Great place! They try to find every animal their forever home! Low cost spay, neuter and shot clinics. A great foster program for animals waiting for their forever homes too!

Go super lucky with our family choice for a dog, about 8 people showed up wanting this dog but we got her instead. I do wish they were more upfront about the surgery she had, which ended up infected, how ever still 5 stars because they got our girl in straight away and got us antibiotics and some puppy pain pills all at no cost. What a roller coaster ride but, we sure do love our NALA!

We adopted a little female tri paw kitten back in November. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the adoption. We are so very happy to have her in our family.

Just 3 weeks ago my daughter adopted a cat from the humane society very helpful staff getting all the paperwork and food for the cat .

The workers at the humane society are friendly ,know thier job well,and seem to really care about the animals

We went in not expecting to adopt and ended up adopting a bonded pair of dogs and are just absolutely loving these 2!

Trying to have some daddy-daughter time becoming new part time volunteers!! The process does seem a little stretched and daunting hope it all works out in the long run. Didn't see much, orientation leader was very kind.

Took my dog to get a booster shot. The nurse Tammy and Dr. Logan were fantastic to my dog : they were very understanding of her condition, kind and compassionate. Please donate and support this organization because there are great people work there. They are great asset to the community.

I had to make a very difficult decision by putting my dog down after he had become paralyzed from a back injury. I called many different veterinary offices and most of the places told me they were too busy. They could not assist me and showed no real empathy or care for my pet. After speaking with Jennifer from Spokane Humane Society she went above and beyond trying to assist me and look into all options before ultimately making the decision to put my pet down. She showed that she truly cared about my pet and wanted the best for my family. Although they did not have a veterinarian working on a Friday, she advised me she and the veterinarian would come in Friday to assist me on a scheduled day off. This meant a lot to me and my family. I would recommend Spokane Humane Society to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Loved volunteering here many years ago. Miss a dog named Hoss from back in the day. He was a good ol boy.

Wonderful experience. No waiting or waiting for an appointment time like another Humane Society not too far from this one. A lot more animals to choose from. Great staff. And we found a forever home for an older dog.

Staff showed great compassion when we had to surrender our pets. The staff genuinely cares about the animals; we felt good leaving them in their care. Thank you

Mostly large breed dogs and some cats. Sorry but am looking for a small breed dog for companion for elder person. Namely me.

Had my dog in and out pretty quickly....even though he was getting shots he still wants to come back!!!

Great place to get an animal.

Playing phone tag with them for two months then waiting for an appointment for 3 weeks just to be ignored for ten minutes before being told I don't have an appointment and someone will call me. No one did. After a week I called n I just gave up. They don't care.

Not too many dogs under 5 years old

We pick up a scared lost dog by the VA Hospital in North Spokane. They accepted the dog and checked for a chip. Nice gentle girl. Hope she was reunited with her owners.

I've called and called to schedule end of life services for my dog who is dying of live failure. No one answers the phone and no one calls back. I'm so frustrated.

Be careful as each worker gives you a different story.

I'm picking up my cat tomorrow
