Lincoln Heights Veterinary Clinic Spokane, Washington

I'm a relatively new patient mom with this vet, but so far I'm very happy with quality of care, clean facilities, and they do a good job of following up on care. They also have a texting program for reminders that you can actually respond to, and I love that. I've taken all 3 dogs and my rabbit in. They are more on the expensive side, so if you are looking for cheapest this is not it.

I've been very satisfied with the compassionate and knowledgeable care that the veterinarians and staff have always given to my cats.

Dr. Porter has been taking amazing care of Tess since she was born. Dr. Porter is kind, compassionate, professional, reliable and an amazing veterinarian and person. Tess knows she is safe in her care.

Very nice people, understanding. Love this place.

This vet is awesome! They are very friendly and knowledgeable They were great with mom's dog who is not the most friendly animal! Highly recommend.

Have been coming here 3 years with several client's pets. Staff is always kind, caring, and professional. We had one beloved cat in critical status over a month ago. Caroline (sp?) quick to respond to my client's frantic call. "Drop him in ASAP-- staff so compassionate dealing with elderly senior and her beloved cat. Praises to Dr Sinnamon n staff to saving him. We have since been in close touch 2-3xs a week as he recovers from illnes/special diet. Staff always returns my client's calls and answers multiple questions over-- and over patiently. Has written out instructions and guidelines in big print too for my client's. Recommendation is #1 on my list to bring your pets here. Grooming is also done here!

I have taken my dog and cats to them for the past few years and they have always been extremely loving and caring for them.

I would give them 10 stars! My pets will never go anywhere else. They not only go above and beyond with the care your pets recieve but they want them happy and comfortable.

The staff and doctor were very kind and comforting when we had to send our furbaby to doggy heaven and end her suffering.

My first visit with my dog yogi was such a positive experience for the both of us! His is usually shaking, I think he really didn’t realize he was at the vet! This is a plus and we will definitely go back! We also get special food from them and they always have it on hand or can get it quickly. I really liked the staff that works there. So friendly!

These ladies are amazing! I took my 1.5 year old Scottish Fold, Marlow, here and they instantly knew about my concern. From the lady who took my call this past Saturday and offered me a drop off appt, to the checkout lady, to the vet tech, to the doctor! When I asked for an update, (because nervous cat mom!), they gave an update and even sent a photo of him! Thank you so much and I appreciate each and every person who I spoke with, even the ones who gave Marlow cuddles (I think everyone snuggled him!)

I just came back home from my visit and had to write this review. If you want care for your animal as well as YOU (yes, you) then come here for sure. My visit with Dr. Sinnamon and her wonderful crew for my terminally ill cat was the most comforting and professional out of all of Spokane. They sat on the floor with me and my cat and took their time making sure she was comfortable to let them exam her. I have never had that experience in a clinic before-came as a welcomed surprise. Following afterward they really were the most communicative about my cats well being and paid attention to small things like how my cat loves fish and gave her tuna treats. My cat practically ate out of the Doc's lap with her own free will. I saw that they had pheromone plug ins to calm cats and a "Comfort Menu" with commodities to make the visit- well- more comfortable. The most appreciated thing I have to give a big thank you is: they let me check out and pay my bill in the exam room (it was a very difficult visit emotionally). I felt cared for as well. So nonetheless of a long(er) read than most reviews- I want to HIGHLY recommend Lincoln Height Vet Clinic. I am sure to bring all pets I get to cherish in my life back to Dr. Sinnamon. TLDR; Lincoln Heights is the best animal care in the PNW

Our first wellness appointment with our 9-week-old puppy went so smooth. Both the vet tech and Dr. Lee were so calm and patient and our little pup was easily at home. They both provided my husband and I with ample resources to continue to learn and be prepared for taking care of our first dog. Already, I would highly recommend them as a great vet clinic.

I was sent all the way acrossed town to these guys and they took in my cat who has a heart condition with a hurt and told me they’d fit her in

Dr Lee was so knowledgeable and amazing! Baylee is my very first dog and I was more nervous than Baylee about going lol. I was beyond blown away by the service Baylee received! They are very focused on NOT traumatizing your dogs and providing the gentle care! The only reason Im not giving it 5/5 its purely due to it extremely being hard to make an appointment. That’s not all the clinics fault, there is a shortage and veterinary staff. I hope they are able to hire more providers and staff so they can open up more availability! ❤️

I have taken my animals to Lincoln Heights veterinary clinic for 17 years. They are very professional and caring. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet.

They are great with my puppy who was very nervous about being at the vet. Eased her in with lots of treats and calming words. I would definitely recommend them for a vet! They have always been able to answer my questions and return my phone calls if I left a message.

I’ve been taking my cat and dog to Lincoln Heights for two years now. We have always been treated well by the staff. It is easy to get appointments and all of the staff are kind and accommodating. I always feel that we are getting quality and fair treatment there. I have had pet emergency visits with both animals and Lincoln Heights called to check on them each time. One of the doctors even texted a cute picture of my cat with my permission during a visit. The high quality of care is personalized and I trust all of the staff at Lincoln Heights. There have been recent negative reviews and comments after an unfortunate sounding incident that was widely broadcast on the NextDoor app. I can’t speak to that experience and have only heard one side of the story (like most people), but it sounds very uncharacteristic of this practice. I cannot recommend their services and care enough!

I go here for all of my animals veterinary needs. They are excellent and treat my animals with love.

Any vet that would hold care to a dog because of money should not be in the business. The south hill neighborhood site posted about a mauled dog yesterday that needed ER care and Lincoln heights vet clinic held the dog there for ransom; admitting the dog needed ER help but refusing to release to the owners without full payment. When ransom payment was finally made later in the day this clinic charged yet another 100 dollars to the owners on top of the 600 they were already being held hostage over. The dog died in the owners arms on the way to the ER. Not only will I never take my dog there I will blast negative remarks against this vet for years to come. I have typed up a statement letter describing what happened and will pass a copy to every dog walker on the hill I see for years to come. I gave this sorry excuse fir a vet a one star only because there wasn’t a place to put a -0. Shame shame shame on you greedy self centered business people.

Great practice, great staff - they really care about you and your pets - Highly recommend!!

This place will ROBs you for medications, will charge 3x the amount of the Pharmacy. Visits/procedures/vaccine 2x more then other vets. They DO NOT listen to you bout your pet either. Would NOT refer ANYONE here.

This is an amazing veterinary office. I've seen different vets on different occasions and was truly happy with all of them. The office staff is also consistently professional and friendly. The true five star rating comes from my dog, though. He can be highly anxious in new situations, but he gladly follows the vet techs and expresses zero fear at going inside. I would be happy with just the great vet care they give, but the staff and calming environment are above and beyond. They make this office truly top notch!

We are only part-time residents of Spokane. The vets and techs at Lincoln Heights take excellent care of our little mutt, Mia, when we are in Spokane, and she receives care there that is every bit as good as she gets from her vet at home. Everyone at Lincoln Heights from the front office staff to the techs to the vets are courteous, caring, and professional.
