A nice family friendly place to bring your dog in need of a bath. They provide all the supplies. There's even foot stools for the kids or a small table for them to sit and watch. They also have a wide array of pet supplies, from treats to toys to cat stands.

Very helpful! We took our 11 year old golden retriever in for a bath !

Been going here for awhile. Great customer service and the groomers do a great job on our standard Poodle. They nail trim and dremel service is 10 out of 10.

Counter person was kind of in your face kind of service. Talking really fast almost rude. Don't know if I will take my dog here.

Cute little store. We used the self service dog wash. Employee was very helpful in getting things set up and gave us a gentle reminder when we had about 15 minutes left on our time. Great option for those between-groom times that the dog decides to roll in funk.

I love this place! Prior to using The Yuppy Puppy’s grooming services I would shop there for high end toys and treats and even use their delivery service when I was in a pinch. When my previous groomer stopped grooming to start a family of her own, I called The Yuppy Puppy to see if they were taking new clients and I just so happened to get an appointment the next day due to someone canceling their appointment last minute; which I wasn’t expecting, given that I’m used to scheduling our grooming appointments at least 4 weeks in advance, so that was a nice surprise! The groomer asked me several questions prior to taking my dog back in order to understand exactly how I wanted her cut. I was so happy with the results! I’ve taken my dog every 4 weeks since then (for over a year) and the results have been nothing less than fantastic each time. I never leave without making sure that we’ve got two month’s worth of appointments scheduled because good groomers are hard to come by and their schedules run tight. Plan accordingly!

The groomer listened to what we wanted and came close. When i asked her to trim select spots a little tighter she did so without hesitation. All of their staff were very nice and cheerful. We will definitely go back!

I gave it 2 stars cause I don't want to be mean. I took my chihuahua in for a nail trim and in my opinion they cut them WAY TO CLOSE. Communication was low to none except for the girl that took my money she was nice and talkative but the girl that cut his nails said nothing to me like "here's your dog" or "he was so good". Nope, nothing and not even a "See you next time". I passed by 4 employees while walking around the very hard to figure out shelves of food and 1 (the cashier with pink hair) talked to me. The food is everywhere, as you walk in on the right is cat food of all kinds and also all around the store. It's confusing more than the BIG BOX stores. There's a last time for everything.

Wonderful experience and great customer service! Brought my 8 month old covid-puppy in for grooming, got a goodie bag and a report card ☺ Now I know what things to work on with her. I'll definitely be going back! Highly recommend them. ❤

The Yuppy Puppy goes above and beyond! My dog got a little nervous in the car ride over and had an accident.. The staff at YuppyPuppy jumped into action and helped me with supplies and everything to help clean it up. They also took care of Shiloh. Great job! Thanks ladies!

This review is about daycare services. Our dog is a 2 year old pittie who is well-trained, well-socialized (has been in daycare in some capacity since 4 months old) and not aggressive whatsoever. He gets excited to meet new friends, as many dogs do, but always plays well with others. We have never had an incident at previous daycares or any dog parks across the country. I should also state that this place is very dirty. I understand this is a store that sees many animals and offers grooming services as well as daycare, but it looked like the floors and surfaces hadn't been cleaned in months. Despite that, we did a daycare trial and everything seemed to go well, it wasn't until we took him in for a full day where everything went wrong. When we returned to pick up our dog after his first full day of daycare (second day at the site), and they told us that he hadn't been playing nicely or listening to staff. They put him in a caged area, alone and unattended to. It broke my heart seeing him not being allowed to play with the other dogs, he was very clearly excited and not acting aggressively towards the other dogs or the staff. When the staff member brought our dog out of the separate caged area, she was dragging him by his collar to the point of choking him and spraying him with a water bottle. It was very clear she was either new, overwhelmed by the amount of dogs, or just did not receive proper training in how to handle dogs. Neither my husband nor myself received any communication that there was any issue while he was in daycare, as is standard at any daycare establishment. We asked what specifically went wrong and were never given a straight answer. I'm not sure if there was any breed discrimination at play here, we unfortunately see this too often with pitbulls. Our dog is our baby, we have not returned and recommend others to find alternative solutions for daycare. In response to owner's response: Our dog's daycare trial was August 31, 2020. 10 months later, I chose to post this review to offer insight to others as to how this daycare operates. I reached out multiple times via phone call after the incident happened, and owner was still unable to provide an explanation for what happened while our dog was in their care. Our pup Hank was in fact left unattended in the caged area, as there was not a staff member in there with him. Unattended = alone, not necessarily unsupervised. The defensive attitude of this owner shown by not taking responsibility for their staff members, not offering clear communication, and responding faster to a Google review than a customer phone call is very alarming.

Horrible customer service waited 5 mins to check out. While the cashier was doing nothing with her back turn on us. When she realized their we're people there standing in line she said she felt retarded. Yea pretty poor words with a special needs child there

Treated very rudely after working a night shift with no understanding. Dog had a patch of hair ripped out after grooming with no explanation given. Just terrible attitude from these people... just go somewhere else.

Yuppy Puppy is the only doggy daycare I trust. They care for the dogs like they are their own, and watch for problems and report them immediately to owners. We have gotten a couple calls while Edgar has been there and it's always appreciated. Highly recommended.
