I adopted my amazing dog from here and the workers there could not have been more nice and high-spirited. Amazing people.

The director of this facility left me high and dry with six foster cats!! She looked me in the face she said she would help me then she gave me hug and said she would help me again - and it was ALL A LIE!!! People should know when another person will look them straight in the eyes and LIE TO THEM!!! If she will lie to people she is supposed to help, what does she lie about with the animals!!??? How MANY lies has she told to people??? I wouldn’t trust a person who lies so blatantly and with such ease with a dead rock!!! Their mission statement is they are “DEDICATED “ to helping animals,, well these six cats STILL NEED HELP,,!!!! But DORI PECK HAS NO HEART and apparently NO SOUL either if she lies so well.

Lots of pups but of course like all shelters you can't beat the smell. You would think they would have figured out something with all the technology today. But all the dogs were friendly and I like that the dogs have 2 points to meet you at the front mad the back.

Very compassionate about the loss of my service dog. Helped me find a good match and showed true enjoyment working with the animals.

Personnel are very loving, concerned staff. Whatever they can do to assist in health, care and assistance of animals... They will do. Not only is this a pet Sanctuary for adoption and fostering for cats and dogs, but, they have a veterenary clinic.

I adopted a dog named Annabelle through them after three weeks she began to show fear aggression as a responsible pet owner I hired a trainer to work with us in the end I had t return her not only was it recommend to do so by the trainer but by a rescue group who was willing to help her. Dori herself had told me they would get her rehabilitatied and the help she needed. The day I gave her back was a hard day on my family instead of being treated with any kind 9f empathy we were treated coldly, rude and as if we were doing something wrong. Ok had reached out to them directly to resolve this issue with zero return calls or emails from them. They not only treated us the way they did but there was zero effort or offer to get us another dog. With them knowing we had an able as my companion pet for my anxiety and PTSD. So I was out close to 400 in adoption and training fees but a dog. All this for what so they could lie and readopt a dog out that should not be reaopted out!!!!! I normally am not one to give this kind of rating to any company not alone one helping animals but are they really helping these animals if it happened once I'm sure it's happened many times to many people and that's just deplorable it's not about the animals for them it's all about the money to them

Amazing staff, great animals, they provide so many great things for the animals! They are so sweet and loving towards the animals. Definitely a 10 out of 10 recommendation

Rude and entitled volunteers. Made my sweet grandmother feel horrible for not being able to handle a particular dog. Hire & employe folks with a shred of empathy please. Hunter was amazing tho, did all he could. The volunteer was too invested (without being able to follow up on promises) and ruined the experience.

Excellent experience. Easy process and friendly staff.

Not helpful at all with abandoned animals that were needing medical attention.

They were very courteous and explained a few things to me about what they do and so I'm probably going to start going to them for things. I would recommend them to anybody that's looking to adopt a kitty or a dog. They've got some awesome programs.

I didn't know this place existed.. My dad took me.. was kinda blown away. Keegan was amazing. Would recommend and go back.. What a treasure.. Love this treasure

Great, GREAT place to take your kitties for a spay or neutering. Loving, caring staff that treats your furballs like their own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for these kinds of services.

If I could just put 0 stars I would first there never open and they don't take in lost animals there's lots of cats near my house that are lost and I lost my own cat and I think it's just stupid that they don't save lots pets and aren't even ever open

I had to return a cat that I'd adopted a month earlier, and the adoption didn't work out. The women that worked there were very kind and helpful, and I was pleased with the way they treated me.

They are good humane society and they try their hardest to help animals find them homes keep them healthy and help them survive they have good health good veterinarians good volunteers and they are always so helpful

Staff was very involved and aware. The dog I was there to see could not meet me and my golden but the staff recommended another dog in their care. 3 yr old pit that instantly attached to me and my dog and we adopted her and took her home on the spot!! Now she's home:)
