to anyone.

My dachshund was paralyzed at age 4. The 1st vet I went to suggested I put him down and I went to Heart and Arrow for a second opinion. They went out of their way to help me. They call my Raider their miracle dog. He is 15 years of age today, and even after having gone through a second bout of paralysis, he is still going strong. Videos can be found on YouTube by searching for Raider, acupuncture and IVDD in regards to the help they provided. Now, dealing with colitis and pancreatitis, I have total faith in this office as they have continued to help ensure his health. They still care for the animals that come in to their office. I have had animals that have been looked after by them for the last 20 plus years and have faith in no other.

Absolute worst vet in town. The vet yelled at us in the parking lot and anytime we asked a question she belittled us. Stressed us both out alot. Never going back again. We should be able to ask questions and get calm informative answers but instead got rudeness.

Care for my pets are amazing and the staff is extremely nice. The vet was also honest about what was needed and what we didn't need as far as service and cost.

Walked my UNVAXINATED puppy across the GRASS to my car. They claimed that it’s fine to walk her because it’s CONCREATE, but don’t recommend taking her to petsmart, which is CONCREATE. She can’t go to the river, dog park, or heavy dog traffic areas yet she can walk here? They also walked her through the lobby of the vet- They put my puppy in more danger than I have in four weeks.

It's ok here. Staff is friendly I think some of the stuff they do here is uncalled for. Update: I'm highly irritated with this vet clinic. if you want to be ripped off, this is the vet for you. They tell you one thing then do another. There estimate are always more. Dr Megan just loves to make you feel bad because you dont have money in a time of a crisis. Pretty much acts like you shouldn't have a pet if your not a millionaire like her. I will be changing vets.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A KIND, COMPASSIONATE, AND COMPLETE VETERINARIAN VISIT, AND ALSO LIKE TO GET ALL THE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO MAKE A DECISION REGARDING YOUR PET'S HEALTH, DO NOT USE DR. JOAN VENDRAMIN AT HEART ARROW VET!!!! -DR. JOAN VENDRAMIN does not know her own service pricing -DR. JOAN VENDRAMIN was extremely inconsiderate to my dog's situation -DR. JOAN VENDRAMIN was not interested in completely discussing my dog's treatment options -DR. JOAN VENDRAMIN was more concerned with getting us out of the office since we had "used up more than the allotted 30 minutes for your appointment" -I was also told that the $80 X-ray I paid for was "Heart Arrow Property and must be returned to their office." -Most other staff was cordial, but IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A KIND, COMPASSIONATE, AND COMPLETE VETERINARIAN VISIT, THEN DO NOT USE DR. JOAN VENDRAMIN AT HEART ARROW VET!!!!
