Great service and a clean pup! What more can you ask for?

I've had the best experience with the groomers. Deb and Theresa have always taken great care of my dogs. Otis, my Bernese Mountain dog, is large and looks like a big stuffed animal later. Olaf, my Samoyed, is the floofiest white happy chappy too.

Repeat customer. They take care of my two dogs and one cat. Prices are always fair. My old dog is handled with great care. It's evident the staff truly cares for the animals they groom.

They ro a great job a little pricey but you get what you pay for I have tried other places and they are the best

They had a 4' high half wall ' they filled that in ' and started hiding behind it' to do nail trims My dog yipes at least once everytime since then.. Very Fast paced shop.. Very Friendly people and fairly priced nail trim's ' it work's... After reading a few other reviews ( If only the Dog's could talk ' ( leave a review) ????!!!

The people here are so rude, like you are a total inconvenience to them. The two times I've taken my dogs there they were so scared for days to follow. Don't recommend.

I’ve taken my 13 year told schnauzer to a different groomers for nearly 10 years prior to this experience, decided to try somewhere else due to moving farther away from them. I now have 2 schnauzers and made an appointment for both to be groomed and bathed. Over the phone upon asking for pricing, I was told the price for each was $48. I was very surprised to walk in to cages surrounding the entrance of the salon. I was told to automatically cage the two of them. Both were terrified from the start. My previous groomers loved my 13 year old, I was always told how good and sweet natured she was. I come to pick both of them up both, freaking out in a small wired kennel. They had a small orange and white cat on the front counter hissing at me while one of the gals was in the back grooming another dog. The cat was hissing at me my entire 10 minute wait at the front desk. I went to pay, only to be charged nearly $70 a pup and told my 13 year old was aggressive. Never again will I take my dog to this groomers. They were completely unprofessional and need to cage that cat, not the dogs.

We only go here for nail trims on our big dogs but the staff are always accommodating for this on a walk in basis.

I used to work at a Veterinary clinic nearby. One of their employees brought in a cat that they “found in the alley”. It had a fractured leg that was open (bone sticking out). They brought it in to be euthanized. The guy the brought it in was acting super weird. I think it is very possible that it was a client’s cat that was injured during grooming. We had several other people bring in pets that had been injured in their care. This place refused to take any responsibility. If you care about your pet’s safety and well-being I would not bring them here!

Have gone there for years to get our pups nails trimmed and the cats as well.

My boy, Dash Border Collie prefers to get dirty, so he can be difficult to groom, but Pampered Pets always do a great job and its the only place where hes gotten groomed. Hes 11 now and still hates getting groomed! Even as a little puppy, he liked rolling around in the mud! Thx to the whole crew at Pampered Pets!

We had an emergency situation with our cat, long story short and he came out with a good lion cut and was instantly doing better when we got him home. Pros: - Professional - Responsive - Reliable - Fair pricing - Tender to Sensitive cats Cons: - Not Sure

My dog is old and very frightened of ANYTHING grooming related, especially getting his nails trimmed. They were gentle and sweet to him and gave him lots of lovin and treats and told him how good a boy he was once they were done with his nails. We have had some not so good experiences with different groomers before, so I was elated to find one that was willing and able to work with his anxieties and still treat him with kindness. The staff is awesome, and I will absolutely be bringing my baby back to them for all of his grooming needs.

I dont usually leave reviews, but my dog came home with three bloody nails. I heard her yelp while they were doing her nails and asked if she was okay and they said their "best nail" person was taking care of her. I get nails trimmed every 3 weeks and this has never happened before. She is so shaken up and I'm very disappointed.

Aweful owner, they poked my dog in the eye and above the eye with a pair of scissors. No responsibility taken, they say he did it himself. Stay away from this place if you love your pets.

Debbie and Theresa are so friendly! They genuinely care for your animal while they are in their care. Had my dog deshed and a bath and nails clipped. Love the bananas for the boy dogs and the scents! Will definitely be going again. Thank you

I’ve never written a review before but I feel that I need to. I took my Aussie in to get a trim and to thin her coat out because it was so thick. I spoke to the manager of the salon prior to this visit and told me that she could do the thinning on the hair next appointment. I come to pick my Aussie up expecting to see her long coat still and it was COMPLETELY SHAVED DOWN. I was horrified that the owner did not bother to even call me and ask if I wanted her to be shaved down like this. My family has taken our dogs to the salon for almost 20 years and when I voiced my concerns telling her that I did not think the cut looked good and was angry she didn’t ask me before shaving her down she told me to “find another groomer” and hung up on me! I couldn’t believe that after 20 years of customer loyalty I was treated this way. I’ll be finding another grooming salon from now on and warn anyone who takes their dogs there.

Best and most efficient dog grooming I have taken our golden to. Love them!

I’ve been taking my pup here for years and it’s always been great but the last time I brought her in, she came back with a huge cut on her stomach that they glued back together. No one even bothered to tell me that this happened. Found it out on my own. Will not be coming back.
