Rae did a great job with my kitty! I was nervous as I have an anxious cat, but she came back pretty and calm. The prices are extremely reasonable, as well.

**HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE** Left my dog here for two days over the weekend and when I went to pick him up she told me that he was scared and wouldn’t go outside. When I went back to the kennels he was laying in his bed full of pee and his whole body was soaked with urine, horrible. If you have a dog I DO NOT recommend this place they leave your dog in a small room full of other big dogs barking all day long not separating dog sizes to make them more comfortable. Instead of trying to help my scared dog to go outside to use the restrooms they just leave him in the kennels all weekend to lay in his own urine, sad. Will not be going back.

This is by far the friendliest, most reliable day care and boarding place I’ve ever found!! Calypso absolutely loves coming here, and gets the best care from the humans and she loves her dog friends too. I drive 25 minutes out of the way because it’s the only place I trust.

Very pleased with my dogs visit. She liked as well, first time she has had her nails painted! We will be going back.

It's a kennel - and as such, is a bit difficult for me to love in the way I love, for example, a good restaurant. Dropping off a pet (or pets) is for most a bit of a nerve-wracking experience. Candidly every kennel I've ever been in - including the Puppy Pad - has a scent to it that is probably unavoidable - the scent of years worth of dog and cat presence. So I can't fault the Puppy Pad for that. Their prices are fair especially for the area, they follow any requested directions well, they seem to genuinely care about the individual animals, and the staff are all very friendly. There is a kennel closer to my home but I really can't find a good reason to go anywhere but the Puppy Pad. It isn't easy to entrust your pets to someone else but I implicitly trust the Puppy Pad.

We kennels our two dogs there and were over charged, because they over booked...they groomed my dog and gave him a huge bare spot on his chest ...now I cant get him near a groomer ...

There groomer are unprofessional and they hurt the animals they handle...I asked for an explanation and they lied ...for the health and safety of your pets go anywhere else...your right it is better for my dog ...iam fixing the mess you made thank you

The service and response was top notch. Our golden was cheerfully welcomed and the staff we very friendly upon arrival. No to mention the prices were great. We added a bath so our boy was fresh and clean for the ride home. I would definitely recommend the puppy pad if you need a safe and friendly place for your pet!

Took my 14 week old puppy here today and am very disappointed. When I brought her there, she was very happy and energetic, after I picked her up later that day, she was withdrawn, and quiet. When I picked her up, I was told that she had to be put in a room by herself, as she was scared of the other dogs (if I had gotten a call from them, I would have immediately picked her up) She has always been excited to see other dogs and wants to play with them. I feel very uncomfortable taking her back. I don't know what went on there today, but she will not leave my side now, and her personality has changed. I also asked to have her nails clipped while she was there, that was the worst job I have ever seen. The clippers must have chips or something in them, as her claws were all jagged, and I had to file them down to get them smooth. There seems to be a lot of doggy day cares in Spokane, I would suggest doing some research prior to dropping off your pet, I wish I would have.

Love this place... my regular groomer was to backed up and she recommended them. I have a 16 year old dog with seizures and he never gets stressed going there and there prices are great!

They do amazing Dog grooming and the price is perfect

My dog was so clean smelled so good they did such a wonderful job! He doesn't like those but he didn't have anxiety at all he was feeling great when he got his bath. Highly recommend this place.

I saw the entire place, looks comfortable and spacious. Not to mention the trial is only $20 for both dogs to hang out for the day! Not bad pricing at all!

Finally found a good spot to take our dogs. they did a great job on both our dogs with better prices. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Beautiful Dog! Our Doodle dog loves coming here to be groomed. They listen and take time to make sure he is comfortable. He is one happy gorgeous dog when we pick him up. Highly recommend them for all your dog grooming needs. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our Doodle boy.

Took my newest rescue dog there today, they were kind as I explained her history was unknown! They were speedy and the dogs look and smell gorgeous and came home with new accessories! It was a treat watching my kid getting to watch from outside the window!

I’m seriously disappointed with this place. My family and I came to Texas and I chose to board my dog here for 6 days. 3 days in I decide to call and see how it’s going. I was informed they hadn’t been able to take the leash off my dog because he’s scared of the people and doesn’t want to be touched. So he hadn’t been able to go play outside or play in the daycare like I requested. He also hadn’t eaten the 3 days he was there. So no food, locked in the kennel the whole time. Granted they did take him out to potty. I’m very upset that not once did anyone call me to ask what could be done or just to let me know what’s going on with my dog! Dogs are people’s best friends and just want them to be taken care of. So when I found all of this out, I immediately called a friend to go pick him up. Which I would’ve done if they had called me sooner. Which they should have. My dog does have high anxiety and doesn’t like being touched by new people until he’s warmed up. I did warn them of this. I called ahead of time to ask about their experience with dogs like this and they said he’d be fine and they’ve dealt with dogs like that before. BS. Don’t take your dog here if they have anxiety or are iffy about new people. Absolutely ridiculous!!
